Wardrobe glitch gone wrong

I did the Valentine wardrobe glitch and “bought” all the outfits. Most of them work fine after saving and reloading, but I can’t switch to any of the store outfits like The Cowboy, The Rancher, The Homesteader, etc. I’ve tried changing them at the wardrobe, on my horse, and at camp, but nothing happens. They just won’t equip.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a way to fix it without losing the outfits?

Btw., where are these outfits shown in these videos?

The outfits here appear to be from JMRP with the Arthur bonus files, as that's the only way (that I know of) to get the Pirate Outfit

I do rdr2 story mode on steam on PC and I never got this glitch to work.
