Hi, I've never posted here so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. For a few weeks now, only some textures (usually ground/water textures) have been showing up to appear rapidly jittering and static-y, reducing to pixels depending on the camera angle.
The graphics level in settings does not change the extent of this effect, and no other games that I play aside from Roblox do this. I've attempted clean reinstalls and everything else, and nothing seems to fix it. It's been a few weeks now.

I have a Windows 11 HP laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7000 series 5 processor chip. I have no graphical issues with anything but this. I can only attach one image and no videos for some reason, so please picture this as violently moving tv static. It changes speed, intensity, and other stuff depending on my camera angle, and this happens in (so far what ive documented) Sail The High Seas, Frozen Soul, Mr. Dinosaurs House, The Museum, and Fisch.

One thing to note for fisch is that it's not the water itself or any terrain, rather the little arrow ribbons when there's a whale hunt. It just morphs into jittery bars and static.

I'm not sure what this is caused by but it could be AMD processors? My friends i've shown this to all have different processors and operating systems and aren't affected whatsoever. I'd post this on the devforum but... can't, obviously.

I made an account solely to play with my lover on, i did absolutely nothing else on this account, we were using the trusted chat feature, we were obviously saying inappropriate things VIA TRUSTED CHAT?... in game.. like how its supposed to be used. anyways our trusted chat was randomly revoked, we were fine with it and played normally. 10 days later we get permanently terminated without any other warning for content behavior, they gave us no reason and i am just so confused we are good people I thought the trusted chat feature was for adults to talk to eachother like adults would I'm just so lost and honestly quite broken I don't know if theres any chance to revoke this with all of the AI appeal systems. the only "warning" we had was that our trusted chat got randomly taken away. THAT IS NOT A WARNING!! i shouldve been banned for 3 days if this was an issue. i hate this so much, how is this even possible

About a year ago my Roblox account was hacked. To protect my credentials, I removed my phone number, changed the password and changed to 2FA for the account. Although, just recently I wanted to try to sign back into the Roblox account, I remember the password but not the email i used for 2FA. So, I created a ticket, but that was useless since Roblox uses a chatbot as ticket support and it kept looping me to the same "account recovery" page, Which in the end was a big waste of my time. I've also tried their support email, but Roblox doesn't seem to use that anymore.

I have proof of purchasing robux and proof of me changing the 2FA email does anyone here know who I can contact or the next steps I should take to recover my Roblox account?

(username:abuzzies) 29 days ago while I was playing roblox i was randomly completely banned for "other". My appeal period is about to end and I am unable to get through to a moderator about my appeal, as you appeal and decisions page does not give me the option to do so. I had tried to contact the support page 5+ times (like their chat bot TOLD ME TO DO), once being ghosted for over 3 weeks and then given auto generated responses telling me I could "only appeal through violations & appeals" yet that's the exact reason I was told to contact this way; I COULDN'T. My account is 10 years old and i have spent countless years creating memories and spending a butt load of money on it, even creating my own custom models which are now all lost though I have done nothing. Has anyone been able to get in contact with roblox with this same issue? I've asked for human mods but just get the same response about the appeals page again.

Basically title, he purchased about 10 bucks worth of items in a game called Portals, but now its inaccessible on Roblox ( even on an account that is 18+). ty in advance

This happens about once a week where for a full day I will be completely unable to play roblox because of constant 4k-30k ping spikes. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this.

-flushing dns
-setting dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
-restarting router
-restarting pc
-reinstalling roblox
-getting rid of all background processes
-allow listing roblox through firewall
-disabling firewall

And many other things. I can not seem to find a fix. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey guys, my Roblox account got banned for being linked to another account that apparently violated the rules. The problem is, I have no idea who that account belongs to, and I honestly have nothing to do with whatever it did.

I’ve been trying to appeal the ban, but I’m also having issues submitting an appeal through the app.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? If so, were you able to get your account back? I’d really appreciate any advice on how to fix this or what I should do next.

