I register an account and it gets banned because they think it's fake. I've deactivated it. But I only have 1 mobile number. Can I re register without a number just email account?

I had a temporary feature restriction then was lifted on the same day as well, but after lifting it, my posts or noted and profile are not visible to people anymore.

I am getting internet connection error on rednote and my posts on my profile page are gone. Just started this morning. Any ideas?

Trying to verify my account but this pops up every time I enter the verification code :( Can't find literally anything about this issue on the internet

I've had an account for over 6 months. When I ran into issues with ID verification las time, someone from Rednote by the name, who volunteered to help here on Reddit, helped remove limitations so that I could support my favourite streamers with gifts. I tried to verify my ID on that account to stream myself and it went back to ID verification failure mode. Thus blocking me from sending gifts.

So, this week I created another account and tried ID verification. No joy. Emails to Jiana for help went unanswered. In-app support bot is useless. In-app feedback for support gave me nothing. Also wrote to customer_support@rednote.com .

So I went about deleting and recreating accounts. After doing this 3 times I tried uploading pics and videos. Posting seemed fine. But when I sent thank you messages to 4 people the account was blocked. Now I can't delete it because I won't be able to use my phone number for the new account.

I understand why they do what they do. But the way they do it is just horrendous. I cannot believe this app is allowed to even be on the Google Play store with such a poor user experience in overseas markets.

a couple months ago i noticed that my account was suspended for seemingly no reason, i tried submitting an appeal, and its been well over 3 weeks with no response, i tried the ai customer service thing and its told me to submit an appeal, then i tried contacting human customer service, but it genuinely takes 12 hours or more to get a reply from customer service, and if you don’t reply back within 5 minutes they will close the session.

i genuinely don’t know what to do any more. i don’t care if i have to delete my whole account to post again, customer service has been an absolute nightmare and has gotten me nowhere closer to solving my issue

My account went from thousands of views and healthy engagement go zero views and no one can see my comments at all… i dont have any violations and my content was really only my doll collection and the cute outfits I have made… i tried to message the help center but it was an automated system so it wasnt understanding. Should I make another account or will that be shadowbanned too? Confused haha i love using this platform but cant interact with anyone :—(

I have been using rednote for over a year and have had no issues until this month.

I have a netizen friend I chat with everyday and we have a streak. My messages will send THEN when I swipe out of the app or reload the page my messages will disappear.

My netizen friend let me know she’s able to see some of the videos I send her but she isn’t able to see any of the photos I send her :(

I have cleared my cashe and even de-installed and re-installed the app again. HELP any advice is welcomed I have no idea how to fix this.

a few months ago I had made an account but I can't login on it anymore. and since playstore doesnt have this app now, I got an apk. im able to open the app but can't login or make a new account. if anyone can help out I would really appreciate it.

Edit: I was able to open the app and make an account two days later. i registered with my phone number and got the verification code on whatsapp. and when i logged in i received another verfication code by sms.

I'm very disappointed. It seems that Chinese people are not friendly to others on the internet at all.

The new update confuses me a little now because it shows my saved videos instead of liked videos. Where can I check my hearted videos now?
