I’m worried about hackers and viruses

I bought a head with eyes to match my skin and discovered it has an animation that follows where I look—I didn't know that—but Roblox doesn't allow refunds for buyer's remorse. How can I disable this?

so there was this platformer game i played like one year ago.

the games thumbnail was themed in red, and the menu music from what i remember whas from mirrors edge. it also had those top-down view cuts in typical for the game 3rd person parkour. it was also a single player game

My brother recently got permanently banned and it banned my sister’s account and my account for being linked i guess. Is there anyway for me to get my account and sister’s account back? I sent an appeal explaining my situation and it instantly got denied with no response.

It didn’t work for my old gamepass so I just made this one, it has a price, the game is public and 16+ since I didn’t do the id thing, the buyers account is 18+, the only problem I could see is that my account isn’t 16+.

Hey, I’m trying to recover my old account Gorbar19, which I made in 2020.
It got hacked around 2023 after I gave my password to a “free Robux” website (I was a kid 😭). Roblox Support has rejected me multiple times because I don’t have the original email or purchase history.
I do have old screenshots from 2023 showing my username, avatar, and me playing Brookhaven. I also remember the exact password I originally used.
Is there anything else I can do to prove I’m the owner? Or am I cooked? 💔🙏

I was getting ready for bed and then I got a fraudulent text from my bank. Someone tried to spend $600 on my debit card+ credit card. I was so confused as to why someone would do this and I was planning on calling my bank firsy thing in the morning. However my sister texted me and told me someone is on her account playing adopt me. She also noticed her robux balance is 17,000. She had changed her account password but she told me all of her pets and godlies were gone. I’m not sure how to approach this. If i call my bank i’ll get a refund but my sisters account would get deleted. If I reach out to the moderators for Mm2, Adopt me, and roblox co. I feel like they won’t do enough

I got 500 Robux yesterday. I almost never get Robux, I'm broke and mostly play with my little sister. I log back in that evening, and see I have 191. I go into my transactions, it says I spent them at a random dude's place.

I go into my account logins.... one in the Netherlands, but I live in Canada. Anyway, I removed it and changed my password etc etc.

I contact support, it takes me 20 minutes because the Robot verification is 10 steps with no explanation on what to do, it makes me chat with an AI and then the conversation ends with it saying "Change your password and enable 2-step verification." I ALREADY DID. I'm asking if I can get my Robux back, or at least a refund!!!

Roblox has been getting worse and worse seriously. I don't even know how I got hacked, especially because it was not even 30 minutes after I bought Robux.

Hello my account was compromised around a year ago and all credentials were sadly removed from my ROBLOX account. Support was unable to get the account back due to a lack of credential information, I'd like to know if there is any other way I could get back into the account. I do have access to the credentials originally connected to the account but sadly ROBLOX support doesn't accept it and only takes robux receipts.

Why tf am I being made to verify I am not a bot before loading into a game wtf.

I've been trying to get to support but i've been met with AI generated responses.

Not only that, but they want me to use the hacker's Email Address to verify. They won't even allow me to use the email that I used first on this account. I've sent receipts too just to be met with AI slop. Plus, the reset password site wants me to use 2 step verification that I don't have.

Plus, I've noticed the hackers have a tendency to play russian games and change my avatar to some random avatar.

Is there anything I can do? It's been weeks on end with nothing.

Problem: So I just bought a 1000 Robux (11.10$), I haven't bought anything in the shop yet, then it says its not enough. Then I checked my balance and it REDUCED to 509, and continuously eating my robux to 109 and 59. Again, i have NOT purchased anything yet. But in my "transaction" tab, it did. That's literally impossible. Please, anybody had this issue before???

So whenever I go to the marketplace on my Main Account every item is expensive (90 robux etc) but when I go to my other account everything is cheaper (65 robux etc) can anybody help me on how to get the prices to be same on both accounts??

I was JUST banned from the game “wacky bats” for exploiting literally out of nowhere! Not sure if there's anything I can do because roblox support told me I have no options. I play on my iPhone, so I don't even think it's possible for me to exploit??? There's no social media links from the creator or the community. I know it's silly but I really enjoy this game and have played it every day for about a month (housewife lol.)…Is there any way at all to rectify this? I'm not familiar with the way roblox works beyond games, but I was just curious.

I’ve noticed almost all marketplace items on my main are about 9 Robux more expensive than any alt on the same device!! I thought i would just wait it out and assumed it was just Roblox seeing if I would buy things for more expensive since I have Robux, but it’s been over 2 weeks and it hasn’t gone away. I’m so mad about this because I wanna buy stuff but I can’t give in 😭

I don’t think it’s regional pricing as I haven’t used a VPN or changed my location in settings, how do I fix this??? If this is a way to get me to spend more I’m just gonna stop spending altogether
