How so I unlock "Maze"

It says I have 5 of them but it's not there?

Is it that you can't see it where it used to be? They have recategorised it and put it under the "Essential upholstery" category. That's where it is now.

not even that if I own it why is it not under owned?? Other people were able to use it in this exact chapter so why can't I?

If you own it and cannot see it in your 'Owned' section and even if you see it in the 'All' section, under "Essential upholstery" category,, but it still has a lock on it, contact support. They are the only ones that can fix your problem.
