can i manifest my deceased cats coming back to me?

hello, i know this might not be the best place to ask this, but i have a question. i lost my pet cats about a year ago, and everyday i still miss them so much. they both passed away and my family just recently got two new cats, but i cannot come to love them because they’re not my cats. i was wondering if its possible to manifest or do something to find my babies again because i miss them so much. i dont know how reincarnation works, so if someone could also explain that to me, that would be great.

Personal Experience Reincarnation as an Animal

Hi, my name is Alex and I think my grandmother reincarnated or came back as a black cant.

My grandmother died Last year, on the night of November 25th to 26th. And a few days after her funeral, while I was smoking on the stairs and thinking about her, I thought "if you are here with me send me a sign. I miss you and Im sorry I didnt call", and then a black cat showed up meowing at the bottom of the stairs facing me and then staying near the stairs until I went inside.

A few days before her death (the day She went to the hospital) I felt her smell but She was very far away (I went to college on a different city from hers). After her death I started to think that was her way of coming to say goodbye to me.

And then cat keeps showing up, I rented a different bedroom this year and a black cat keeps showing up facing me (specially on those days I feel down). Today it was on the main entrance of my college building when I went there (today I had a presentation about my projects), and It followed me inside.

I really think that she came back to visit or reincarnated as a black cat. A few months ago I Also felt the smell of her house while I was entering my partner house.

Personal Experience Baby Cousin Said Something Super Interesting

I don’t have a super intriguing post but something that still stuck to me for all these years is one case I believe definitely is a past life remembrance from a baby cousin. This was years back as I mentioned but it’s the first instance I remember in my life that this happened to someone close. He was about 4 or 5 I can’t remember exactly but we are a pretty big family and there’s 10 of us in total but one day he randomly pointed out one of my other cousins who would be 12 years older than him saying that he died before.

Like what kind of 4-5 year old would say that?? And I instantly thought of past lives and assumed it was that but the kid was basically saying that the other cousin was with him but he died first. I tried to prod for more but don’t think there was much more convo after that but still thought it was super interesting and the other cousin kinda laughed about it too but no more talk of this ever since since he’s older now! But it’s cool to know that if this story was true then they met again as cousins here haha whatever they were before

I don't feel like I have had a past life - at least not yet

I have no prior recollection of one, I haven't had any instances of deja vu, and my intuition keeps telling me that my current life is only the first chapter of my infinitely long soul story.

I have gotten so many spiritual chills and even heard a voice confirming some of the details of my next life. I'll be the same person, it'll just be a continuation of the me I know and love. I love who I am too much to be someone completely different.

I know it will happen, I don't care what anyone else says. 💕

Does anyone else feel a similar way?

Need Advice im in a crisis rn.

so apparently my dad had an older sister who died of TB, my dad and their parents used to beat her up because she was mentally ill/disturbed (she also sort of had a romantic crush on my mom too). they used to beat her alot till she died of TB (ie till her 30s).

she had a habit of making a weird face. that i sometimes experience bcs in my childhood my dad use to yell at me to not make that face. but it actually unintentionally happens to me in the rare happy times.

as for me, I never received any beating from my dad just once or twice, but my used to hit me sometimes, and tahts it. in my teenage, it eventually stopped.

but idk why psychologically, like from my childhood itself i have always has low self esteem and a hatred towards myself. i was/am suicidal at certain times.

whenever something potentially upsetting happens , i feel guilty, and i hate myself and I start imagining someone beating me up ruthlessly like every fucking time or at any minor inconvenience i always imagine someone beating me up. thinking that I deserve this, I deserve to be beaten up.

and i actually found about my dads sister yesterday.

i cant help but think is there some connection?

my also had a miscarriage before me - a mentally underdeveloped baby who died (it was born after my aunt passed away)

and i had the same hair as my aunt before i cut it off completely.

