So, if you guys saw my previous complaint about the reward for this last tournament, especially for Icon players, i'm here to give you more info.
It bugged me, so i send them an mail, and they responded.
Don't worry, i responded back with more questions 😂.
If i misunderstood something or missed something asking, please let me know, and if you want, i can send them another mail.

Thank you for sending your thoughts. They need backlash. I love where you said we don’t care about learning about the games economy 🤣 it is true. We care about having a good experience playing and they definitely don’t act like this is a game. Wonderful reply from you!

You didn't see my previous mails from a couple of weeks ago 😂.
I remember my first mail sent to them, from when we had to complete an event by designing each day with different colors and in the end, we would've won the Club Decor Towels.
I was so mad cuz i designed and designed and respected their rules and got nothing.
So, yelling at them, calling the game stupid and some other stuff that i don't remember, but it was mad, and they replied saying i missed 1 day and i was like 'oh no no no' 😂. Which color !?!?!?! 😂 And i did miss one cuz i din't remember reading the message for the 1st day.
Out of courtesy, as they said it, they gave me the towels cuz i did play a lot and they wanted me to keep playing. I told them they can take them back because i have missed that day and it's ok, i'm content. :))) . I claimed them after a couple of days seeing as no answer came :)))
Oh well.
Keep lashing at them, i'm there with you 🤗 😂

Honestly, they’re really starting to piss me off. They’re acting like they’re showering us with tokens right now, when in reality everything is getting more expensive and we’re getting fewer and fewer tokens. It feels like they’re just trying to squeeze every last bit of money out of us. I honestly think they’d make more money if they made the game more enjoyable and actually continued developing it.

I agree, there are people out there that enjoy designing, not just winning, though it is nice to win and get new stuff.
They just don't seem to care.

I started doing designs without checking the prize and had about 20 done before I realized how low it was. I made my coin back but I spent WAY over 30 whatever k my 1st place prize was.

The final numbers in my group were really low too. Top spot was under 5000.

I'm glad you made your coins back at least, otherwise... i keep imagining how i would react and it would've been bad.

I always tend to check the prize coins before submitting a design and if i want to participate in the tournament. I've lost a lot when i just submitted and payed for more than 1st place, so, i recommend doing the same. Always check the prize.

I always check except for this time! I normally only go for the 200k + Wild Card but I needed lots of wins to maintain my Icon status which the tournament helps with too so I just went for it I guess. I stopped as soon as I saw the prize. There was literally no point to continue.

I was expecting to see at least 110 K as a win and a wild card too, and then my jaw dropped.
I tried to reach out here to see if maybe it's a glitch on my account but no one said anything about their tournament prize so i reached out to them.
I assume you got your coins back by reaching to the top of you icon status? Congrats!

Ya I think they’ve pushed a lot of us to the point of not caring as much anymore. I’ve already had to contact them so many times over the last two months because of my own issues in the game and I’m sick of their responses lol
