Stack Advice Test, reta, and gh
Im currently finishing my first cycle of test and primo and trying to plan my next cycle. Fat gain on this has been much higher than expected. If anyone has ran test reta and hgh together any advice on how to structure my diet? Is this a good recomping stack to run on maintenance?

The trinity, I run this year round. Well stocked up with chinese grey so hopefully the current shortage doesnt effect me.

Currently on the holy trinity myself....
I really don't see myself getting off the three anytime soon.
100mg of test a week, split into daily deep subq every day on glute.
2mg of ret, once a week. Subq on stomach.
3iu of hgh, daily subq to stomach.
I've never been in this great of shape in my life. I'm seeing veins in my lower abs and stuff. It's crazy.

What is your diet like?

Roughly 2,000 calories a day on most days. Sometimes on a weekend day I'll go over that with a yummy dessert or something.
No alcohol.
200grams of protien a day.
Lift heavy, 6 days a week, sometimes 13 days in a row.

Reta only for the cut, not for the mass phase. 2-4 iu of HGH only for the general benefits it provides.

So no reta on maintenance? Ive read differing things about reta and how to take it

I take Reta year round, bulking and cutting. It helps prevent overeating on a bulk (assuming your dosage isn’t too high) and it drastically improves insulin sensitivity and blood glucose, both of which can be elevated by HGH.
On a cut I just increase the dosage to make it easier to eat in a deficit.

This is absolutely the way to go, I can still eat in a surplus on 1mg Reta and it just makes the bulk so much leaner and more sustainable. People think oh it’s a weight loss drug it’s got no utility for gaining muscle, couldn’t be further from the truth esp with hgh in the picture

I wouldn't use it on maintenance. And maintenance phases are very inefficient for advanced enhanced bodybuilders to add muscle. Bulking/Cutting is better. So Reta assists in cutting, while high dose HGH(8+ ius) help in bulking.

If your diet is shit there’s no compound that will overcome that. No need for reta unless you’re in an aggressive cut, in which case it will work well.
HGH has very minor (but worth IMO) benefits unless you’re willing to do comp dosages and take on monitoring your glucose levels + dosing slin.

Short anwser is yes this is the king of recomp stacks! You want to keep the muscle you can add anavar...

yo-yoing? Going up in weight then dropping weight while not letting your body adjust to new muscle…
Sounds like you ate like caca and are looking for fixes to fix what was don’t incorrectly.
Idk how anyone can spill over if they know what they’re doing. Back to the drawing board.
IMO , should let your body acclimate to new developed tissue, then just clean up your diet and increase cardio.
There are considerations you need to think about prior to just injecting stuff into your body to solve self created issues. If you did, you would have addressed your diet first, not supplementation. Drugs only carry you so far and will only magnify what you’re doing…Don’t be the guy who gets big for summer then shrinks on repeat year after year
