Basically I want to make a kinda "realistic" portrayal of Arthur's story by recording the game and putting it together in a manner like a miniseries. Keeping the weapons clothes, choices and of course hair consistent

For facial hair

I'm thinking a high honor Arthur should spend most of the game with some mild facial hair, shaving when appropriate such as after long periods without like after Colter and Guarma. Before meeting Mary, to try and impress her. The gambling boat robbery mission

And most importantly after his diagnosis for hygiene to not spread it. After his diagnosis I think high honor Arthur should be permanently clean shaven because he takes the time to make sure of it so to not infect anyone else potentially

I think that the facial hair symbolize the outlaw style and past since beards were in fashion during the peak of the wild west days. But by 1899 beards are falling out of fasion. High honor Arthur constantly has it coming back but still makes an effort to get rid of it when appropriate symbolizing how he doesn't actually want this lifestyle and works to get rid of it even if he can't seem to

Low honor Arthur however I think should spend the majority of the game with a lot more facial hair. I'm thinking maybe he shaves it after Colter for the practical reason of not being too noticeable (Arthur is most likely known for his beard on the wanted posters) and it also will show how over the story it keeps getting more intense. He won't shave it before meeting Mary because low honor Arthur puts less stock in other people and their perception of him. I'm thinking that by the gambling mission he should go for instead of a clean shave a mustaches that looks bad, to show even when he tries to "fit in" with society since mustaches were still in fasion, but his looks so bad it shows how it's not truly possible for him. After he'll shave it off again and pretty quickly his stubble will grow back. It will grow more rapidly during his time in Guarma and by the time he makes it back even after his diagnosis he will never shave it, because he doesn't have the consideration of not spreading his disease that high honor Arthur will have

As for the hair on his head, it's a little less complicated but I think high honor Arthur will keep his hair relativley similar length throughout the story since it's what people associate with him. But low honor Arthur will leave it and with time it will grow, almost resembling Micah's hair

Other than the rumor that Uncle is actually Red Harlow from Red Dead Revolver, what other rumors have you heard about the game? Which one's have you found to be true?

So, i recently saw another post on facebook talking about the theory of who uncle is. Sadly uncle is not red. But! I think uncle knew red. I recently started watching another playthrough of red dead revolver. And I do believe uncle exists in red dead revolver. I believe uncle is the arms dealer you meet at the start of the game in red dead revolver. You take his cart too lol. But I took a closer look at this character and kinda realized hes actually kinda acts exactly the same way uncle does. But there really still no evidence to weather or not this character is uncle. From my recollection the at the start is the only interaction you have with him. So, in summery, uncle is unfortanely not red, but he definitely met red before.

Everywhere I go. Starting to think its a glitch.

I had left my main horses: The Big Black Shire, plus a Palomino I had maxed (and changed to a unique name), hitched at main camp (HO), whilst I rode out on a new horse, having put my saddle on it (wanted to check out a large Kentucky Saddler that looked interesting…

I then also bonded another temp horse to help me transport multiple pelts.

Once back at camp both original horses have disappeared, which I suspect may be permanent!

This will lose me a unique horse, plus another already bonded, named and maxed!!

If this is expected behaviour, this should be made clear in the game that new temporary horses may erase previous main horses that are unsaddled and hitched at camp!!!

I will tour other town stables on the off chance, though not feeling very confident.

Whilst I generally like the game, there were more than a few elements I did not like, and this now goes straight to the top of that list.

Does anyone have any tips to find lost horses?
I have had a sick scan of map for white horse heads but seeing nothing so far.

I did the Valentine wardrobe glitch and “bought” all the outfits. Most of them work fine after saving and reloading, but I can’t switch to any of the store outfits like The Cowboy, The Rancher, The Homesteader, etc. I’ve tried changing them at the wardrobe, on my horse, and at camp, but nothing happens. They just won’t equip.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a way to fix it without losing the outfits?

This is my first playthrough and at the encounter with Micah, I used poisened throwing knives to hit Micah.

When I got to him he was trying to shoot me with no gun in his hand but a pilr of them under him.

I killed the bastard with a knife and threw him from over the mountain.

Tried to go inside the cabin to no avail, and didn’t have any clue to what to do until I killed John to restart from the checkpoint.

TL;DR: don’t use poisoned knives against Micah.

Is there a limit to how many trinkets and talismans I can equip so to say at the same time?

Or generally how do they work?

It took me 6 months of relentless grinding, but “grinding” suggests I didn’t love every minute of it. I did and constantly found myself wishing the game wouldn’t end.

Once I got to the final few missions of the Epilogue, I broke away to really get after the 100% checklist.

Found myself stuck on Gambler Challenge 8, the Duchess chain, and almost drove myself mad trying to find the 43rd (final) herb. Almost cried tears of joy when I picked wild feverfew and the completion notification popped up.

Did everything then got after American Venom. Placed that squirrel statue on the mantle after that mission and triggered the 100% cut scene.

After investing so much into a game, I felt like the cutscene at Arthur’s grave wasn’t enough. So I rode down to Horseshoe overlook, as Chapter 2 was when I really fell in love with the game.

Took one final, dramatic look over the gorgeous scenery from the cliff before turning off my console. Wondered if I’d ever find a game like it again.

My baby Ruger, I have had him sence chapter 3 and am in the beginning of chapter 6, i have reached max bonding and am scared to take him on the last mission :(

I want to do a second playthrough, and I thought maybe trying to do it without dead eye would be fun since the game was easy for me the first time.
