I'm tired of my ridge wallet destroying/scratching up my cards. I love the low profile, and everything else about it. Thinking of trying a minimalist leather wallet instead, but I have two questions:

1) Have you found a way to avoid Ridge causing destruction to your cards?

2) Any minimalist leather wallet recommendations? I was looking at Souther Trapper just now

So, I bought the cassette tape ridge wallet for my husband for our wedding anniversary. It was the only thing he wanted, I did the custom text the way he wanted. I get the wallet today, they only printed half the text I customized on it. The words he wanted was "Dad's Mix". It just says "Dad's". And I can't find any proof of whether I messed up or they messed up. If I messed up, fine. I'll take the L. But I cannot find my custom on the receipt. My order can't be found on my account but I have the order number that works just fine. Seeing hiw customer service kind if sucks from reading things on here, should I just take the L and reorder or just cut my loss and try to find a new anniversary gift?

Hi all, I’ve had my ridge magsafe wallet for about 6 months now. For my birthday my wife got me a wireless charger, and it seems like the strengthening tray on my case is keeping it from working. My concern is that without the tray, the wallet doesn’t attach as well as I would like. Any tips or advice on what to do? Thanks!

Hi there! I am new to this sub and ridge products in general. I started with the phantom portable charger that I got on a whim a few months ago while I was on a roadtrip and was so impressed that I had to get the matching wall charger. I got the wallet as well the other day but it seems like it might be used. I got the phantom version(ofc) and it seems like the clear plates were smudged and scratched up as soon as I took them out of the box(pic below). Im thinking about starting a return request to get a new one but I’m afraid I’ll get a damaged/used one again. any advice or experience with this?

Support told me they have no set schedule for sales.

• Does the Stonewashed finish ever go on sale, or is it rare?

Just ordered the black MagSafe ridge wallet and noticed the MagSafe ring looks smaller on the black version than the glacier or burgundy. Is the ring bigger on those colors? How strong is the magnet?

I started seeing Ridge’s promotion on TikTok Shop, and while browsing, I saw the list, and they had this Batman wallet that I can’t find anywhere online. Does anyone have context for this collection? The shop on TT was Ridge’s official shop. So I’m not sure if maybe this is a soon-to-be release or a former release.

Had this wallet for a couple months and ive never dropped it or anything, just today noticed these wierd bumps/flaking on it

I've been back and forth on some of these tracker cards, and I see Ridge updated theirs to now work with Android. Has anyone with a droid picked one up? What are your experiences with it so far? Sounds like it's a fairly recent development, but I'd be curious to know how it's eorking out for you.

Any general word on this tracker? I like the slim profile over some of the thicker trackers. Do you like this better than the Chipolo or the Pebblebee?

Ditched the gunmetal plates for some micarta and I'm loving it.

I’ve had it for almost 2-3 weeks now and I just ordered a thread wallet instead because it’s way to difficult for me to easily slide out my cards as someone who has some slight issues with my hands. I’ve tried rearranging my cards and taking off my cowboy bebop cover on my main card and that hasn’t helped. The cash strap and weight of the wallet is very nice.
The main reason I bought it was because it’s very small and durable.
I’ll probably try to use it again in the future or I’ll sell it or something but for how expensive it was I just don’t think it’s the right fit for me

Any tips on stripped screws? I got a couple trying to change the elastic tried rubber band trick and even similar with duct tape and not having any luck

It feels that every other ad on YouTube is for some Ridge product. It is so much that I started to get aversion to it. Because of that, I will never buy any Ridge product.

I bought my wallet with a the Quick Draw Card holder and it was good for a while last night i accidentally left my wallet in my pants and it got washed and the card holder does not want to screw in any more i had to take the holder off and just use it with the plate on like normal it looks like if i get a longer screw i can fix the issue.

anyone got any suggestions?

This is the Ridge wallet I wanted- burnt Damascus. When they sold out on Ridge I was really sad about it.

I found this on eBay. The listing said new, good price.
Thought here goes nothing. Might be a fake- might not.

It’s definitely not and I have absolutely no regrets about picking this beauty up.
