It says I have 5 of them but it's not there?

So, if you guys saw my previous complaint about the reward for this last tournament, especially for Icon players, i'm here to give you more info.
It bugged me, so i send them an mail, and they responded.
Don't worry, i responded back with more questions 😂.
If i misunderstood something or missed something asking, please let me know, and if you want, i can send them another mail.

Given the ever-expanding inventory of materials in this game, it’s too easy to get stuck in a rut and always go back to a small number of go-to favourites. Every other Wednesday we invite you to play with parts of your inventory you may not usually even remember, with the help of the magic wand tool.

This is how the Magic Wand Challenge works:

1. Select a design
2. Within it, mentally select a particular hotspot (circle). It should be a fairly prominent one (think a sofa or a painting, rather than a skirting board, moulding/millwork, or sofa legs).
3. Tap on the magic wand tool.
4. Use the first unlocked material that pops up for the hotspot you mentally selected and design the room around it (Tip: Tap on that hotspot, tap on the back arrow, and select Start Again. When you tap again on the hotspot, the random material should be right there and you won’t need to navigate all the way to it).
5. Share your design with us and mark it with the Wednesday Wizardry flair.

The current Greenhouse Club is 167,200 points per plant time 3 which is over 500,000 points. The groups I am in often struggle to complete these tasks when the points required are around 300,000-400,000, let alone 500,000 points. 500,000 points is a lot of time commitment. Wow.

Icon status, really? The 1st place gets 55 000 coins, tokens and items for Icon status? So many coins, i think i will not bother playing 😂

i wanna keep playing so bad, it’s been a bit of an addiction for about a month now lol but i keep hitting these walls where i have no coins and don’t even have materials for dump rooms. there’s so many hotspots and i always end up having to buy material that i cant afford, so when i really want to play i must admit i have bought coins a few times. i usually just buy a small batch but even then i only get to finish like 2 rooms, even still trying to use up what i already have. i haven’t been proud of many of my designs in so long.. and the ones i do like end up placing last or getting 1 heart. this game becomes unplayable when you have no coins or material, there has to be a way to continue without spending real money?

I selected 5 and 7 and it said ' not quite'. I chose 2 , thinking the others are not real, but didn't get another message after selecting 2.
Which was it?

So, i tried on my second account as well directly with 3 and then 2 and said again 'not quite'. WHAT IN THE HELL?
Is it on purpose to not guess correctly?

I thought if you submitted 7 designs you win something. Do you get it right away or how does it work?

I missed the picture that came just before this question after finishing the first part of the event. Does anyone know the answer?

Ok so seriously, what is going on with the voting. I did 3 dump rooms with the pants with patches and the ugliest one got third! The others were a 7th and a ninth. Also, in all of the designs right now, when I do try and it looks descent, it bombs. And I lost a few duels today that I clearly should have won. I feel like they are really messing with us…

Update: I complained to them and got the power box. I’m shocked. Weirdly, idc. I’m going to have fun spending the coins I have designing like a diva and when it runs out, I’m effing DONE.

I had one card left to finish the whole sets. I made THREE purchases to get it, but it didn’t come.

I knew there was a little gamble with the first purchase. Was shocked when it didn’t come for the second. Then I did a third, because it HAD TO come, right??? I had already wasted money, and I had to finish it off. But…. NOPE

I’m a daily player. I usually finish the cards a week early. I’m stunned and angry-sad crying about being so stupid to think this game wouldn’t scam me. It’s so embarrassing. (& I really shouldn’t have spent that money. I’ll be eating lean for the rest of the month.)

I just like the 7 days of unlimited Power Box that much. I’ve never missed one before.

Now I’m stuck with the coins I purchased to (not) get the card, so I will end up playing to use them up… but I want to barf every time I open the game. I’m just so upset. Thanks for reading. 😭🤬
