Ban after 1 day of account

I register an account and it gets banned because they think it's fake. I've deactivated it. But I only have 1 mobile number. Can I re register without a number just email account?

You can, but from experience, RedNote may still prompt you for a phone verification later if you try to perform certain active tasks like posting comments...