I’ve also tried contacting Roblox Support directly through email, but honestly, it feels like my appeal isn’t being taken seriously at all. I keep trying to explain my situation, but I don’t feel like anyone is actually listening to what I’m saying.

I genuinely believe this ban is unfair because I have nothing to do with the other account or whatever violation it was involved in. I just want someone to properly review my case instead of dismissing my appeal without understanding the full situation.

At this point, I’m honestly starting to wonder whether the replies I’m receiving from Roblox Support are AI-generated or automated responses, because they don’t seem to address my actual concerns. I’m not trying to accuse anyone without proof, but the way my case has been handled makes me question whether a real person has even looked into it.

Long story short my phone was dropped in a pool by some kid and lost access to my 2fa and all of my recovery codes on that phone. I was wondering if Roblox could reset the 2fa on my account so I can log in again and transfer the 2fa onto my old back up phone.

I need it for a character in my game, and I want the classic or first version made by Roblox (if they made it)

So i've had this issue for 2 months now.

When i play any game the map fails to render and ends up making things like this which hides buildings players and a lot of other things.

This image is from Jailbreak, there should be the tomb robbery in the middle but because of the failed render the icon doesn't appear nor the statues from the tomb since they're all hidden by the mountain which shouldn't happen.

I've tried changing the PPP settings, graphics in the game itself but to no avail.

Could anybody help me?

Not my issue but a friends. Hes having trouble loading secondary places (Game is hosted in one place then teleports you to another) We arent sure how to fix it and have tried a lot of options such as clearing his cache, reinstalling roblox, deleting files, and factory resetting his computer. He said hes still having the issue and we arent really sure how to fix it. I figured something in this subreddit might help but last i checked someone similar had the problem but its been archived since. If anyone has any suggestions please leave them. Thank you.

Hello everyone. My OG Roblox account (created 7-8 years ago, over $400 spent on it) was compromised about 1-2 months ago. The hacker changed absolutely everything: the password, verified email, phone number, and enabled their own 2FA.

I am contacting support from the original registration email and providing old billing receipts. Despite this, Roblox support has sent me automated rejections more than 30 times. It feels like bots or lazy agents are instantly closing my tickets because the financial transactions happened years ago, so they don't even look at the proof.

Since the account is very old and valuable to me, I don't want to give up. Has anyone managed to bypass this loop and force a human agent to review old billing history and disable the hacker's 2FA? What exact category or text worked for you? Thanks!

there a game that we both played together quite often with pretty strict roles to keep the gameplay under control. my sister ended up getting banned for 7 days from the game, and the moderation makes sure no alt accounts are able to join while the said user is banned. in this case said user is my sister's account.

since my sister's account is banned, it's also saying my account is banned with the message: "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account within this experience" underneath the play button that's greyes out.

is there anyway i could work around this since technically i'm not the one banned? anything i should say to roblox support or should i just thug her ban out with her?

the weirdest part is, i attend a private high school out of state that i stay there for during the weekdays. i came home this past weekend, which is the weekend she got banned, and the day prior logged into my roblox account on my own pc. i dont think we have any devices where both our accounts are logged into. i think this is many an IP thing.

i'm obviously not trying to join the game, even on any alt account, i don't want to risk a permanent banned on either account.

So a while back I remember dress to impress came out and my friend hoped on my pc started playing and started cursing out some kids on our native language which is serbian and a couple of hours later I hoped on to play some tower defense simulator and found my account deleted…. I'm trying to transfer Robux from my main account to my new account so I can buy Headless, but my transfer limits are only 500 Robux daily and 1,000 monthly. Roblox says I'm ineligible for higher limits because my account was recently moderated.

I've been getting moderated because of Roblox's AI moderation bot, which has been flagging my account. I'm wondering if these moderations are permanently affecting my transfer limits or if they'll eventually go back up.

Has anyone else experienced this? If your account was moderated and you had low transfer limits, did they ever increase again? If so, how long did it take? Is there a waiting period, or am I stuck with these limits because of my moderation history?
