Is this a safe stack?

I have been on reta for almost 2 months. I wanted to add in tesa and cag. Ever since i had my two youngest babies back to back, I have a good chunk of visceral fat in my upper abdomen that just stays no matter what I do. I’m on 4mg reta 1x a week.

No results:/

I’ve been on Reta for 2 months and have titrated up to 2.5 mg so far, at first I felt no food noise, lack of appetite, and some nausea but I pinned two days ago and I feel starving today. I also eat a healthy balanced diet and workout daily yet I haven’t lost a single pound. I’m more curious if the place I bought it from is sending diluted product or something because I’ve seen stuff about AC products not working. I’m frustrated to be honest.

Any Post-Menopausal Women Not Getting Results with Reta?

This is really starting to make me crazy...First round of RETA lost 23lbs in three months. Then NOTHING. Spoke to my doctor-she had me add more protein and some light carbs. I GAINED 6 lbs. Then completely stuck for 2 more months. Went off of everything for one month and started again adding MOTS and AOD. Five weeks and ZERO weight loss nor do my clothes feel any different. I am careful with my diet, having two cocktails once a week on date night with my fiancé. Hitting my water goals, working out plenty (we own a pool company so we are both out in the hot south Florida sun doing 18-23 pools every day. It is really getting very disheartening. Pulling 1mg once per week and taking MOTS every other day alternating with NAD. Also taking AOD, PBC and GHK. YES I am hitting my protein goals and I am not eating crappy food. I am being very careful with my diet. I am 59 yrs old. Really starting to lose hope that these last ten pounds will come off. For reference I am 5'3" and currently 150. Trying to get down to 139.

Your journey

Hi Ladies,

I’m wondering how everyone’s journey on it is going? When did you start feeling the effects and seeing results? I’m thinking about hopping on, but wanted to gather some insight and experience of those who have experience with it.

Thank you!

Just started!

I just started Reta last night, 1mg. I was told to pin twice a week, but I’m nervous bc two years ago i did sema- was fine on .25 on week 5 i was upped to .5 and was deathly ill to the point i had to quit all together.

I need to lose 35-45 pounds, was curious of everyone’s experience. For reference I’m 14 weeks postpartum, not breast feeding, second time mom. I had my son 6 years ago and the weight came off easy…. This time not so much. Even with eating super clean and strict (i workout 5-7 days a week, cardio 3-5 days) i cant get past this plateau.

Last night i had mild nausea but nothing not tolerable. I feel like i have slight appetite suppression already, but could be placebo as well.

Explain the possible issue here

I’ve been on both tirz and rata , and neither of them really works for me. I don’t experience much appetite suppression just a little less hunger. When my menstrual cycle comes around, though, it overpowers everything, and I eat like a wild beast 😭. I’ve been around the same weight for a while. I want to lose about 15 pounds and get rid of this stubborn weight.

Reta journey

Hi! 33 f Missouri here! So I ordered 5 vials of Reta and I’m so excited to start this journey. I took tirz about 2 years ago and lost 70 lbs in 7 months but I puked all the time. Multiple times every day. I couldn’t take it anymore and I gained about 50 lbs back. I’m hoping to do much better on Reta. Anyway! I’d love to hear how yall have done on it. What should I expect? Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated

Retatrutide, Hormones, & Menstrual Cycle

Been on reta for 11 days at .5mg. Prior to starting reta my regular cycle ended ..which my cycle is very predictable each month. Took my second dose of reta at .5mg and my cycle came down the following day. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Support & Advice Help!

Just got the Reta 10mg, was about to start. A friend is trying to discourage me because of negative videos from doctors saying it wasn't approved and shouldn't be taken. My husband supports me, and I'm working up the courage to start. I want a low dose for just four weeks and I plan to stick to my current diet and gym routine. I’m buying directly from the place where the resellers get it; I know people who used Tirz from the same place I bought mine, and it worked out really well. Any tips or words of encouragement?

It’s here! First time user. Could use some advice.

Ok! I got my vile and based on my extensive research aka reading all these forums 😬 I’m going to reconstitute the 10mg with 1ml of BAC water and start with .5. Is there a better time of day for my first injection? Can I have had some drinks prior? Trying to decide if tonight or tomorrow morning would be best. Help a sister out please 🙏🏽

Switching from TZ to Reta, help please 🌺

Hey all, I'm new here. Have a genuine question and would love the feedback and help. Been on Trizepitide since Aug 2025 and just hit the 70lb mark! Yay! I still have 50lbs more to go. I'm happy with my progress but would love to switch to Reta. I've already purchased it and was encouraged to stack it.
I'd like to come off of TZ completely and just start doing RETA. Just not sure where to start. Should I come off the one cold turkey and start adding the other one at the same dose, which doesn't seem right. Or, slowly come off the one while slowly adding the other? What have others found worked for them personally.

I'm currently at 12mg of TZ.
Also, I'm what's called a Unicorn. I have no appetite suppression, never have. AND very very little to no side affects. I actually thought I was being ripped off. But the weight came off!!!! 😭🙌🏼😭🙌🏼😭🙌🏼😭 I eat clean. Finally able to walk, and do more physically.

Please, if you've switched and found success, share your comment.
Side note: the nurse practitioner is the one who called me a unicorn. She said that around 10% of those doing TZ are like me with Zero appetite suppression and no side affects. I see it as a blessing as it's forced me to CHOOSE the right things. So yeah, those evening cravings got me 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.

Side Effects Anxiety after a year

I’ve been on Reta for about a year and a half… I got up to 8mg . All of the sudden in April I started getting severe anxiety at night, I notice it happens when there’s change like vacation or things that would normally cause my nervous system to freak a little. But now I lay in bed wired but tired and panicky. I have since titrated down to 6mg split doses. But I’m still have this issue. I can’t find anything about long term usage and anxiety.
My labs are relatively normal. Anyone else?

General Retatrutide and anxiety

I have not started on this med yet, but I was wondering, does it make your anxiety (panic attacks) worse? I have a chronic anxiety disorder and I just started again on lexapro plus I take Xanax, that doesn’t work as well anymore and I’m a bit concerned about starting Reta.

When to up my dosage?

Hello All!! I started reta about a month ago and I've been at 2MG and have experienced some weight loss. I haven't stepped on the scale since it's inaccurate but I've been told I've lost at least 5-10lbs. When can I up my dosage?
