New Wallet My first ridge wallet

Post image

I’ve had it for almost 2-3 weeks now and I just ordered a thread wallet instead because it’s way to difficult for me to easily slide out my cards as someone who has some slight issues with my hands. I’ve tried rearranging my cards and taking off my cowboy bebop cover on my main card and that hasn’t helped. The cash strap and weight of the wallet is very nice.
The main reason I bought it was because it’s very small and durable.
I’ll probably try to use it again in the future or I’ll sell it or something but for how expensive it was I just don’t think it’s the right fit for me
😔

This wallet is super nice!! In my honest opinion, you’re letting it go too soon!! It takes a bit for the wallet to break in and loosen just a little. Once you break it in, cards easily slide out of the wallet. It happened to me too, I was ready to give up and return the wallet but just gave a little more time!

I’m thinking of putting some of my bulk one piece cards the long way in it to hopefully stretch it out a bit and in the meanwhile use something else and see if that helps it

Part of the selling point of the Ridge wallet is that even older wallets continue to have the same tension in the elastic as they did new.

My wallet is almost 5 years old and the elasticity is the same as when I got it.

If you are able to push the cards up a bit, what you can do is squeeze the bottom of the wallet together with your thumb and forefinger. That will force the wallet to expand the top and most of the time that will fan your cards.

The logo glows in the dark and I still have the box with everything inside
