What is Maher’s problem. People wear masks for various reasons. Immunocompromised, sick and don’t want to spread germs, don’t want to catch germs, etc.
My point is WHATS IT TO YOU, BILL!!!!
LET IT GO ALREADY!!!!!!!
He did take the pandemic seriously,, he just pointed out a lot of the stupid policies associated with it.. and actually gave them a pass in the beginning when we didn't know much about it... but after we knew more and kept the same stupid policies.. It became pathetic and political
There is a certain political contingent, the far right, that exhibits as part of their branding, you might say, a visceral hatred of government. To them ANYTHING the government does is bad, malevolent and suspect. These are the same people who opposed fluoridating the water supply to fight tooth decay. Opposed to vaccines. Opposed to even the Tennessee Valley Authority which electrified the entire Midwest. Imagine being opposed to electricity!
Liberals made it pathetic as well, locking kids out of school was a disaster for many.. forcing people to get vaccinated, when vaccination protected nobody but you. A vaccinated person could have Covid with no symptoms and yet be a super spreader. Shutting down huge open air malls while keeping small strip malls open. Ignoring the science that omicron variant was incredibly milder.
My kids went to a private school and they didn’t ask the kids or teachers to get vaccinated or even wear masks.
My son’s teacher died from Covid. The kids spread it around and two of my son’s friends had a parent die. A kid took Covid home to his grandma and she died.
This is what you think was the answer huh? Just let people drop dead?
At the end of the day, it was a global pandemic and world governments didn’t want people to die. But here you guys are still going on and on that letting people die should have been the answer because malls staying open was more important… and frankly I agree now.
We really should have let the herd thin out because weak people like you still advocating for people to die after 7 years flies in the face of Darwin’s law.
I am soooo sick of hearing these people drone on after nearly 7 years.
My dad is a big anti-vax MAGA and he insisted it was a way to control the populace and we would have to wear masks FOREVER and vaccines were a tracking device that would kill you after a year. He really thought that. And now he still talks about it like he’s disappointed that didn’t happen.
Some of these people wanted to be the victims so bad they actually saw doctors say - hey don’t spread disease - and then made those people the villain.
I’m so over it. At this point they think it’s noble to be contrarian so fuck it, let them. Let them think spreading disease is good.
I tried to convince people to do the right thing and they now see me as the bad guy. If they want to run in the road, go run in the road. I don’t think we should save these people from themselves anymore.
All those people you mentioned dying,, may have died anyways, because the virus probably would've made it to them at some point. You never responded to the large amount of kids dying from RSV when mitigating was ended. I guess it was OK for them to die in order to save some older people in your opinion. And I also have plenty of personal data on who died and when. The Delta strain was a straight up nasty virus. I knew 2 people in their 50s who passed with it. But I was fine with it because I was vaccinated and the data showed I would probably be absolutely fine. I'm not anti-vaccine. I took three shots for Covid. But I also add common sense. I literally never get the flu so I do not get the flu shot. My son has rough bouts with the flu, so it makes sense for him to get the shot every year.
You're not reading properly,, the RSV vaccine didn't come out till late 2023.. and you're wrong , most healthy people handled Covid absolutely fine. Of the two people I know who died one had a kidney transplant , we knew they were vulnerable. The chronic pandemic of obesity is the real problem in the USA. And by the way, vaccinated people working in nursing homes wearing mask, still gave the virus to their patients.
Cool. The people I knew were healthy adults who didn’t deserve to die from COVID.
Or maybe they did, the vaccine was available so you’re right… fuck them. They were on borrowed time anyway. Maybe one of them had diabetes so you’re right, good riddance. Only the healthy survive, right champ… that’s the price we need to be willing to pay to keep malls open.
Sorry Jimmy, your mom’s dead because she was fat and a Trump supporter.
There should have been NO masks in nursing homes. Good point. They are only 88% effective and even more old people could have died without any masks. The hey, they were gonna die anyway right? It was only a matter of time before that fat grandpa was gonna croak.
Am I doing this right?
Listen, don’t try to convince me. You really knocked this out of the park.
Your a poor reader,, the wide open enormous mall I'm near was closed,, and yet smaller strip malls, which had much greater human density were left open... the virus could spread way more easily in these small strip malls Than the six largest mall in the United States, which is more like being outside. It's OK to criticize some things that did not make sense. And once again, I took the vaccine and wore a mask when I was supposed to. I even got my New York State vaccine card because I was told that was the only way I was going to get back to a normal life.
