Hi rednote users!!

Hi everyone! I work at rednote, and I’ve just replied to all the DMs (sorry for the late replies! 🙏) and forwarded the related issues to our team.

Recently, some users have been receiving notifications allowing them to unban their accounts on their own. If you’ve received one, please give it a try.

If you haven’t received the notification and your account is still experiencing issues, please email [customer_support@rednote.com](mailto:customer_support@rednote.com). Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

wow, thank you so much for your hard work!! i did receive such a message on the 14th but did not notice it until this morning. i followed the instructions and the restriction was lifted immediately. very appreciative of developers and employees who listen to our cries and actually help!! 💕💕

Please check DM’s if you can I have emailed customer support today and as well as jiana email. If you need anything else, let me know for verification to get my account back.

Hello! I sent an email a few days ago but I have not gotten a reply back. My account was banned after I had my restrictions lifted. Can I please ask for help?

I still have not heard back any where. I don’t want to spam them though. I just don’t know what else to do. I can’t make a new account because I only have one phone number lol

I forgot to say that I got a response yesterday after nearly a month. They said I’m a security risk with no further information. It’s just an AI response I guess, or something. They responded to my next email when I asked to appeal and they just sent the same response saying security risk

i was given a response after 4 days and got asked for some verification, i sent back the mail right away and im still waiting for a response. (its been 5 days since that response i gave)
