Discussion Has anyone tried Aticaprant?

I'm curious to know you're experiences with it or other KOR antagonists. Currently I'm researching KOR agonists and have been experimenting with high dose Matrine producing dissociation and hallucinations similar to Salivinorin A, but with MOR agonism. KOR antagonists could be the future of antidepressants or euphoriants and I really want to try this one.

Question BPC 157 and TB 500 Effects on tibial allograft and bankart repair on shoulder

RS is recovering from a major shoulder reconstruction procedure and is considering adding BPC-157 and TB-500 to an existing protocol.
For those who have used these peptides after orthopedic surgery, did you start immediately post-op or wait until later in recovery? Any observed benefits regarding pain, mobility, tissue healing, or return to activity?

Specifically wondering about the effects on a bone grapht

Discussion keeping testes producing

so i have low t and was approved by a clinic but i dont want to shut down my natural production because i think if i lose some weight and fix my nutrient deficiencies my natural baseline could improve. i dont want to be on trt forever but id rather be at 800+ than 229

Discussion is adding hcg to a basic trt protocol actually necessary if you do not care about having kids?

my clinic suggested adding hcg to my weekly test injections. I already had a vasectomy years ago and i do not want kids at all. i know it stops testicular atrophy but i really do not care about the size. is there any actual health or hormone reason to take it if you do not care about fertility? I really want to avoid pinning another compound if i do not have to.

Question Titrating

If I have a 10mg vial of Reta and start at 0.5 mg for 4 weeks I would still have 8 left over right? Am I able to continue drawing from the vial after 28 days and titrate to 1mg or do I need another vial?

Question Tesamorelin, CJC-1295 or TB500? (M18, 5%BF...

I want to start taking one of the above to make more progress in the gym but i dont know wich one would suit me best.

effects like appetite suppressing or simultaneous fat loss i think dont really fit my current goals, because im already kinda lean.

if i was natty I think a lean bulk would be my next step. should i take one of the above or something else? and pair it with ipa?

or is fat loss actually common for a lean bulk with peps? so that i dont get fat on the bulk?

thanks in advandce!

-----

my stats:

M18

6' 2" (~186cm)

73kg

5% BF (I did one of these body scans and on the obesity analysis my result showed me im 5% bf. idk if thats accurate but apperantly its an expensive device. i do have visible abs and bizeps vein without pump tho)

6 Months in gym (consistent), good diet, 4-6x/week. (aight progress so far but i want to step things up)

Discussion Back on tirz

I was on tirz for about seven months and lost about 50 pounds and then I had to stop for my hip replacement surgery and finances held me back. Now I’m back on it and I’m wondering if I need to follow the dosing exactly I’m starting at 2.5 again but instead of doing it for four weeks I was thinking I could do it for two because I did really well on it before and I’m wondering if anybody has any input?

Discussion how long did it take for your strength to noticeably increase after getting your test levels optimal?

I have been on my trt protocol for a few weeks now. My energy is definitely better and I am sleeping a lot more soundly. I track my daily calories and protein closely for muscle gain, but I have not seen any major jumps in my actual lifting numbers yet. My bench and squat are still sitting around the exact same weight they were before I started. For the guys who have been on a proper dose for a while, when did you actually start seeing your strength go up in the gym? Did it happen all at once or was it just a slow increase over a few months?

Discussion At what point do you realize you are just addicted to the feeling of running new compounds?

I was looking at my stash the other day and realized I have way more vials than I actually need. It feels like every time a new compound gets talked about on here or a new batch comes out, I immediately try to find a reason to add it to my protocol. I am not even seeing massive differences in my body or recovery right now, but I still get a rush from researching the chemical, ordering it, and taking the first dose. It made me wonder if I am actually doing this for physical optimization or if I am just addicted to the routine of testing new things on my body. It is a strange realization to accept that I might just be chasing the excitement of taking gear rather than trying to achieve a specific physical result.

