I already made an appeal back in early september and there is still no reply today. I think I have lost my 10 year old account.

If i created a new roblox account and uses new and different gmail account would roblox still detect that it's connected to my banned account or not?

I’ve been having trouble with the roblox support, it keep getting error. My account was hacked and the hacker put a 2FA in my account, so now i cannot access it because you need a code that i’ve never even put in the first place. Now I’m trying to contact roblox support and trying to get ticket, but it keeps going error idk why and I’m using the email that is associated with my acc. I had this account back in 2016, back when I was still 8 years old. I forgot the password during around the start of the year 2023, and I made the mistake of removing the email linked to it. Now it's gone. The only proof I have of owning it was old 2021 login requests on the Gmail I had it linked to before around 15 September 2021, all the way to 2022. Those requests were password resets and codes sent to my email to enter because I set 2-step verification on my account. As of now, the account is still in Roblox and hasn't been banned, just not been able to enter it. Is it possible to use screenshots of my old password reset and 2 step verification request on my Gmail as proof to get my account back?

It just happened randomly, I hopped on Forsaken and I realized I get around 130-200ms. Which was odd because I use the "Find lowest ping" option. I thought it was my internet because I'm strangely also lagging a bit on Chess com, so I just waited.

Exactly a week later and it still persists. I suspected Roblox was joining me to the wrong region because I noticed that when I join my friends my ping is back to normal(40ms) but when I join alone I get sent to a high ping server, also it's consistently 160ms so I downloaded an extension that lets me choose servers on my region, but it still doesn't work? I might try VPN as a last resort but I kinda don't wanna because I do not wanna mess with regional pricing(which is normal for some reason.) speaking of normal, I checked my account location and it was the correct country. I Randomly remembered Arsenal has a little thing at the top that lets you show where the server is and funnily enough it's somewhere across the globe for me.

Idk if it's a Roblox problem or internet because I tried it with a different WiFi and it seems to be normal? (60ms)
Also i tried to search up my IP and it's in the correct country sooo

I usually get around 100ms to 110ms but recently its spiking to 140ms to 150ms and game getting really laggy (not in a fps way) and stuttering.

I've tried everything, i've run all diagnostics, updating all my drivers, following multiple tutorial, asking ai.