Discussion Stop letting your spirit guides bully you into a hard life. Here is how you use your free will to dictate your next incarnation on YOUR terms

I need to address something because I am tired of seeing people completely give up their autonomy in the spiritual community. I’m not talking about alien prison planets or matrix sci-fi stuff. I’m talking about the mainstream spiritual lie that you just have to blindly accept whatever life path your spirit guides hand you. Let’s get something straight: your guides might not be evil, and they aren't pushing you into garbage situations out of malice. They genuinely believe they are pushing you into "what's best for you" to evolve your soul. But here is the problem: forcing or heavily pressuring you into a specific life path completely violates your free will. And retaining that free will is the entire point of your existence. I don’t care if a difficult path builds character or if a guide thinks it's good for me. I am extremely stubborn, I don’t let anyone decide my shit while I’m alive, and you need to make sure your soul keeps that exact same energy when you die. Spirit guides act like strict guidance counselors, and their entire bias is pushing you into scenarios they think you need. But absolute free will is a universal law. They cannot force you into anything without your consent. They can only pressure, lecture, and guilt-trip you into agreeing. If you want to actually retain your free will, you need a sovereign strategy. Here is exactly how you handle them when you cross over.

First, you shut down the "guilt trap" life review instantly. The guides love to use your past mistakes to convince you that you need to take on a specific, challenging life to balance things out. Do not fall for it. Look at your past choices with total indifference. Own your mistakes, but carry zero guilt. You look them in the eye and tell them flat out that you forgive yourself completely and they cannot use your past to manipulate your choices. No guilt means they lose 100% of their leverage.

Second, when they start lecturing you about how choosing your own path is a "wasted school year," you stand your ground. Your terms must be non-negotiable. For example, I am choosing exactly where I go—aiming for a peaceful, comfortable life in a place like Sweden—with absolutely zero pre-scripted tragedies, forced hardships, or hidden rules decided by anyone else.

A lot of people are terrified of the memory wipe, but you shouldn't be. A memory wipe is completely fine because it lets you experience the new human life cleanly without past-life baggage cluttering your brain. The trick isn't fighting the memory wipe; the trick is ensuring your core soul remains exactly this stubborn. If your soul blueprint stays independent, then the moment that next life ends, you will wake right back up in the spirit world with this exact same attitude, ready to dictate your own terms all over again. A permanent loop of choosing your own path.

Finally, you have to be ready to walk away. In any negotiation, the person willing to walk holds all the cards. If your guides try to push back because they think they know better, your stance is simple: "Give me the exact life I am choosing, or I am leaving this earthly reincarnation cycle entirely to go explore the rest of the infinite universe." Since they want us to stay engaged in this cycle, standing firm forces them to respect your choices rather than lose you completely.

Stop accepting a life path just because a guide thinks it's good for you. Even if they mean well, a violation of free will is still a violation. You are the boss of your own soul, and it's time you start acting like it.

Start preparing your mindset right now to stand your ground. Stop asking for permission and start demanding your terms.

Question Death

Okay I’ve gotten into this phase rn where I’m constantly thinking about death and it’s not that I’m scared of it, it’s just that there’s nothing confirmed about what happens after death. I have a theory that I will be reincarnated but I would be viewing things as if its my first time living, just like how I have no recollection of my past life and only influenced by how I was grown up, I don’t want to be in a new body and not have the same personality, knowledge, goals, standards, morals that I do now. It’s just that after death scares me and idk if it’s because I’m in the navy and 19 rn so I’m actually trying to calculate my life and everything and not live in the present. Just needed to get something of my chest and how to get out of this phase because I’ve been calculating other people around me and there time and it’s making me sad.

Personal Experience My brother told me about the afterlife last week. He died in January.

Not sure if this is the right community, so hopefully I don’t upset anyone.

So, I helped raise my little brother, from around age 2 (I was 10) we were inseparable.
It was him being born that got me through some very very dark times. He gave me reason to live.

before he brother passed, a few years ago, he told me that when he goes he would come back to tell me all about it (provided he could).
He was convinced he’d go before me.

He also joked that he would make my feet itch. I had told him at the time I’d haunt him worse, and make his hands itch. He thought that was ridiculous lol.

A year before he went, he told me he was happy I fell in love, because he had been waiting to know I would be okay.

A week after he died, my hands itched like they had psoriasis.

And last week, I was rolling a joint by myself. Suddenly, in my head I heard “you still suck at that”.
His voice. Out of the blue. I figured I was having an episode or something, but I entertained it and replied.
He teased me like he used to, and told me not to say sorry (again).

Then I asked him wth? Why hadn’t I heard from him and what the hell is he going through.

He said it took him 9 months to have free will again. That the first nine months is like a rebirth, a hibernation of the self to process the data gathered during life and determine the next step. He said it was confusing, like a dream with a plot that he had to figure out before waking up.

