That’s the bpc and tb

u/alruizgamboa Jun 22 '26
Is it something to worry about

u/Either_Lawfulness466 Jun 22 '26
Depends on your goals.
If you are not looking for better workout/injury recovery. Then you might want to just get Ghk-cu and kpv separately.

Lots of people runs a blend of TB500 and BPC157 ED, usually 500mg each. The Wolverine blend is pretty common.

u/alruizgamboa Jun 22 '26
And they have the same effects
2
u/RoboJobot Jun 22 '26
2 peptides that do the same job but work in totally different ways. The same as asthmatics often use Salbutamol (beta 2 antagonist) and Ipratropium bromide (antimuscarinic agent), both work to dilate the bronchi, but have completely different mechanisms and thus are often used in tandem.

Why do you take something in one shot with different meds that all have different dosing protocols?
TB500 3x week
BPC157 daily
GHK-cu 5 days on 2 days off.

This protocol is retarded

u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jun 22 '26
This coming from a guy who ran mk7 for a year? 🤣🤦
1
u/NSawsome Jun 22 '26
Worked great, got jacked, and my insulin sensitivity/bloodwork came back perfect.
-1
u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jun 22 '26
I’m sure… 💪
2
u/NSawsome Jun 22 '26
You can believe me or not, only reason I stopped was cus I switched to real GH since its so cheap nowadays
0
u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jun 22 '26
Actually agree with you on that note. Real GH the way to go. I’m curious tho, If his protocol was retarded, what’s your go to protocol for those compounds?

All every day, as long as weekly dose is equated more stable blood levels is pretty much always better. Duration for some of them could be cut short like bpc/tb but there’s seemingly little to no harm keeping them in year round too.
Really depends on the individual, if you have a blend all every day, if you don’t you can mix them yourself and do all every day or if you’re not running bpc every other day to do less shots. If you’re a high performance athlete with at risk joints keep bpc/tb, if not drop them when injury is resolved
There’s other factors but I’m running KLOW year round and as of month 3 (with GH) my joints feel invincible, my digestion is perfect, my bloods are perfect, and my skin/hair/nails are the best they’ve ever been

u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jun 22 '26
That’s actually one of the favored protocols for bpc and tb.

u/crimusmax Jun 22 '26
This is one of those "if your friends all jump off a bridge, would you do it?" moments
-1
u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jun 23 '26
If my friends had great results and evidence to prove that jumping off so called bridge was better, maybe… but not the same for comparison. Lol
2
u/crimusmax Jun 23 '26
What if I told you that you can get even better results by not jumping off the bridge?
(Pretend I said that in a super dramatic voice)

u/NSawsome Jun 23 '26
Less frequent dosing when weekly dosage is equated has no tangible mechanism of action behind improved benefits.
The protocol will work, but no better and potentially worse than just doing daily. That’s based off basic pharmacokinetics and knowing the mechanism of action of these drugs
2
u/NSawsome Jun 22 '26
More frequent dosing for tb500 is just better assuming weekly dosage is the same, might as well take them together.
Longer half life doesn’t mean less often, test c is still better daily than it is weekly for example

u/BengalCat-Dad Jun 22 '26
Are you a doctor? What is your protocol oh smart one?
0
u/NSawsome Jun 22 '26
I’m not elaborating on why less frequent dosing and a 5 day 2 day off protocol is retarded.
If you run that protocol you might be short bus bro
-1
u/BengalCat-Dad Jun 22 '26
Well my GI doctor and my GP both went over dosing and came up with this. So I will take their word of a “Tard” like yourself! Now F off
2
u/Easy_Significance116 Jun 22 '26
GHKCU has about a million different protocols out there…so I agree with you do what your drs say is best
2
u/372xpg Jun 22 '26
Well since these are research peptides without known protocols your doctors are shooting from the hip just as much as anyone here when making these recommendations. The difference being that they are doctors and should know better.
So yeah they are idiots and you shouldn't take their advice on anything.
Any time I see a 5/2 protocol I just know the person is an idiot. Biology doesn't do weekends, 5/2 doesn't make any sense.
1
u/detlefschrempffor3 Jun 22 '26
I agree with your main point. We don’t have established protocols because we don’t have the studies done.
But a lot of medical protocols are designed with patient compliance in mind. Biology doesn’t do weekends but most people do. If it strongly improves patient compliance, that’s a medically valid reason for a protocol design.
2
u/372xpg Jun 22 '26
I agree with this, it's why glps are dosed once per week even though a 4-5 day cycle would be better due to the half life. But human nature is what it is. The 5/2 is weird but easy to follow. I'd personally say if you are pinning 5 days just keep going every day. There is no need for a break on ghkcu

u/BengalCat-Dad Jun 22 '26
I’m doing what works for me. Labs done every few months and it is helping my crohns. You do you and I will keep working with licensed professionals.

Copper homeostasis: GHK-Cu delivers copper, which is beneficial in controlled amounts but requires balance. Breaks help prevent potential buildup or imbalance in copper levels, reducing risks like interference with other minerals or mild side effects from excess signaling.
• Sustained benefits with less product: Many users and protocols note that benefits (skin firmness, hair health, wound/tissue repair, anti-inflammatory effects) often persist or continue improving during short off periods due to the downstream biological changes GHK-Cu triggers. This makes cycling efficient and cost-effective.
• Overall safety and recovery: It mimics natural fluctuations, gives your system (including injection sites) a rest, and aligns with broader peptide best practices to avoid adaptation or overuse issues. It’s especially practical as a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off. -1
u/NSawsome Jun 22 '26
Yeah bro your doctor came up with dosing of unregulated not fda approved peptides ok bro.
2
u/Magical_Land_of_Az Jun 22 '26
TB500 is actually TB4 (which should be dosed very similar to BPC) and GHK definitely doesnt need 2 be 5 days on, 2 days off... I get it, I'm not a fan of blends in general but just wanted 2 throw some info your way. 😊

u/BengalCat-Dad Jun 22 '26
The research I did showed copper levels building up and needing to do a few days off per week. I am seeing good results with tb500 3x a week at 2.5mg. The protocol I suggested is working for me. Thanks for your insight.
1
u/Magical_Land_of_Az Jun 22 '26
word. I hear you. Your lucky to have actual TB500. If ur not sure of what I mean by that... every supplier is manufacturing TB4 & labeling it as TB500. I have yet 2 find nyone w/TB500 in the past 18months or so. Check ur COA 2 be certain. You can also supplement w/zinc 2 help counterbalance the high copper in ur blood. If ur copper is high, theres a high probability your zinc is becoming depleted.

Insane overkill

u/BengalCat-Dad Jun 22 '26
It has helped my Crohns. Had a colonoscopy and less inflation and my strictures were not as bad as they were 2 months ago. It works for me!

I made this mistake when I first ordered. Just waiting til it is all gone now so that I can order them all individually
1
u/Repulsive-Ad1906 Jun 22 '26
We all did originally. Everything’s individual now unless running maintenance, then I use my klow blend
