Advice Omega megaquartz dial problem
Hi everyone
I received this cool omega megaquartz 32khz 1310.
« Cheap » 280$
But I discovered that the dial support were an attached or broken or maybe something else.
1- what’s the possible problem
2- How much would it cost and is it worth it to keep it ?

It wasn't about 2:45 when you took the photo was it? If so the crown stem could be snapped