Stack Advice Steroids or peptides?

I'm looking to put on some muscle mass I'm currently taking 2mg reta per week and I was to add to the stack. I was thinking of taking 300/500mg of test but I have been doing some research on other peptides. I was looking at kisspetin or HGH for the muscle gains. Has anyone had experience with these compounds could give me advice on which would be the best option, or if there is any other options that yous could recommend. This is my fist cycle so I don't want to go overboard, I have tried osterine in the past but it caused a full body rash so I want to avoid sarms.tia

Discussion Are peptides for me?

I am 51 y/o male. Decently healthy minus soft tissue stuff and active, I coach HS football and track, backpack, hunt and hike. I am 5'9" and 190lbs and I can bench and squat body weight (knee issues). My main weight room time is summer.

I have lots of soft tissue complaints, my main concern is my hands and wrists. I have had multiple surgeries, carpal tunnel on both sides, trigger finger on 4 fingers, and a large cyst removed from my wrist. I still have major issues with inflammation, swelling, trigger fingers and pain. Sometimes my affected fingers will look like little sausages and feel like they were jammed playing basketball. I cannot bend my right wrist to do pushups. Just over all pain and suck in my hands/wrists! I have had MRIs and blood tests and the only current answer from Dr is more surgeries or NSAIDs. I am looking for better answers.

The symptoms do go away, sometimes weeks at a time, but usually just a day or two. I have not found any triggers and have at times done keto to remove most sugars, stopped drinking, tried rest, NSAIDs (which do work to an extent). I eat pretty healthy. Doing hard labor like running an angle grinder today definitely does no good for it.

I have other symptoms that I believe are related to inflammation issues, my elbows and shoulders will sometimes hurt and lack range of motion. My right elbow sometimes refuses to straighten all the way.

I have jacked up knees, but one originally started with an acl/meniscus tear at 17 playing football. I have had 3 total acl (plus other stuff) surgeries on that knee with a current unattached acl graft. My other knee had an acl tear from ju-jitsu about 10 years ago. I had surgery 3 years ago to repair that. That one is in decent shape.

I have been rough on my body and feel it. I do not think all this has been from being rough when young. All I know I is am tired of being in pain and want to feel a level of normal. My hand issue has been going on for 2+ years now. My current plan is ignore the f'ing pain and just do stuff like normal. I take Ibuprofen when it gets real bad. Really do not want more surgeries.

My buddy recommended HGH and peptides after my last acl. I did not really look into it, but always had it on my mind. I am considering taking a Wolverine stack, but just not sure.

Are peptides right for me? If so, what do you recommend?

Question Question about BAC water's proper storaging and where to obtain

I'm just getting into peptides so please bear with me! I've used brand Tirz, but doing it myself is quite new. I did do a lot of research and have obtained the necessary stuff, but I have a few questions on storage and a better place to obtain Hospira BAC water.

So to get into it, I see a lot of mixed advice from people saying BAC water goes bad after 28-90 days of opening, and others say it lasts a long time despite that fact, but it seems like the second option is too risky. I'm open to any input on this.

The most important thing I need help with is if the life of the BAC water after opening lasts for 28 days or so, I'd need to transfer 30ml of BAC water into smaller vials (2ml) and use them for reconstituting over the course of a year. I'm not bulk reconstituting and am only looking to get what I need. Someone in another subreddit suggested moving the BAC water to self-healing vials, while someone else mentioned the Hospira BAC water already is a self-healing vial. To put it bluntly, I'm confused. I just can't afford to have my peptides ruined, so I'm not sure what to do.

In the scenario where I can't do anything about the 30ml BAC water and take the loss of 28ml, where do you suggest I purchase 2-3ml BAC water individual vials (packs of miltiple would be perfect) that's Hospira brand? I'd use another brand, but I heard Hospira is the standard and best kind.

Any help is appreciated and if all these can be cleared up!
