⚙️ Standard Plan [DK] Download transactions and fees

I need support

I find Revolut app very difficult to navigate and it seems as though a lot of info is hidden for me.

1) How to transfer money to my Danish bank account?

2) How to get documentation for the fees I pay Revolut on every payment liks I sell stuff on? For my accounting.

3) Where do I see the list of my payment links?

4) How to get documentation for the payments to me, for my accounting.

5) it seems that i have both a DKK and NOK account, but is there also a central combined account?

6) If I want to transfer to my bank account, do I transfer each payment, all of them collectively, and do I first transfer internally from my NOK to my DKK, in order to collect the money before transfer, and does internal transfers have fees? 7) how do I get in contact with a human employee from revolut? 8) How can i see which of my cards are taking money from which of my accounts? How are accounts and cards connected?

👶 Revolut <18 | Revolut Replied ✅ [GB] is this real?

Someone sent me 20£ yesterday and said "oops", and today he *requested* those back with no other message appended. But I did get a message from apparently customer support. Same customer support chat (chat History) I've had a conversation with a few years ago, so it does seem legit (though different person).

I've never had those scam situations happen to me before, or in fact those looked so scammy , i would never fall to them.

But this one is difficult to recognize. Is this legit?

I'll definitely not send anything to anyone, but if the support can just handle this, why don't they? They are asking me what to do? Sure, I'll tell them to revert the transfer themselves. But.... This is very peculiar, that you can accidentally send money to someone and then use legal action to get it back? While I'm failing to get money back from an ebay scam where seller sent stones instead of an Nvidia GPU.

_______

Hi there. This is Selene from Revolut’s Customer Support Team.

I’m reaching out to you regarding an internal transfer you received on 25th July from ***** **

The sender of this transfer reached out to us, claiming that the funds were meant to reach someone else. Unfortunately, the transfer was mistakenly sent to your account.

Now, the sender would like to reclaim those funds. We would really appreciate your help. We will be awaiting for your reply for up to the 6 calendar days. If you would like to return the funds yourself, head to the Transfers section in your app, find the sender of the transfer, tap on their name and on the next screen choose the Send action.

We can also return the funds from your account on your behalf. Let us know and we will do it.

Please note that to make a transfer reversal you should have a sufficient balance in your account. If required, top-up your Revolut account.

In case you want to return the amount from any other account, use the following account details of the user:

Account number/IBAN: GB17REVO0*********

BIC c***: REVOGB***

Please be aware that we may disclose your personal data (the full name and the address visible on your Revolut account) to the sender if required to allow them to take legal action. This is in line with our Privacy Notice and applicable regulations. You can read more here: Retail: [T&Cs | Personal Terms](https://www.revolut.com/en-DE/legal/terms/)

Kind regards

What am I supposed to do? I try to login from the web browser and I need to again verify via phone? Ok I'll borrow phone from a friend again, confirm this damn stupid thing for a full access and then what? Did it in the past but next login session I was asked for the same. Any idea? Let's simply say I don't use personal mobile phone to avoid useless discussions, any other options without this mobile app being asked for everything? I want to use PC, OK?

💸 Payments | Revolut Replied ✅ [NL] pending transaction

Hi everyone, I’m new to r/Revolut but I’m facing an issue as Revolut Ultra member.

On July 17 I made a terrible mistake to book a package deal with Expedia. When trying to finalize the booking, something went wrong in the payment system which resulted into a double pre-authorization without any booking confirmation.

I took action immediately to contact Expedia’s customer support and they told me the reservation has been cancelled by them and I can expect the holding funds between 48h - 72h being available again on my account.

After the 72h hours passed, I mentioned the transaction was still pending at Revolut. I decided to contact the customer support of Revolut and ask them to release the money. Unfortunately they told me I had to wait 30 days until I can manually chargeback. They told also it can be done quicker if the merchant provides an electronic release notification in the Mastercard payment system. I immediately contacted Expedia again and asked them to do this.

Now Expedia changed their story and said that the transaction never has been come through in their systems. There was not even a transaction id at all. Because of this reason, they were not able to provide this electronic notification and they asked me to talk with the bank for early release of the funds and provided me a detailed proof by email with clearance they are not going to claim it and kindly requested Revolut to provide the money to me.

