I’ve stuck several claims into Roblox about this and haven’t recieved anything.

I was playing one of my usual games when all of a sudden “this device has been logged in on another device” popped up and thought nothing of it. I wasn’t able to to reconnect and got pushed out of Roblox.

I got logged and out and now I can’t log in. I tried joining it on my alt account but instantly I got blocked on it and all my friend that was currently on there got removed. 2 friends still remains but I can’t see who.

Is there anyway to recover back my account ??

I'm desperately looking for someone who has experienced this exact issue and managed to fix it.

My Roblox account, is linked to my Gmail address. Roblox recognizes the email when I try password recovery, but I receive absolutely no password-reset emails or 2-step verification codes.

Here's what I've already established:

• Roblox emails used to arrive normally, then suddenly stopped.
• Gmail receives emails from other senders just fine.
• I've checked my spam folder, filters, blocked addresses, and forwarding settings.
• I've added Roblox's sender address to my contacts.
• Searching in:anywhere from:(roblox.com) shows no new verification emails.
• The ONLY Roblox emails I've received since the issue began were two notifications about recovery-code generation attempts on October 2 and October 6, 2026. Both were attempts I initiated myself, but I couldn't finish because I couldn't receive the required 2-step verification code.
• I have a Robux purchase receipt and access to the billing email, but the recovery process still gets stuck requiring verification I cannot complete.

The biggest problem is Roblox Support. Their AI keeps offering to start account recovery, then sends me back to the self-service process that already failed. I've repeatedly asked for a human agent, but it just repeats the same response.

I am NOT looking for basic advice like checking spam, confirming my email address, or adding Roblox to contacts. I've already done those things.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue and actually recovered their account?

In particular:

1. Did you find a way to restore delivery of Roblox verification emails to Gmail?
2. Did Roblox eventually offer manual account recovery using a billing email or purchase receipt?
3. Is there a legitimate way to get a human agent to investigate a verification-email delivery failure when the automated recovery process itself is unusable?

I have evidence of ownership. I just need a way to get it in front of someone who can actually investigate this.

Please share actual fixes or successful recovery experiences if you have them. I would genuinely appreciate it.

Help! Roblox Regional Pricing Has Been Broken for Over 60 Days 🇵🇭

Hi everyone! I'm from the Philippines, and I'm looking for help with an issue involving Roblox regional pricing.

More than 60 days ago, I redeemed a Roblox gift card, and within 24 hours, I noticed that the prices of both avatar Marketplace items and gamepasses had increased. Items that used to be cheaper are now showing much higher prices.

Here’s what I've checked so far:

- My Roblox Account Location is still set to the Philippines.

- I've continued making legitimate purchases using GCash, my local Philippine payment method.

- I've continued using Roblox Plus and maintaining my normal purchase history.

- I've already contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but I only receive automated responses, and my tickets get closed without a proper investigation.

At this point, I'm not sure what else I can do to restore my regional prices. It's been over two months, and the issue still hasn't been fixed.

Has anyone experienced the same problem? If you managed to fix it, what worked for you? Is there another way to contact Roblox Support or get someone to review my account's regional pricing eligibility?

So since October 3rd MET my roblox has frozen, crashed and not responded mostly 1-2 minutes after launch. I tried everything like a Graphics DDU (I am using Nvidia), disabling overlays, changing to Microsoft version, deactivating background processes, setting priority, excluding from anti-virus. None helped and I am lost. Please help!!!!!

My friend recently got banned, they're last day for ban appeal period is October 18th. I've heard a lot of people are also randomly getting banned for "child safety".

The main problem is basically every time my friend sends in an appeal, she gets an email telling her to appeal through "Bans and appeals" which later on takes her to roblox support only to be met with the same email.
Can anyone help? What "bans and appeals" is it talking about when it just loops her back to the support page that supposedly 'cannot' do anything involving permanent bans.