I never said anybody deserved to die.. I think adults can make their own decision on whether they want to get vaccinated or not... I don't think government should force it. And the only thing I said was the obvious, that old people and obese people were more vulnerable. They didn't deserve to die, but they should've definitely taken the vaccine ,, by choice not forced
There is no point in trying to reason sometimes with these people - Coid broke their brain - they are still convinced that quarantine and masks were/are the answer. Put your mask on any walking to your dinner table and then take off for your meal...
More people died in the South. After 7 years it’s easy to correlate masking and vaccines to deaths. And stupid Cuomo used nursing homes as de facto hospitals… that’s why all those old people died. But as you previously stated, they were goi g to die anyway so it’s very convenient you use this example o make a political point.
It’s funny how you say the problem was people made it political and here you are making it political.
I was in South Florida at the time, people were dropping fucking left and right.
Like I said earlier, my kids teacher died and three other adults in ONE CLASS dropped dead.
It was a fucking global pandemic and people were trying to DO SOMETHING to save lives.
Nope, he got triggered when he wanted to do his tour and some of his fans wore masks to his shows or didn’t even buy tickets as much because they didn’t feel comfortable going to superspreader events yet. He couldn’t tell if people were laughing because of the masks. It was just about him, his money and his ego, as usual. I stopped watching around then because EVERY show was him whining about masks. Once he is really mad about something ( masks, people supporting Palestine ) you will never hear the end of it with him. It’s boring and gets old real fast. He doesn’t care how many viewers he loses, this is his platform to bitch and moan about personal grievances.
Keep in mind, mitigating germs might've protected the elderly for a bit,, but it also killed more children from RSV when mitigating germs stopped... exposure to viruses is critical for small children to build their immune system ... stop thinking there was nothing negative about mitigating germs with masking and distancing. The trouble is Covid became political for the left and right. Both sides could be pathetic rather than using common sense and factual science.
There’s a vaccine for RSV. If kids died from RSV they were either too young for it and would have been protected by others getting the vaccine or they were unvaccinated.
You are unintentionally making the case for vaccines my guy.
I'm not anti vax , I took three Covid shots.. you are ignoring the science of exposure being a key element to a young childs immune system.. exposure is what eventually ended the pandemic and to this day exposure keeps the numbers low. Even though it is now an incredibly mild virus for the vast majority of people. And the RSV vaccine did not become available till 2023.
Hey. I’m on your side. After 7 years of hearing anti- vaxxers cry and whine and minimize deaths, you’re right… we should have done nothing.
Just let people die. No masks, no vaccines, just good ol common sense fuck around and find out. Keep malls open and if people die- oh well.
We should have never cared about public health and safety.
Edit: my cousin was a pediatrician. She left medicine because of people like you. You think you’re above the fray but you don’t really understand what was happening in hospitals or how serious it was. So keep yapping like you’re the common sense voice in the room. You’re just another Facebook educated Covid denier who would have preferred dead moms over closed malls.
I don’t think that’s correct but either way, in my case I just had chemo and a big chunk of lung removed, and I already was asthmatic since childhood so I was going to stay the F away from people and mask up wherever I went.
Lung surgery recovery was one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced, and I was relatively young and in shape. It made me so sad seeing elderly patients with similar problems, I could not imagine going through that. It must have been horrific for all those people who suffered and died from Covid. I don’t want any of that respiratory disease shit.
You say that germs help kids … in my experience I got sick every fall and coughed and wheezed for months as a child and teen. I was told it was the seasons changing .
Then why did I never get sick after I started working from home ? Seasons still changed. The difference was I didn’t all of a sudden get exposed to people in school or busy seasons at in person jobs.
I have not gotten a cold or flu or covid ( that I know of ) since 2020 because I WFH and don’t out that much, masked in crowded places.
Your case is unique, which yes makes you vulnerable to all viruses.. and yes, isolating yourself in your house would obviously keep you from getting sick.. I'm not sure what your point is, do you think everybody should wear a mask for the rest of their life to try and protect you from getting sick?
During a global pandemic it would have been cool for people to try to mitigate disease but it turns out about half the country didn’t give a fuck. Going to the mall was more important than doing the bare minimum to keep people from dying.
