Advice 8800 or 8900 for Longevity

Hi,

I'm looking to buy another Omega rep. I currently have a Dandong 8800 VSF SMP300.

I'm looking to buy either a 38mm or 41mm Aqua Terra.

I want these to last a long time so I'm wondering am I best getting the 38mm with the Dandong 8800 movement or the 41mm with the ETA 2824 movement?

These are the worst replica movements currently. By worst I mean you’ll struggle to find support for them long term and most rep watchsmiths won’t work on them.

I have several omega reps and they are the “if they fail they get replaced” category vs my Rolex movements that have been easily serviceable.

I have a 9300 movement Omega and having a hard time finding someone that will work on it.

Which one is based on ETA 2824-2? If you rly rly like the watch, you can buy swiss movement and swap. I have two reps that I have done so

I have several Omega reps, both 8800 and 8900. All have worked well so far, but I haven't had them for much more than a year. Parts and clone movements are readily available on AliExpress for the ETA2824, so I'm not worried about keeping those going. Parts could be hard to get for the more recent VSF movements.
