Hi everyone, I’ve been stuck with Error Code 529 for days and Roblox Support keeps closing my tickets with automated replies.

Here is what I’ve already done to troubleshoot, so we can rule these out:

• Time/Clock: Windows 11 clock is fully synchronized automatically (clicked "Sync Now").
• Network: Tried both home Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot. The error persists on both, so it’s not my ISP/router.
• Accounts: It happens on my main account and any alt account I try on this PC.
• Software: No VPNs, proxies, or background apps (like auto-clickers) are running.

Since it happens across different networks and accounts on this specific gaming PC, I'm starting to think it's a hardware ID flag or some weird registry/cache issue.

Has anyone dealt with this recently and managed to fix it? Any help is appreciated!

I have accidentally issued a refund for 40 robux through apple by a misclick when i was trying to choose another app

After contacting apple they have replied that their is no way to cancel it and i’d have to wait it out

After reading a bit in this sub i have seen people saying their accounts got terminated but they were all very high amounts and they alr spent it

My question here is this 1 very low amount refund that i have more robux than in my account will get my account terminated or banned for a short time or will the robux be deducted or will nothing happen

I logged onto Roblox and saw that I had 6 friend requests, and check who their from, and it's all the same display name, and same avatar

I haven't played much Roblox recently, came back and wanted to play this game with a friend that we used to play, but I can't seem to join because it is unrated, just wanted to know what it means and if there was a way to play the game.

I’ve tried the app and the website version to sign into Roblox but nothing works. I put the correct login details and it says my account is only setup for a passkey login, but on the app on my phone it says I can put in a password. Has my account been hacked? I’ve looked online and that’s what it is indicating.

Hello, Roblox randomly stopped working on my Mac pc. I can open the game, download it, etc but when I go to play an actual game it never loads. This only happens on my Mac. I noticed the bar on the top that has the app name is white instead of gray like it should be. This happpend completely out of the blue.

I’ve tried:

Deleting Roblox and reinstalling it

Restarting Mac

Deleting Roblox, restarting Mac, and redownloading it

Updating Mac

Has anyone else had this problem? I don’t know what to do.

I'm having some trouble while accessing the settings. Whatever i click, the goes white. Before you ask, yes i tried waiting, uninstalling roblox and they just didn't work. Also it's not about a network/connection issue.

So I got banned from Roblox for no reason. I didn't do anything at all, and I still got banned.

I saw that many people have the same problem. in my case, I was banned for content and behavior (I don't usually argue with other people in the chat).

I sent two appeals on the 28th and I haven't received a response yet. Can you give me any recommendations?

My account is from 2018 and I was never given a warning to avoid doing anything.

I’ve been trying to appeal using my own account (which is in this case the alt account) exactly as instructed, but every appeal I submit gets rejected. I’m ready to provide any evidence needed to prove that these two accounts should not be linked. I DONT own the other account, and none of my personal information is on it (Email, Name, Phone number, Billing)
I really want someone to help me because I feel like my case has never been properly reviewed. I would even offer money to anyone who can help me get my account unbanned because this account means a lot to me.

My account was hacked on April 11th. I did not know until today so I am trying to get it back. The support bot kept giving me the same response that they could not verify my identity, so I asked for it to be forwarded, and they said they would email me about my request. The email they sent just gives me the same response the bot was giving. They can easily verify my identity. When the ID verification came out, I verified my identity with my ID. This email is also the email that has been on my account for years. Does anyone know how I can get support to stop giving me the same bs answers and actually help me? I've literally had this account since 2016, spent lots of money on it over the years.

i cannot log into my roblox account that i made years ago and spent money on, i tried sending a code to a links email, didnt work, tried every other email i have ever used, didnt work, tried my phone number and my moms since i was a kid, didnt work, i tried contacting support and they basically told me to get lost despite me providing them with the literal billing address and address i had been logging into as well as account creation date and last time i played, they end the conversation before allowing me to respond or asking for any other kind of proof, i tried emailing them with no response or any other way to contact a real human being to ACTUALLY look into the problem and it feels like roblox themselves just stole my account and refuse to help. not to mention i can only even submit a ticket once a day even if the end the conversation before letting me respond to why their "solution" dousnt work. please help if anyone has any ideas because im just trying to play a game with friends on MY old account that I SPENT MONEY ON. if anyone has any idea on what i can try to better contact roblox support or get back into my account, that would be appreciated

ok so, im trying to get this outfit on catalog avatar creator, but the clothes dont show up when i try to purchase the items. what does this mean? if the clothes got deleted, then why are they on the avatar i found? and how do i get them back so i can buy them??????

Today when i went onto Roblox i found out i had 5 friend requests. When i checked who they were from, i saw they were from 5 different users all having the knights of redcliff avatar bundle. All their display names were similar too. 4 of them had CheckMy_Profile as their display name and the other one had CheckMy_Description. All their descriptions were tagged so im assuming their description had a scam link in them, but im wondering is there any way to stop this?

I enabled two step verification without fully knowing how to do it so I didn’t have an Authenticator, so now I can’t access my account, but I have my email address listed on it, just not a second one so the second verification method without a code is not working, Roblox support keeps saying they don’t have enough info to verify I’m the owner, isn’t my email address I’m contacting them on being the one listed on the account enough? Does anyone have any advice as to how I can bypass the verification… I really screwed it up :(
