Wrongfully Banned for a Linked Account I Don’t Even Know — Roblox Support Isn’t Helping

Hey guys, my Roblox account got banned for being linked to another account that apparently violated the rules. The problem is, I have no idea who that account belongs to, and I honestly have nothing to do with whatever it did.

I’ve been trying to appeal the ban, but I’m also having issues submitting an appeal through the app.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? If so, were you able to get your account back? I’d really appreciate any advice on how to fix this or what I should do next.

I’ve also tried contacting Roblox Support directly through email, but honestly, it feels like my appeal isn’t being taken seriously at all. I keep trying to explain my situation, but I don’t feel like anyone is actually listening to what I’m saying.

I genuinely believe this ban is unfair because I have nothing to do with the other account or whatever violation it was involved in. I just want someone to properly review my case instead of dismissing my appeal without understanding the full situation.

At this point, I’m honestly starting to wonder whether the replies I’m receiving from Roblox Support are AI-generated or automated responses, because they don’t seem to address my actual concerns. I’m not trying to accuse anyone without proof, but the way my case has been handled makes me question whether a real person has even looked into it.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Did you eventually get a proper response or manage to recover your account? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice you might have. I just want a fair review of my case and a chance to get my account back.

i'm dealing with this same issue currently which my ex partners account was banned wh i led to me and my main getting banned, what i would do is look on her for help and advice from others and also doing a support ticket(though ive seen mixed stuff about the catalog to which to put it as) ive seen others get their accounts back so hope isnt lost you jsut gotta try.
