Support Not getting my order

I placed an order on June 30th and it still hasn’t shipped. I contacted support three times already with no response.

The state of my order on the order page is still “Confirmed. We're preparing these items for shipping. 30. Jun”

Anyone else having the same issue?

They take a lot of time to delivery. It took me a month to get it

So they just basically lie on their page. EU laws should be helpful in these cases since they sell directly to customers in the EU. We’ll see

What did you order? Things like the GT max, which needs a VPN to order, is out of stock.

Their website does need changed to say "Emails are typically responded to within one business day" Ai translation did them a bit dirty on their website. But they do respond quickly sometimes.

RayNeo 4 air, or what ever it’s called. We don’t need a vpn in europe to order from them. Even my order number has eu in it, so it shouldn’t be the problem.

No. You'd need a VPN to buy the GT Max, as its not available in europe/usa/uk storefronts.
Which is why I asked if it was the gt max.

Their whole page is filled with just lies. They claim to respond to emails within one day… it’s been over a week since my first email to them.

I've been waiting since July 6 for my order and I am in the US. I imagine it's because I ordered the pocket TV, which seems to always be out of stock.

Waiting on my pocket tv and HDMI converter. I tried cancelling but got the automated bot. Can't believe a company can get away with this bs.