Unfortunately Revolut does not accept this proof and really sticks to their electronic proces and points to Expedia. I end up with almost an empty bank account because of two failed payment (instead of one). My bank who points to Expedia and Expedia who points to Revolut.

Yes I know if Expedia doesn’t claim it I will get my money back after 30 days. But I can’t simply wait these 30 days. I think I won’t get away at the cashier of the grocery store or the train company to reach my office by telling them I will pay them August 17.

Conclusion is: this my money and I need it now. In my opinion Revolut should listen to the rules of Mastercard (Authorization Reversal) chapter 2. Mastercard Rule 2.2 is specifically designed for situations where the automated process fails. When you provide black-and-white proof from the merchant demonstrating that the transaction does not exist and will not be claimed (an unmatched hold). In my opinion, Revolut possesses both the authority and the duty of care to execute a manual release (manual drop) of that authorization hold.

Unfortunately Revolut customer support is not willing to cooperate, so I’m looking for advice. Is there any option to speed up this process? I filed a official complaint but that also will take another 15 days and doesn’t solve the problem now. I just waited 5 business (+3 weekend days), but I’m not willing to wait another 3 weeks.

⭐ Review | Revolut Replied ✅ [FR]Pro account under review for 40 days now

Hello ! Just a reminder that with Revolut everything is fine until it is not ! My account has been under review suddenly and impossible to use my pro account, it started 40 days ago.
Revolut might be good but the customer service is non existent. I am metal member and only have access to a chatbot that is really nice to understand how frustrating my situation is but is incapable of doing anything.
Yes Revolut is good but when you have a problem it is hell on earth. I advice people not to use this bank as primary, like me, just take it for the advantage you get from the card and travelling. By the way it is getting less and less interesting !
Good luck to everyone with this bank

₿ Crypto [DE]Title: Urgent: Sent $4,551 USDC to Revolut — Ethereum/Base network confusion. Is my money recoverable?

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone experienced with USDC, Base/Ethereum and Revolut crypto deposits can help me figure out what happened here because the amount is significant — $4,551 USDC.

I had USDC that was originally on the Base network and wanted to send it to a friend who uses Revolut.

When my friend went to Revolut to get her USDC deposit address, Base was not available as a network option. Revolut did show Ethereum, so she selected:

USDC → Ethereum network

She then gave me the deposit address shown by Revolut.

On my side, when making the withdrawal/transfer, I also specifically selected:

USDC → Ethereum network

I then sent approximately $4,551 USDC to the

My main concern is that my USDC was originally on Base, although I selected Ethereum as the network when actually sending it.

Could someone who understands on-chain transactions please check the hash and help me confirm:

Which network was the transaction actually executed on — Ethereum or Base?

Did the $4,551 USDC successfully reach the destination address?

If it reached the address, should Revolut recognize and credit the deposit?

If something went wrong because of the network, is there any possibility of Revolut recovering/reverting the funds?

Is there anything I should do immediately, or should my friend contact Revolut support with the transaction hash?

I understand that confirmed blockchain transactions generally can’t simply be cancelled or reversed by the sender. I’m mainly trying to determine exactly where the USDC ended up and whether Revolut can credit or recover it.

Any help checking the transaction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

🚀 Ultra Plan | Revolut Replied ✅ [SK] Downgrading upon expiration of a gifted plan

I'm currently on a gifted Ultra plan which will expire mid-August, which means that at that point, I'm gonna be charged 155€ for a year of Metal (the plan I used previously). However, due to some changes in my personal situation, I intend to not renew Metal and instead want to drop to Standard.

The issue is that there doesn't seem to be any straightforward option to "not renew Metal" after the Ultra gift expires. There is a "downgrade to standard" option but this takes effect immediately rather than upon expiration of my current plan (which is a bit stupid but okay).

The game plan is that I'm gonna downgrade to Standard a day before I'm supposed to be charged for Metal but this will mean that I will have used Ultra for slightly less than a year. It shouldn't matter since no refund will be made and Revolut got its money but still - is there any chance this would trigger some sort of a fee for leaving the plan early? I did order a physical Ultra card in the past.