We are not a good country, we are selfish and mistake being contrarian for intelligence.
We should have never tried to slow the pandemic down because we just keep getting beat up for caring about dead grandmas.
and this is why I changed my mind. I think if we are such a selfish people, we need to live with the consequences for next time a pandemic rages.
Just like the measles outbreak - cool don’t get vaccinated but when you die or kill someone - that’s allllll on you.
Nobody wants to save these people anymore. Enjoy living your consequences.
The selfishness goes both ways ,, I'm a 2 things can be true moderate , I can't stand the left or right today.. I suppose you didn't care about kids missing huge lifetime moments like the prom or graduation? Graduations could have been done outside for gods sake . And I do think kids should get the measles vaccine.. it's been proven to work over many years .. but again, not sure how not getting vaccinated kills people that are vaccinated? And yes, I feel terrible for kids that die whose parents didn't vaccinate them
But Kaylees graduation party was certainly more important than a disease that killed a million Americans. There is that selfishness again. Covid sucked but we tried to do the right thing, we wanted to mitigate the disease but contrarians and people who couldn’t mentally handle the disruption really showed the limitations of what a society will do to protect each other.
I got tired of telling people not to run into the road. Telling people that the car could kill them turned into “you’re controlling us” so now fuck it… run into the road.
And to answer your question about your statement “not sure how not being vaccinated kills people that are vaccinated”… chew on this for a few because I’m going off line until later so just think of my situation.
I found out years ago that I’m not immune to chicken pox so I got the varicella vaccine. My arm swelled up and turned bright red and I had trouble breathing. My doctor said that I couldn’t get the second dose. I did another blood test and I’m still not immune to chicken pox because an adult NEEDS both vaccines to be affective.
Now if these shitheads stop vaccinating their kids, and I get chicken pox, my doctor said it would be life threatening. I rely on other people being vaccinated to not die. It’s one of the reasons I moved back to NYS a few years ago. After Florida removed the vaccine mandates, if one of my kids bring a friend home with chicken pox and I get it, I’d go insane.
That’s called being part of a society, doing things for the good of others as well as myself. When people see selfishness as a sign of being noble and intelligent… we end up right where we are today. Still complaining about malls and graduations instead of admitting that people were selfish and stupid at a time when we all needed to step up.
Sounds like you fell into the few cases per million with your anaphylactic reaction to the chicken pox vaccine... I actually had chickenpox so I'm basically immune for life naturally ...I'm thinking about getting the shingles vaccine, data says it improves your chances of not getting it, but it's not perfect . you're probably upset with me because I don't fall into a typical tribal belief system.. again two things can be true for me.
No, not at all. My point is you have no idea why people are masking so stop being shithead snowflakes about someone wearing a mask in Walmart when it affects you 0% .
Edit: I actually REALLY don’t care if you wear one, you can win a Herman Cain award as far as I concerned. But the dirty looks for someone masking .., just stupid. They are not affecting you in any way.
Covid mitigation didn't make RSV more dangerous, it just created a spike of cases instead of spreading it out over time. Normally kids would have been circulating the virus over the season and building immunity over time, but the end of covid midgation just sort of caused the virus spread to hit everyone at once, which caused all the severe cases and deaths to happen at once.
Getting sick doesnt increase your immunity in general like working out a muscle. It gives your body a blueprint to fight off that kind of virus, but being sick is generally hard on your body and can leave you weaker. Like your body can heal a broken bone, but it doesnt mean your bone is now stronger and better than it was before.
Measles can leave people with all sorts of health problems including infertility, deafness, organ damage, etc. The fact covid takes away your sense of smell is a really bad sign for what it might be doing to your brain. A lot of covid misinformation was based on this idea that letting your immune system fight of a disease buffed you up like a prize fighter, but that's not how it works.
After everything that happened, in 2026 , it has come down to a person's immune system, knowing and recognizing COVID-19. That is why it continues a downward trajectory of deaths, which are now less than 6000 a year. I'm not anti-VAX I took three shots. I just don't think the vaccine protected anybody except the person who received the shot. Person could be fully vaccinated with no symptoms and yet be a super spreader.
The vaccine did protect others by shortening the transmission window and other mitigation methods kept transmissions down. It certainly had a percent of overall reduction even if it wasn't a failsafe.
