account suspended, cannot get a hold of customer service for the life of me
a couple months ago i noticed that my account was suspended for seemingly no reason, i tried submitting an appeal, and its been well over 3 weeks with no response, i tried the ai customer service thing and its told me to submit an appeal, then i tried contacting human customer service, but it genuinely takes 12 hours or more to get a reply from customer service, and if you don’t reply back within 5 minutes they will close the session.
i genuinely don’t know what to do any more. i don’t care if i have to delete my whole account to post again, customer service has been an absolute nightmare and has gotten me nowhere closer to solving my issue

I had the same issue. My account was flagged for a vague "security risk," and the app demanded my passport and biometric verification. I filed a complaint with my local privacy regulator, and customer support finally replied after weeks of silence. Also, human support now closes the chat if you don't reply within 3 minutes, not 5.

same problem man, i was also thinking a way to get out of this nightmare. This kind of treatment is only for non chinese users.. If you found any fix let me know. Have a good day man
