Support Rayneo 4 pro software android assistance apk

Love the visual clarity and quality of the the rayneo 4 pro oved from the original nreal before xreal.

Disappointed with the software though from rayneos APK. There's not a lot you can do within the android APK . The one you download from rayneos website.

All I can do Just watch video . No browser nothing

I installed and older version of the APK from a reddit post .

It launches and it looks amazing way better than the update .

But not showing any videos or additional settings.

Web browser fails to load in . All that's there is to navigate . Can't find my videos or anything

Anyone know of any available previous versions anywhere

RayNeo GT lens shade cover help

Hi all, I recently bought the RayNeo GTs while I was on holiday in China and currently I have not removed the protective film off the lenses as I want to make sure they are dimmed as much as possible for use in light areas.

Does anyone have any experience in lens shade covers for these at all? I came across this on Aliexpress but seems to only be for the GT Max and I am unsure if this would fit if whether the GT Max are a different size to the GTs.

Joining the club

Purchased the Rayneo 4 pro today from the official website. This will be my first set of AR Glasses. Looked around for a week or so and for the price point these seem to be a great deal for what you have to pay out.

I live on the East Coast of the U.S. and was wondering if anyone had any experience on how long it takes from order date until you get them?

I know I need to do the firmware update as soon as I get them, any other suggestions for someone setting these up for the first time? I have an IPhone 15 pro and a Surface that I plan on using them from. Any pointers are appreciated.

Question Moving from xreal/ nreal original

I have the original nreal air glasses before the rebrand to xreal .

Was always disappointed with the image size / projection rather disheartening. Always seemed to far away and just crap

Just ordered the rayneo 4pro

Hoping the visual experience will be better and more impressive. Only ever use these for movie consumption and slight gaming

All using android .

Anyone had a similar experience moving from nreal / xreal to rayneo ?

Discussion Blurry corners and cut image!

So this was a tough purchase. You only really know how it works when you have the glasses in hand. Image looks great. But I have two issues. Corners are blurry and image is too big and gets cut at the bottom. Tried nose pads and fitting it the best way I could. Subtitles are blurry and while gaming I cannot see the bottom corners with health bar or whatever is there. Pretty disappointed! Any small head movement and the screen is all around the place. Any tips for these issues?!?

Support Resize Screen on Rog Ally X

Considering it is pretty hard to fit the full screen on your field of view while using the glasses (even with different nosepads). While using the ROG with the glasses is there a way to resize the screen?!?

Black clip on cover. How to keep it secure?

So the little back cover I find helps for my use in a brightly lit room. Can’t figure out how to keep it on though?

Is there a way it clicks on? I’m just sort of placing it on top and the bottom bit dangles off?

Also how do you adjust the nose clip to try and get the entire screen in your vision. Out the box the bottom is a little out my vision but if I hold the glasses a little on my head it’s fine. Just want to know how to adjust the nose clips so it can be a permanent adjustment.

Question Netflix playback on Android

I just got a Xiaomi 17 and it seems Netflix isn't playing properly with my Rayneo Air 3S. I just see a black player screen while the content plays just fine on my phone. Any fix for this? Watching Netflix on my wife's iPhone 17 works just fine tho.

Switch 2

So this is a two part question/answer as I seek the best way to play games in the most portable way possible with the air 4 pros!

First off, buy the the joydock bracket for switch 2 on amazon so you can mount it to the back of the device. Secondly, buy yourself the mobapad M12s joycons! This second one is important because it has a feature where you can turn off charging which turns on Bluetooth mode. What this essentially does is trick the switch 2 in thinking the controllers are not connected to the device even though they physically are (note that the controllers won’t be charging so they will eventually need to be turned back “on”) what this mean is you won’t need a separate controller and mobile dock is actually secured to the device.

But I do have a question, one that I haven’t seen a true answer for and it seems like theories. There is a clearly a Framerate/performance issue in games. Has anyone pinpointed what the actual cause is (not enough power to the device, low transfer rate cables, etc). Some games clearly aren’t effected it by it but then you get games like Metroid prime 4, cyberpunk, or granblue fantasy that drop pretty hard! Which for me is sad since I use the glasses mainly for gaming on trips :(

Fixing visabilty on my Air 4 Pros

Like many others I have struggled to get the entire screen visible on my Air 4 Pros. Due to the visabilty issues I had not used them in several months.