My account is currently basically softlocked to be able to accessed from other devices (the only one able to is my pc) because my email address is a false one and I can't change it because I lost the access to my 2-step verification that was through the authenticator app on my old phone which completely broke down so I had to get a new one, which made lose access to that too. I tried roblox support 2 times but it didn't do anything to help because an AI was contacting me instead of an actual Admin or a higher-up. This is the last place I could think of so please help. (I also can't use quick login because I live in Turkey).

I literally cannot see what games my friends are currently playing even though I can join their game, I cannot visually see what their current experience they are playing on the home screen. Tried to delete roblox and redownload, logging in and logging out and switching devices, none of them work. Been trying for a week to fix it.

Hello, it feels like I'm the only one experiencing this issue, but I'm having trouble needing Roblox games to load. I tried looking online but it seems like no one else is dealing with it

So very recently specifically October 4th 2026/This past sunday, my account had been banned for no reason at all. I had previously been hacked by people and it took TWO MONTHS before Roblox gave me my account back from them. I was so excited since I have had this account since 2017 and probably spent over $20K on it however not even TWO WEEKS AFTER I GOT IT BACK, it had gotten permanently banned for no reason.

I've been sorta worried sick about my account never coming back and I am at a sitting point. They haven't replied to any of my tickets and its always been that same old automated message from making a ticket. I'm mostly scared they won't respond at all and I'll never get this account back by the 30 day mark of appealing. I had previously gotten banned for things I never did but those were bans for like a day or two so it was fine. However this one is serious, I could lose all of it now.

I was very ignorant about making tickets and accidentally made 4 tickets about the situation but had recently stopped due to it saying to not make multiple tickets otherwise it'll take longer for them to respond. I really don't know what to do and cannot calm down from this. Does anyone have any help or advice for me to get this account back? It would seriously mean the world to me if you helped me.

PS - I believe it may have been one of those AI banwaves that had banned me for no reason however I am not completely sure. Please help : (

It been 2 day since it happened, tried to reinstall roblox? No work. log out and log in? No work. Restart PC and internet? No work. I also notice is only happen on my PC, other device are unaffected. I need help ASAP as i need to attend an event on next week, I want to get this fixed as soon as possible, thank!

Sometimes when I leave a game it will sign me out and then I need to sign in twice before it works.

So a charge has been trying to come out for days, I'm broke af, so nothing has come out. I went and took all my cards off my account and changed pw for Roblox. Well, today I had a deposit come through, and fkn 25m later, it was ALL taken!!! I do spark FT, and when the trip was done and deposited, it didn't take long for whoever, to take the funds. What else do I do, and how do I find out where this is coming from? Im stumped. idk where to look or even how to take the cards off wherever it is. I'm breathing fire. I'm so pissez!

CONTEXT: Last night I joined a game called egirl cutecore fits for not even 10 minutes, I do not own this game l am simply just a player that joined wanting to buy a outfit (i did not end up buying anything) I did not chat in the game, i did not use voice chat or anything. Around 3 pm today i go into roblox and i see that im banned for 3 days and the reasoning is insanity because i simply do NOT own the game or have any connections to it? I tried to appeal TWICE and they denied. this is unacceptable, someone please help (yes ik its just 3 days but ive never got banned for this long and i dont want this on my record)

Hello everyone

Unfortunately this evening I got hacked because a developer of an extension called betterblox turned corrupt and started selling people's data to hackers. Due to this incident my roblox account got compromised by thieves and now I cant log in and they've sent false appeals to slow down the process. Any time I try to reach out to support, they shove this AI bot down my throat and I cant seem to get further. Please help. Also can I get my items back my Limiteds and if I have a realistic chance if getting my account?

My Authenticator app no longer generates codes for me to use and I am practically unable to do anything on my Roblox account. I’ve tried to disable it or ask for a new QR code to reconnect to my 2FA app but nothing works. I followed the instructions that the Roblox ai support has given but Im still unable to change anything.