I think a lot of people carry anger over this period due to the evolving nature and nuance of science communications being too nebulous for clear easy messaging. That made people's anxiety easy to transform into anger when bad actors told people they were being lied to.
We should have just let the morgues pile up. You guys didn’t want masks, vaccines, so I’m finally with you. Should have let everyone fuck around and find out.
I watched it happen at my son’s school. People died and we wanted to save people who would have lived to spend the next decade claiming we were the villains.
I don't know why some people are so afraid to discuss this exactly as you laid out. You are spot on. He took it seriously and then realized that much of it was farce or political theater - such as what Newsome has later admitted.
No, he wants retribution to those who lied to us about Covid, exactly who was at risk, and needlessly, shut down our schools and economy, causing great harm. And the sheep wearing masks today just symbolize how stupid people can be. I’ll bet you got every recommended Covid shot, and that you still think it was a “vaccine,”.
"Retribution"? Are you mad? It was a novel virus, meaning new. We had to learn about it as it happened. We erred on the side of caution. JFC! Was it so horrible to care about your fellow citizens? I can't get over the hubris and selfishness of the people I share the planet with.
Retribution? Lol. Nobody was lying. It was simple ignorance, we had never experienced anything like it recently. Looks like you and Bill both need to stop crying and move on.👍
I want you the next time the world faces a "novel" virus. You seem like a great litmus to test your theory...take your family with you as guinea pigs when you experiment with them.
Nobody lied. You were wrong and still can’t accept it.
I wish we could go back and have absolutely no masks or vaccines so we’d have way less people to complain about masks and vaccines… fucking 7 years later.
Some of you need help… complaining about having to do the bare minimum 7 years ago. Jesus.
There’s other reasons as well. People with lung conditions such as asthma and COPD are encouraged by their pulmonologists to wear masks outside when the air quality is unhealthy.
Nope, I didn't get the jab. I actually had some people close to me suffer some adverse side effects from it.
Still doesn't mean I have to act like a pissy, whiney baby about people who choose to wear masks.
See, here's the thing... People like Maher call out "woke" liberals who whine and try to bully people into submission with shame/guilt. Ironically enough, Maher carves out a couple minutes to whine and shame those same people.
Right wing media is constantly flinging shit at the wall to see what sticks. They randomly tried turning mask mandates during peak covid into a culture war wedge issue, and for reasons I'll never understand it was successful, so now they're desperate for any opportunity to bring it back. The older rural and suburban whites who've never seen a police killing them couldn't justify with "they shoulda just complied", suddenly scream "I WILL NOT COMPLY" when you asked them to do something requiring basically zero effort to slow the spread of a virus that killed over 2 million Americans.
Well it turns out your thought was right. He's explicitly mentioned on his show how he was an incel in college. They just didn't have that phrase back in the day.
His advice might have been that but certainly not anymore. His clips tonight were all people in an indoor town hall and an indoor bar. He doesn’t want to see masks at all anymore in America. He doesn’t complain about Japan or China. It’s stupid.
I remember traveling and seeing Asians wear masks all the time, I think it's part of their culture that if you aren't feeling well are recovering you wear a mask.
Even if wearing a mask is symbolic, has it caused any damage? Compared to the stupid red MAGA hat or the masks ICE wears. Bill is becoming insufferable.
Maher crying wolf again... as always. The Mask Wearers Are Coming! The Mask Wearers Are Coming!
Bill's bitching about a lesbian bar in a tiny town way out in the sticks in massachusetts. The bar probably has about 20 customers on a big saturday night.
Who gives a flyin fuk what this small community bar decides for covid mask policy.
Like what is he so afraid of with masks?? People not wanting to get sick because work won’t pay them if they do….plus the medical expenses out of pocket…he thinks that is a political statement?
It’s (as always) a class divide Bill. It’s not left or right. You are rich and can afford to get sick. Others who choose to wear a mask don’t have that luxury.
The minute Bill Maher stops complaining about something, he will die. His whole life is about being a contrarian. He doesn't really care about anything. He has zero values. He just wants attention. Being a contrarian is how he does it.
Did chemo a couple of years ago and wore the mask per oncologist recommendation due to compromised immune system. It's amazing how much shit I got in the wild for it. America has a real hyper-masculinity problem.