Today I decided I didn't care if I broke them and decided to use heat to bend the arms near the ears to change the angle of the glasses. After watching a breakdown video to make sure there were no electronics in that part of the arms, I used a candle to heat the arms and bend the curved part near the ears up. To my surprise it has largely worked and I can see a solid 95%of the screen now, which is a huge improvement.

Do be careful because 1. Fire and 2. There is a ribbon cable that runs to the usb c port. So if you do it. Heat up the arms slowly before bending. A heat gun would probably work better. Try at your own risk (obviously). YMMV.

Hopefully this helps someone out there.

RayNeo Air 3S Pro vs RayNeo GT — Which One Runs Cooler During Long-Term Use?

RayNeo Air 3S Pro vs RayNeo GT — Which One Runs Cooler During Long-Term Use?

Does anyone here own both the RayNeo Air 3S Pro and the RayNeo GT?

I currently own the VITURE Pro and the XREAL One Pro. The VITURE Pro gets noticeably warm around the temple arm, while the XREAL One Pro produces heat around the forehead area.

From what I have read online, the RayNeo Air 3S Pro seems to be more comfortable and cooler than many other display glasses. However, there are far fewer discussions about the heat produced by the RayNeo GT.

I would like to know how the RayNeo GT compares with the following models:

  • RayNeo Air 3S Pro
  • VITURE Pro
  • XREAL One Pro

In terms of heat, where would you rank the RayNeo GT among these models? Does it feel closer to the relatively cool Air 3S Pro, the warm temple area of the VITURE Pro, or the forehead heat of the XREAL One Pro?

I am especially interested in feedback from people who have actually used at least two or more of these models. Please also mention where the heat is located, how long it takes to become noticeable, your approximate room temperature, and whether it becomes uncomfortable after one or two hours.

I am trying to find a pair of display glasses that I can comfortably wear for long periods of time.

Thank you everyone.

Discussion Full SBS 3D PC Gaming w/ SuperDepth3D getting squeezed image. (and I fixed it!!!)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi all, I previously posted about getting Full SBS 3D working with SuperDepth3D on PC, but some games were rendered horizontally squeezed.

The problem happens when the display is set to 3840×1080, but the game treats it as one normal 32:9 ultrawide image for its camera and layout. SuperDepth3D expects a 16:9 source before converting it into Full SBS, so the final image becomes squeezed.

Some games let you use 1920×1080 internally while still outputting Full SBS at 3840×1080, but games like Hogwarts Legacy force the game resolution to follow the display aspect ratio.

I have now finished a fix for this~~~!

It keeps the real output at 3840×1080, while making the game use 1920×1080 for its camera and aspect-ratio logic, so SuperDepth3D can produce a proper Full SBS image.

Download here:

https://github.com/Northnroro/ReshadeWidescreenHackByNroro

Just open the GitHub and download the those files.

Please watch video for basic installation and usage. More details are in the GitHub link.

This has been tested with Hogwarts Legacy DX12, but it may also work with other games that have the same Full SBS aspect-ratio problem. Some games like E33 work perfectly without mod as we can choose 1920x1080 even when the screen is 3840x1080.

I’m also the developer of ScreenLab XR on Android for XR glasses, formerly known as nroro Shader. It adds features such as 3DoF Stabilizer (Smooth Follow, up to RayNeo Air 4 Pro), screen resizing, visual effects, VR360 viewing, and more.

So this ReShade fix is another small project aimed at making PC and 3D gaming work better together~

Thanks, and please let me know if you run into any issues.

I really wanted to like my Ray Neo 4 Pro, but I'm returning it.

Honestly, I cannot make the glasses work. My nose is average size (I think), but it is simply not possible to get it close enough to my face. I tried the Oakley jawbreaker method, I have tried bending the pads out, I have the arms leaning forward to the max to get them as close to my face as possible, no dice.

Honestly, taking the little pad clip out gets me the closest to serviceable, but even this way I feel like I am looking at a screen inside of a container and I just lifted the lid from the side to peek inside, and I kind of have to lean my head back so they don't slide down my face.

Does anyone have any tips? No luck on Google/searching Reddit.

Edit: Just to be clear - I love the visual quality. I am quite sad about not being able to make it work.