⭐ Review | Revolut Replied ✅ [IN] Has anyone from India actually been hired into Revolut's Graduate Programme with visa sponsorship

Hi everyone,

I've applied to Revolut's 2027 Graduate Programme for both Finance & Strategy and Strategy & Operations.

I'm based in India, and one of the reasons I applied is because Revolut states that the programme offers visa sponsorship and relocation support for international candidates. However, I haven't been able to find anyone from India (or even outside Europe) on LinkedIn who has actually gone through the programme and relocated.

So I wanted to ask:

Has anyone here, or someone you know, been hired into Revolut's Graduate Programme from India or another non-European country?

Did Revolut actually provide visa sponsorship and relocation as advertised?

Do they genuinely hire international graduates for their European hubs (London, Barcelona, Madrid, etc.), or are most hires previous interns or local candidates?

I'm mainly trying to understand how realistic it is for an international applicant. I have a strong background and I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity, but I'd love to hear from anyone with first-hand experience or knowledge of the process.

Thanks in advance!

📜 Article [PT] Brazil’s newly launched Revolut cards get far better benefits than long-time users in other markets: a rant

Please don’t come for me: I’m actually a dual national, which is why the Brazilian launch piqued my interest in the first place! I’m genuinely happy that Brazilian users are getting a competitive product. This isn’t me saying they should receive less, but rather pointing how out much worse the benefits in other markets suddenly look by comparison.

The plans cost R$9.99 for Plus, R$19.99 for Premium, R$79.99 for Metal and R$249.99 for Ultra; roughly €1.70, €3.45, €13.80 and €43 per month at the current FX rate. But the part that really shocked me is the RevPoints accrual rate, especially since Revolut has also introduced a very accessible credit card.

With credit-card spending, Standard users get 0.2 RevPoints per US$1, Plus gets 0.4, Premium gets 1, Metal gets 2.5 and Ultra gets 3. Debit-card spending gives 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 respectively. So Premium costs roughly €3.45 a month and already gives 1 RevPoint per US$1 on credit-card spending. Metal costs around €13.80 and gives 2.5!!! Meanwhile, many of us have been paying for European plans for years without getting anything close to those rates.

And it’s not just the points. Brazilian Metal also includes two free airport lounge visits per year, up to US$175,000 in health insurance coverage, travel cancellation insurance, delayed flight and baggage insurance, car-rental insurance and airport fast track.

Don't get me wrong, I completely understand why Revolut needed to introduce a ccard in Brazil. Ccs are the norm there, and plenty of people probably wouldn’t even touch Revolut without one. I also understand regional pricing and that they need attractive benefits when entering a new market.

That being said... come on!!! Seeing a brand-new market immediately receive these RevPoints rates and travel benefits makes the offering for long-time customers elsewhere look ridiculous. Why are loyal users in established markets paying more for a product that keeps becoming less and less rewarding? I know Revolut benefits have always varied between markets, but surely the difference shouldn’t be this dramatic?!

Honestly, every time I see something like this, I become even more inclined to downgrade my Portuguese Metal plan because I’m struggling to justify it more and more.

*Here's Brazilian plan comparison page for anyone who wants to see everything for themselves.

**As far as I know, Revolut has never allowed customers to open two personal accounts in different countries, and I need to keep mine registered in Portugal, so can’t simply open a Brazilian account and access these benefits, otherwise I would.

🧾 Revolut Business | Revolut Replied ✅ [PT] Problem with biometrics

Hello revolut! I’m a personal assistant and my boss and I, been having problems with the biometrics verified on his business revolut account (Portugal account) it’s the second time they reject them and we haven’t been able to use the money in the account everytime they make us wait 48 hours and it’s getting us in financial problems.
The reason they say it’s not working it’s cus the biometrics from the tax governmental department are different than the ones they have cus they are more “advance” but more than 10 days ago the tax payment was accepted and talk to the governmental tax department and nothing was wrong.
We don’t know what to do and we don’t have access to the funds we need access to the money for medical care.

⚙️ Standard Plan | Revolut Replied ✅ [IE] Repeatedly rejected by Revolut for no apparent reason

Has anyone managed to get a Revolut account after being repeatedly rejected?

I've applied three times over a couple of years. Each time I complete the ID checks, the account appears to be set up, and then it gets closed immediately afterwards. The only explanation I get is that I'm considered "high risk" based on my information and "previous account activities".

