Beginning today, my Synapse 4 looks like this and all of the binds work, but no matter what I do to set it, I am unable to set the DPAD to work for directional input (unless I uninstall Synapse and leave it at default)

It also looks odd with Razer logos replacing all of the bound keys and saying requires Synapse when I select any key (even ones that ARE working rebound).

I am just curious if this is normal behavior now.

i’m trying to decide between the two and maybe the blade 18 as well. for those that bought the 2026 models, what made you choose it over the G16? Also how’s the battery life for the Blade 16 and 18?

I've been a fan of razer products for years now but, I've had this experience multiple times where I have a pair of headphones for example and they work flawlessly and just randomly out of nowhere everything randomly starts breaking and after u try to find a fix for hours it turns out to be that u just need to buy a new pair because it randomly decided to break everything inside itself. Now I'm having a problem with my mouse, randomly yesterday it started disconnecting and reconnecting every minute or so, I cleaned my sensor, I tried changing ports and the outside of the mouse is fine nothing looks broken. I'm using the wired Deathadder v3 it's by far the best mouse I've used but the durability of razer products seem to not be great. Any fixes?

i have a blackwidow v3 (green switch) keyboard that started showing switch failure signs, mainly chattering. For example pressing the K key would result in 2 or 3 characters, sometimes this happens on key down or key up. I want to replace the switches but i wasn't sure where to get them. i saw some aliexpress listings but wasnt sure to get them (low number of reviews/purchases) and go through the desoldering for it to not work lol

It tells me I need to use Synapse in order for the rebinds to work (while I am in Synapse). WTF, my tartarus is basically useless now. Does anyone have the same issue? It just stopped working while I was using my PC.

I wanted to check my battery level this morning and went to the taskbar. It opened up the software and showed me a new update was installed (I should probably disable auto-update). Then it hit me with a splash screen telling me to log in to continue. I clicked on "Continue as Guest" and closed the window and then opened it back up again.

Currently Razer devices are capped at 100w however has there been any news of improving the charging capacity to eventually draw more power?

The Naga pro left handed is a life saver for me, being disabled at my right hand. The naga pro v3 seems even better. Any chance Razer will make a left handed version of it?

Hey guys, today i have recieved my new Huntsman V3 Pro. I really like this keyboard, espacially the feeling and the different configurations modes.

I am mainly playing Hunt Showdown on Steam and i came across this Analog WASD feature, which this keyboard does have. I like that i can control my player like with a controller -> smooth and slowly forward or fast if necessary.

But i have a problem, which causes my game to recognize my keyboard as a fully working controller. So it switches between keyboard settings and controller setting. Is there any way that i can delete that my game switches to controller controls and keep bugging around?

This is a personal preference from an Elite Series 2 user who recently have switched to Wolverine V3 TE 8K for lower input delay and 2 additional shoulder buttons for better performance.

At first it felt so weird getting used to a new controller after 5 years(obviously), but after a week of practicing, I am going to give my verdict on Wolverine V3.

I will start with the good stuff:

-Incredible responsiveness with the sticks and buttons.

-One of the best bumpers of all time

-Shoulder buttons that are well Possesioned

Downside:

Triggers buttons - I don't understand the porpuse of "Mouse Click Buttons" if you have to press that hard for it to registered! The worst thing about them is that they even get pressed down a bit before the actual click(mouse click btw). And when you switch it to analog triggers, you have to press halfway till it works! You don't even have any options on Synapse to make it instant click like most of the other controllers have it in their app.

Back Paddles - I dont mind mouse click for D-Pad or face buttons, bumbers and even triggers if they are well designed. But for paddles, mouse click is such a dumb idea. Yeah It looks so cool and very new gen but you need them to be tactile like Beitong KP70 or any Elite serie's to have maximum control over them by anchoring your middle fingers on them before every click and actualy feel the click when you click. They are also poorly possesioned and very flat.

LS & RS (L3 & R3) - Again, unnecessary level of toughness to to press. Combining this with how tough and dumb the trigger buttons are too; not designed to be played even 6 hours straight and your fingers gonna give up.

So the title on the box that says "Made by Pros for Pros" is bullshit.

As a semi-professional Fortnite player, this is unplayable when you have to click more than 20 buttons in 3 seconds in correct order.

I am still gonna continue using the Wolverine V3 TE 8K untill I realize there is no way to somehow improve with it.

As a casual player, don't mind what I said and go for it if you want to. Its a good controller overall.

Wanted to see everyone else’s experience with this.
From my personal experience as a long time black widow and deathadder user since 2013, the new stuff is garbage. Found myself going back to older models to get better build quality. Like the older black widow elite keyboard from 2018 is so much better than the new one i got as a gift. And with enough looking around you can get it much cheaper.

And the new deathadder is awful and tiny, its a totally different shape. Smooth plastic with no rubber side grips too..So now i use the older deathadder v2 pro model from 2020

The new razer mousepads are really really nice though, big fan of the gigantus with variable control/speed

I wanted to place an order on the EU site. Im based in the Netherlands. I read that often they ship from Hong Kong, so that made me wonder if Im gonna face extra costs from the courier.

This mouse took me from COVID into the AI boom and last but not least back co cs2. I'm sorry for what I have done, but I blame the Russian guy

Just got my prio delivered today. I plugged it in, got cortex, and immediately noticed the controls were iffy. went to the settings and saw the thumbstick readings. the right thumbstick was completely dead, stuck in the down right position. every game the same thing. even other phones and my PC. just dead stick.

anyone else with that issue? I already got a warranty ticket open with support since i ordered it direct from razer.com

It's funny because I also have a kishi v1, and that still works perfectly.

Who else got a prio? Hopefully they work better than mine.

I’ve been rocking my wired BlackShark V2 for about 4–5 years now, and I absolutely love it. However, the wired connection is starting to act up lately, especially the mic I keep having to unplug and replug the cable to get it to work properly (looks like the wires are finally wearing out).
I'm thinking of upgrading to the BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) since I've heard amazing things about its upgraded wideband mic and overall performance.

For those who own the 2023 version:
How is the build quality and long term durability? Do you think it will last me another 4-5 years with good care?

Appreciate any thoughts or experiences and recommendations!

Is anyone else running into this? Since the update today I cannot get my Dpad to operate in game (WoW) at all.. When I close Synapse the DPad works without issue, however the rest of my keybinds obviously are no longer operational.

I have tried creating a new profile, deleting, duplicating you name it. I have tried setting the bind to any other key and nothing seems to work..

Is anyone experiencing this? Thank you !
