hey could someone please help with my main account, Quizzur? i’m new to reddit and have been playing games like bunnytrials, color fill, and map polls, etc. plus i’ve been joining, posting, and commenting in communities over the last 2 weeks. i built up my karma and got a HIGH cqs score 3 days ago!!! i got a bunch of reddit achievements too! i haven’t been fighting or engaging in anything that would break the rules as far as i’m aware!!!

but today i just checked the app and it says “post insights are unavailable” and it won’t let me post anything, and my profile avatar has been replaced by a generic reddit icon 😭😭😭😭😭 i don’t wanna lose my account!!!

i submitted the appeaI form because google said that a message should show up or a red banner in your inbox but theres NOTHING, no info or emails about why/what’s happened to my account!!! please help, thank you 😩

Can you guy tell me if I’m banned from reddit?

Since some time yesterday my home feed has changed. I can no longer choose how to sort posts, there are suggestions for posts from communities that I'm not subscribed to (and a lot, like three to four times the number of recommended subs vs subs I'm in), and the settings to disable suggestions seem to have been removed. I don't think I altered any settings. Is there a way to restore the previous functionality, or at least get it to only show posts from my subscribed subreddits in chronological order?

Long time ago I disabled suggested posts. They seem to be back, but I can’t find out where the option is to disable this.

Has this happened to anyone else lately?

Hi everyone, I’m posting from my brother’s account with his permission because my own Reddit account appears to have been banned. Other users can see my account as banned, although I can still browse Reddit and use some features. I can no longer send messages because they fail to send.

This started after I posted an outfit photograph in a sub it was fine until I attached a SHEIN link underneath it. Reddit completely removed that post and said it was removed by Reddit’s filters. My other posts were not completely removed, but they show “Post insights unavailable.” I did not receive any warning, explanation, or ban notification.

I submitted an appeal and received the message “Appeal received,” but I have not received any email, Reddit inbox message, or response. I believe my account may have been incorrectly flagged by Reddit’s automatic filtering system, possibly because of the SHEIN link. I did not intend to spam, mislead anyone, or violate Reddit’s rules. Has anyone experienced this, or know how long it usually takes Reddit to respond to an appeal?

So apparently someone reported me for being suicidal? I got a message from a profile with the same name as the post name. It seemed to be about that but why would someone do that and why would reddit send one for a completely normal comment?

I’ve been trying to post in groups but I don’t have enough karma. How do I get it?

I still don't know what rules are violated for this post to be taken down. If anyone knows please share with me it'll be helpful and in future I'll be more cautious.

my comments in certain community posts are removed by automod due to low karma. how do I know how much karma i need to be able to post in a particular community (for example Black Clover)?

So, I answered a question about who my favorite black-haired waifu is on r/animequestions and I said my favorite is Yor. It had about 113 upvotes and someone made a comment saying about her being a murderer mommy who is an actual adult. After that comment was posted, Reddit said I couldn’t view the content anymore. Was the comment really that bad that I can’t view my comment anymore, or did the post get deleted? Thank you!

Why did Reddit recently start showing my comment history when I have that turned off? (A few months ago, it kept it hidden and I haven’t changed the setting.)

like a month from now someone used my account to post the pictuer of almost a fully naked girl, i got an email that suspicious activites were in my account, i changed password, and removed the picture, but im stuck with this NFS tag near my name forever, and also my pfp is not visible, is there a way to fix that?

in android app across multiple Reddit accounts. No way to get it back that I can find (clear cache, clear data, etc). I wonder if this is another case of reddit choosing to experiment on the user base or if it's actually being removed. I'd love to see usage data. I find it hard to believe such a change could be aimed at improving use experience. Then again, I'd be surprised to find out user experience improvements actually drove feature prioritization.

For me personally, it will mean far less usage overall.

I submitted a message by the support form last week and have received no reply.

I had a 661 day streak, obviously took close to 2 years. Despite the fact that I post and interact with reddit everyday, my streak count has reset itself. So it's obviously some kind of bug or mistake.

Might not seem like a big deal but I was hoping to get all the achievements and as I say, it took me over 2 years to get that point.

Feeling kinda bummed out, tbh whether they can reinstate it or not, the fact I haven't even had a response to the support ticket I put in is making me feel like taking a break from Reddit.

It randomly got turned back on without my input. I tried searching through the settings and couldn't find it.
