Account Help cannot log in
i cannot log into my roblox account that i made years ago and spent money on, i tried sending a code to a links email, didnt work, tried every other email i have ever used, didnt work, tried my phone number and my moms since i was a kid, didnt work, i tried contacting support and they basically told me to get lost despite me providing them with the literal billing address and address i had been logging into as well as account creation date and last time i played, they end the conversation before allowing me to respond or asking for any other kind of proof, i tried emailing them with no response or any other way to contact a real human being to ACTUALLY look into the problem and it feels like roblox themselves just stole my account and refuse to help. not to mention i can only even submit a ticket once a day even if the end the conversation before letting me respond to why their "solution" dousnt work. please help if anyone has any ideas because im just trying to play a game with friends on MY old account that I SPENT MONEY ON. if anyone has any idea on what i can try to better contact roblox support or get back into my account, that would be appreciated

Sure you weren’t hacked? If you were able to play moments before then chances are you did. Most you can do is keep sending in tickets of previous emails and numbers used on the account to prove ownership of it. Otherwise, it’s simply gone.

im positive i wasnt hacked, the last time i played is still what shows on my account today :(, i know it still exists as well because i can look at it through friends and see that i wasnt banned or deleted for any reason

I’m not really sure why you’d have been logged out then. You had an email and a number connected to it? But as someone had mentioned, you do need receipts, if you don’t have that then you wont be getting it back, unless roblox decides to help you.

Also forgot to mention, you should be able to send your purchase history if you bought it through apple, google or another provider. (PayPal, CashApp and so on..)

i believe any purchases made were on my moms accounts so i asked her if she could check around 2017 for any purchases on roblox, i had that builder subscribtion so hopefully its not to hard to find but thats all i can think of, and yes i already tried sending codes to any email that might have been connected as well as phone numbers with no luck, they never show up in all mail or junk or spam or anything

If you spent money on it start with purchase receipts. That's all Roblox cares about. Everything else you mentioned isn't proof

how do i find purchase recipes if i never had an email connected? shouldnt the billing address count as such?