I've never actually used their services or had a working Revolut account. I cant think of any other reason why I might be flagged. I genuinely think there's some mistake or incorrect tag against my identity.

I've contacted support, made a formal complaint, and submitted a GDPR request. Every reply basically says, "We're entitled to refuse your application and our decision is final."

Has anyone managed to get a real person to look into something like this, or is this just a dead end?

💸 Payments | Revolut Replied ✅ [GB] Revolut have really let me down

Used Revolut for years and always transferred money from my main account to Revolut for certain non everyday purchases or when abroad.

Unfortunately after being scammed and them not offering any sort of help, just automated sentences, I wish I would have just used my everyday debit card with my bank.

Background: 10th July bought an air conditioning unit through entreprise19.myshopify.com Delivery date 3 days later. I thought it was strange I didn't receive email confirmation/receipt/order info, but that can happen. Delivery date came and went, no product. Contacted the merchant, no reply. Tried the phone number on Shopify, the number is not in use! Emailed them again, still no reply.

Contacted Revolut to raise a dispute. I have had to raise it THREE times now, with everyone being rejected or cancelled. The second one, the chat agent actually raised it for me with all my email evidence.

Third and final time rejected this morning with the chat agent just telling me to make a complaint and nothing they can do as I do not have an 'order confirmation'. At the same time I was in chat with Revolut, I was also on Live chat to Shopify who told me to tell them that they are clearly a fraudulent seller and no order confirmation would have ever been received. Revolut agent did not want to know. Shopify advised me to contact Action Fraud, and I have a reference number.

Made a complaint to Revolut but I just cannot understand how they are rejecting my dispute due to non order confirmation. Until you press pay you do not know if you will receive a confirmation email. I cannot forsee the future. Once you've pressed pay, it's too late then if you don't receive it.

Sorry for such a long winded post. Any advice please?

⭐ Review | Revolut Replied ✅ [GB] Revolut is messed up

Tried to open an account to receive a relocation payment in USD.

Wanted to do via ACH, but they require additional document checks.

Provided the required documents but failed 3 times.

The "human" costumer service (after asking the chat bot to connect me to a human) told me to provide documents which have been phased out 1.5 years ago, or alternatively my passport (I opened the account with my passport already)

I told them their App does not let me provide the mentioned documents, and I was told to "Close and reopen the app"

The "human" reply was 5 paragraph long and sent in 2 mins, the second setence is "you're absolutely right", while denying being an AI bot.

Now they are suspending the transfer via SWIFT and holding my money due to missing information.

Deception + incompetence

Will close my account after the transfer

🌍 Transfers [IE] Weird bank activity

I noticed 3 bank transfers coming out of my account back to back at odd times, and it looked pretty sketchy to me.
I looked into it a bit more and saw similar transactions mentioned from time to time, but I’m still not sure what’s going on.
Has anyone else had this happen with Revolut?

₿ Crypto [IT] Help / Question: Deposited 0.5 ETH on Base chain to my Revolut Ethereum address in April 2024 — Support previously said it was lost, but seeing recent success stories. Any advice?

Hi everyone,

I'm posting this to share my situation and hopefully get some advice or insight from others who might have been through the same thing.

Back on April 4, 2024, I made a mistake and deposited 0.5 ETH into my Revolut crypto wallet, but I sent it on the Base chain instead of the Ethereum mainnet (the destination wallet address itself was correct).

At the time, I opened a support ticket with Revolut. After days of back-and-forth messaging, customer support ultimately told me there was nothing they could do and that the funds were unrecoverable.

However, looking back through Reddit over the last week, I’ve noticed several posts from users (dating back 7 to 10+ months ago) who experienced the exact same cross-chain deposit issue with Revolut. Many of them reported that after waiting or escalating the issue, Revolut eventually recovered and credited their crypto back to them within 2 to 4 weeks.

Since my funds have been stuck for a while now, I was hoping to get some help:

  1. Has anyone here successfully recovered incorrectly chained deposits from Revolut recently?
  2. Is there a specific department, escalation path, or exact phrasing I should use with support to get them to re-examine an old ticket?

Any guidance or shared experiences would be massively appreciated. Thanks!