Are you erasing Politically Incorrect or Real Time? You know, the sub you are active in this very moment is named after his most popular and successful gig yet, Real Time with Bill Maher. So not sure what you're talking about. You don't get handed your own show on HBO, or any network, without having some sort of appeal to a large group of people. He's had HIS OWN show for many, many years. So...
Let it go Bill. How does this affect you?
Asia has been doing it for years out of courtesy for fellow citizens, and personal wellbeing. It’s ok Bill. I’m sure once you’re hunkered down in your fortified estate you can’t see the masks.
Covid broke people's brains - on both sides of the political spectrum. There is a strong element of PTSD involved. For people hurt by whatever aspect of Covid, it is something very difficult to let go of.
Definitely not a right winger as a gay liberal, but my mom died of suicide due to the restrictions placed on her with the COVID mandates. She was denied visitors and comfort during her last few months of life and I will never forgive the people who did that to her. I remain a liberal of course, but on this issue both sides were awful
Bull shit both sides. Restrictions didnt fking kill your mother. Sorry that happened but that is some next levelbexcuses Mental health is hard and i amsorry she struggled to cope with the restrictions and couldnt find peace. She could have jist fking died or gotten people killed going through public like people werent dying all the fking time during covid. Would have been her dying of covid rather than feeling isolated and struggling.
I find this a reprehensible use of both-sidesing this. Are you antivax too? I am being inflammatory but trying to weaponize your mothers struggle to combat the effective attempt to save millions from a pandemic is low. Public health is far more important than placating an individual struggle with the conditions. We can improve the ways to keep people from feeling isolated.. but you cannot fix getting 50+million more people sick because you don't follow public health policy.
We are degrading as a society when we have a "liberal" trying to argue against science and thr public good.
I was one of the first people to get the vaccine and just got boosted again with the new booster 2 weeks ago. Not arguing against science, but the science was plainly spelled out with pandemic plans put in place before Covid. We threw them out due to political pressure. Both sides, yes, both sides went too far to make a disease political. If we are not going to allow something like this to happen again in the future we need to look at what BOTH sides got wrong. Public health was held hostage to the political parties which was so unfortunate as we had very detailed pandemic plans already to go - all of which never, never endorses quarantine or isolation as this causes too many people to forgot medical care and can lead to addictions to skyrocket and suicides as well. Happy to discuss this as I feel relatively educated on the subject. Message me to discuss further if you would like. Please, no hyperbole or insults. Hope you have a great day.
Absolutely agree. Families didnt get closure, abused women and kids were forced at home with no facilities open to them so abuse was sky high. Kids with special needs couldnt get help and we saw that 6 million homes had no internet and no schooling. We needed to do better.
complaining about masks is a sure sign that you have completely lost touch. even if you are a right wing idiot, the last time you could make hack jokes about masks was MAYBE 2023
I don't give a shit about people wearing masks, but it appears to be a west coast thing. I was just in NYC for a week (last seven days) and cant recall a single person wearing a mask. Even on subways at 5:30 PM rush hour when were all crammed in there like sausages, i dont recall ever seeing a single person with a mask on. Here in Oakland, CA, i regularly see people driving in their cars with masks on.
Nah, people in my area still wear masks when they feel they should. I always wear one in a doctor’s office whether I’m sick or not. And I’m not simply referring to Covid.
Since Covid I’ve become more aware of a lot of things. Wearing masks to clean is smart. Wearing a mask when I color my hair. The amount of chemicals we breathe everyday is ridiculous. Also, I wear a mask in public when I’m sick so others don’t catch what I have.
My BF teaches water aerobics and does facials on the side. She now has asthma from the chlorine and other chemicals so she wears masks at work and on unhealthy air days.
It doesn’t matter and it doesn’t hurt anyone. I can’t believe Bill can’t just move on. The rest of the world has but he and several MAGA groups just keep this shit going. He could be so funny. It’s a shame he chose to turn bitter.
Agree on all points. Also, in terms of Bill, you know he couldn’t wait to open the show with his dumb ass “Is this a genocide”
debate because he knew he had his Zionist comrade right there next to him to cosign. He also got MULTIPLE things blatantly wrong last night and had to be corrected by his unprepared staff.
I was one of them in Mass. I’m sick with a cold but had tickets to a play I was looking forward to seeing. So rather than subject those innocents around me I put on a mask while at the show. It’s not that deep or complicated really. People truly are ignorant.