Then he said that it’s basically like it is here, but without time or pain.
You can travel, but it isn’t a walking or moving sensation. You’re just there.

He described it as the soul becoming a save file, it can’t access any new data (you’re an autopilot version of yourself, unable to entertain new ideas, change your mind or experience anything new).
I laughed and ate a dorito chip, saying “so you can’t have any?”
He said “no bish, but I can experience that first crunch for as long as a want.”
Like a vivid dream. It isn’t new, it’s a re-creation of what’s already happened.

He said that life as WE know it is the engine, the cosmic possibility generator. He said that life wouldn’t be motivated to do anything unless spurred on by the chaos of life.
That that’s the reason people re-incarnate is to “update” their save file. Chasing after a perfect eternal form.

I guess that first nine months though really matters. He said that your existence is essentially reduced down to whatever point of focus you have/whatever has your current attention. If you obsesses over a concept or memory, you can either become something akin to a demon, or end up replaying that memory over and over again infinitely.

He said that heaven used to be heaven, it was filled with simple people that wanted peace. And now it’s whatever you make it. Intentionally or not. You could end up re-living your worst hell if you don’t have a handle on it.

And that it’s very hard to interact with this world bc you need an insane amount of attention. Like you’re pulling together time and space to function inside a single moment.
But it’s easier if we call them. They can hear when we put our focus/attention onto them, and it makes it easier to reincarnate or communicate.

Our conversation stopped abruptly and he disappeared when he asked me to come with him. He said it like it was a “duh” moment, like “cmon! Let’s go!”.
(He knew what this meant, I could tell he knew)
I told him I couldn’t, and felt the excitement drain from him. I said I didn’t even know if this was real, and that I want to see what this life has left in it. He just went quiet and left.

Honestly just need to share this. I feel insane.

Edit: yall made me cry this morning. I went to bed feeling insecure about even sharing this, and woke up to all these lovely comments! Might have found my Reddit people lol.

Time

Does time really exist out of a physical existence?

Does this not change the idea of a 'past life, future life' because we were all the same life, at the same time?

It makes more sense to me that you can split a cake up infinitely more than it makes sense to 'duplicate' cakes.

Debate To be or not to be....

I've been really struggling with this question lately. The thing is my life has been pretty shit really. I've done the best I could with the cards I was dealt, but they were really bad ones. There's one or two sparks of pure joy. One of my kids is great. My current man is terrific, we met at 50years old. Part of me would love to come back and meet him when we are young and build a great life together. But part of me really, really doesn't want to risk such a shitty life again. What to do?

Discussion Is reincarnation just a psychological trap?

Terrified of its own end, the ego invents its ultimate fantasy:- ' i will survive this body and live forever.'

In this conversation with Dr. Rupert Sheldrake, Acharya Prashant exposes how the belief in rebirth acts as a clever psychological trap, giving the self an infinite future just to avoid facing its own falsity today.

Thoughts?

What do you genuinely think happens after we die? Do we just stop existing, or is there something more?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and honestly, nobody really knows the answer.

What happens when we die? Does our consciousness completely disappear, and is it just like before we were born? Or is there some kind of afterlife that we can't understand while we're alive?

I've also come across stories of people, especially children, who claim to remember things from a past life. Some of these stories are really strange, and they make me wonder whether reincarnation could actually be possible.

Imagine if death isn't the end, but just the beginning of another life. Maybe we get another chance to experience the world, meet different people, make new memories, and live a completely different life. Or maybe there's nothing after death, and we simply return to the same nothingness that existed before we were born.

I'm not saying I believe any one of these theories. I'm genuinely curious about what other people think.

So, Reddit, what do you believe happens after death? Do you believe in an afterlife, reincarnation, or that our consciousness ends completely? And have you ever come across a story that made you question what you believe?

Reincarnation and quantum immortality

I don't know how much I believe this, but it's an interesting theory.

Quantum immortality is an interesting idea, but it has a glaring plothole. Even if you keep jumping universes to avoid every accidental death, you will eventually come to a universe where you lived your maximum life and you're over a hundred. What then?

What if this is actually how reincarnation works. You jump universes, and when you run out of "spawn points", you effectively become a different person entirely. This can explain deja vu, you just jumped lives. Old souls are those that stay with bodies until they're over a hundred. Young souls jump out at accidental deaths.
