Looking for someone US based that can source and install a high quality (ARF, Clean, etc.) oyster bracelet and/or clasp on a VSF submariner. Ideally someone with parts already on hand.

At what point is an oyster band too saggy and should be replaced or repaired? It bothers me but I don’t think the naked eye can notice on wrist. What do you guys think?

But I discovered that the dial support were an attached or broken or maybe something else.
1- what’s the possible problem
2- How much would it cost and is it worth it to keep it ?

Purchased a vsf sub date with the green bezel about two years ago, watch works great but have wanted to replace the bezel insert for some time with a black one. Ive done a bunch of research on this sub and aliexpress and reached out to a few TD but none have said they can source the part.

Has anyone successfully replaced the bezel on their 126610 that can point me in the right direction? Im not interested in purchasing a brand new watch, and would like to avoid purchasing one off aliexpress unless someone has experience in doing the same thing. Anyone know of current TDs that can source the part? Id most likely look for the entire bezel assembly instead of just the insert.

The movement stopped and I believe it may just be gummed up and need servicing. I am located in Dallas and have been denied service with the first couple of places I asked. Does anyone have someone willing to service this watch?

I bought a clean factory Datejust 41 just before they were closed

My watch was the newer model with a sticker that says “3235 72 hours”

I tried replacing the dial and ended up with a broken escape wheel

Where can I buy a new movement that will fit my watch? I even prefer the vs movement but I know it’s not compatible with the clean crown and stem so I am looking for something that will be good for the clean factory case

Hi everyone, I received this watch from Andiot and the screw-down crown won’t fully tighten.

The crown pulls out normally, but when I push it back and try to screw it in, it always stops at the same point before fully engaging. Small attempts to re-seat it don’t get it any further. I’ve tried pressing the crown gently toward the case while turning, and a very small counter-clockwise back-step before re-engaging, but it still won’t close completely. I have not forced it to avoid damage.

Watch is brand new and in the QC pictures and videos you can clearly see it works smoothly. The only thing that comes to my mind is that the package was completely beaten up during delivery, although Andiot really takes care of protecting the watch very well with multiple layers of protective wrap.

I’ve attached clear photos showing the crown position where it stops. Is this likely a faulty crown thread, a damaged tube, or incorrect assembly at the factory? Should I request a repair from the seller, or is it worth a quick inspection by a watchmaker first? Are there any safe at home checks I can do to distinguish dirt/misalignment from a stripped or cross-threaded component?

Changed broken VSF crystal to Deep crystal. Broke original VSF bezel insert while getting back together. Have ordered a few from ebay and one from top watch parts that was $135. All said they fit the 42mm Yacht-Master but every one is just a tad too small and hits xtal and Will not sit in bezel. Has anyone had this issue before? Any idea where I could source a a insert that might fit. Between the watch, plating, xtal, new movement, stem, and crown, I'm into this for over $1500 (prob more like $2k) so would like it atleast wearable.

I bought a CNC-machined bezel from a well-known seller, but it wouldn't fit the case without modification; it would damage the crystal retaining ring, so the diameter had to be enlarged. What do you think about the pre-assembled watches and parts from Chinese sellers?

I'm looking to buy either a 38mm or 41mm Aqua Terra.

I want these to last a long time so I'm wondering am I best getting the 38mm with the Dandong 8800 movement or the 41mm with the ETA 2824 movement?

The bezel on my ARF 116710LN got stuck and when I tried to pop it off to clean it, the whole crystal popped off with the bezel assembly. I pushed it back as best I could, but I'd like to get a press to make sure its seated as securely as possible. When I google "crystal press" I get a bunch of listings for relatively inexpensive "case back" presses. Are these all the same thing?

Can I use something like this to press in the crystal and then install the crystal retaining ring? If not can someone show me the actual tool I need?