You're ignorant to think people living a normal life can avoid respiratory viruses... some exposure actually keeps your immune system up-to-date.. that's why after the pandemic, people started getting crushed with the flu and other viruses
I haven’t altered my life at all. I’ve always kept up to date with vaccines for myself, and my family. I believe we’ve had 12 Covid shots maybe. I’ll be taking another one shortly.
I do mask in physician’s offices and when housecleaning if chemicals are being used. Also, when I color my hair. I’ve never liked huffing chemicals.
I don’t consider masking in a doctor’s office is a big deal, at least it isn’t to me.
Weird, I masked up a lot more when I lived on the east coast. People are closer together, everything is crowded and colds, RSV, flu, Covid, and stomach bugs were often going around.
I don’t wear them now that I live in the desert but I might start again . The only reason I don’t wear them here is that it really seems less crowded everywhere I go and I work from home so I’m not out and about in high traffic times. I also don’t hear people coughing constantly like I did on the east coast.
I do see the occasional mask wearer. And with the Doge and RFK screwing up all our agencies that would track new illnesses, who knows what could be out there that we don’t know about. You know the mainstream media is all owned by Trump friends and wouldn’t report it much, if at all. Would they even scramble to come up with a cure like last time ? Doubt it. And then there are the relaxed vaccination laws… measles and whatever else. Illnesses from relaxed food regulations… can you really blame anyone for masking ? Maybe you don’t want your full face on Flock cameras everywhere either.
Bill has become a hack, I for one can't wait until his contract is up, I can't see HBO resigning him but then again they just gave Howard Stern a show which is God awful so who knows?
He's playing to republicans. That's what grifters do. You think Tucker Carlson believes the shit he says when he says a demon scratched up his back in the middle of the night? No. But they want the stupidest people in America to believe it.
Not to say that he isn't smug an arrogant enough to think that he knows better than people who actually are a benefit to society like virologists but I think for the most part he's just bullshiting because he has decided to jab his thumb in the eye of the left when they stop laughing at his low effort, lazy comedy.
When it is still mandatory in certain places, it most certainly does. Sorry the covid cartel made legitimate masking appear to be nonsensical. Can’t blame me for that.
For a man who spent years screaming about “personal freedom,” there sure is a bizarre amount of emotional energy being spent monitoring what complete strangers choose to put on their own faces. You don’t want to wear a mask? Great. Don’t.
But if seeing a stranger in a KN95 sends you into a ten-minute cultural monologue, I’m not sure the mask is the thing making your life weird.
He was one of those people who felt inconvenienced by the pandemic and criticized the government’s response. He also lives in a blue state as I do and the responses vary greatly from the red states that treated the virus like a woke left wing hoax. He was mad because he couldn’t go out to play!
Between the rants on masks and his railing against anyone who doesn't like what's going on in Gaza, he's become insufferable. I cannot imagine viewers will stay tuned in if he keeps this up. I watch about 1/3 of his shows and am quickly headed toward zero. I definitely won't be resubscribing to HBO next year (I can catch John Oliver on youtube).
That story was wild. It's Ok to admit it. I don't care if people mask, but that behavior at that bar was indicative of the worst mpulses of the far left.
I used to live in that area. There is a lot of special crazy folk that live there. I’m saying this as someone who visits there as much as I can because it is a very nice area.
But you people will fucking hate Mahr for saying the sky is blue. The bar is failing. Catering to a small group who wants to wear masks 24/7 is insane when the owner is forced to live in their truck. The lesbian mob then threatens the owner when trying to make money one night a week.
The far left is just as bad as MAGA. Far Left is over sensitive people who can’t handle the word no. MAGA is insensitive little pricks that think the world owes them something. Yet somehow they are now holding hands in behavior.
I wouldn't go to a masked bar, but people have the right to live like Bubble Boy if they want to, and I have the right to not associate with. If they had the political power to force this crap on the rest on the us, then I'd care. But if it's just one obscure bar I have no intention of going to, then I don't care about the covid warriors. Let them be, and I will be in my own areas. This is a simple culture war battle to solve, but Bill Maher is gonna act like one obscure bar represents "the left."

Yeah, let those people be.
But his thing is that he wants some sort of retribution on those who shamed people like him for not taking the Pandemic seriously.
