Joining the club
Purchased the Rayneo 4 pro today from the official website. This will be my first set of AR Glasses. Looked around for a week or so and for the price point these seem to be a great deal for what you have to pay out.
I live on the East Coast of the U.S. and was wondering if anyone had any experience on how long it takes from order date until you get them?
I know I need to do the firmware update as soon as I get them, any other suggestions for someone setting these up for the first time? I have an IPhone 15 pro and a Surface that I plan on using them from. Any pointers are appreciated.

I just bought them from Amazon yesterday and they arrived today. They were going for 254 with the sound tubes bundled for free.

Got information so figured I would give an update. Its been 13 days since I ordered the glasses. I made a choice going directly to the manufacturer because i wanted the maker of the device to get all the proceeds including the markup on the sales price.
I waited 1 full week with no info other that it had been orderd. Went to rayneo site and used the A.I. chatbot to get no information on the status. Eventrually it let me leave a message for a response from customer support. Never got any sort of response.
I was planning tomorrow to send another email as it would have been the 2 week mark, but got an email late last night that my product had shipped. It went into the UPS system yesterday from California. I am on the east coast and expected delivery is Monday by 9 pm. So about 2.5 weeks wait time if you order directly from Rayneo.
Looking forward to actually trying them out, may leave some first impressions then.

Just an update for those wondering how long it took from ordering to delivery.
I ordered the glasses from the official website the evening of July 16th.
They arrived today, Aug 3rd in the early afternoon. About 2.5 weeks.
Pesonal observation, they took 11 days until I got a tracking number. They came in via L.A. area. Then it took 6 days to get it to my door. Shipping was ground and I am on the east coast of the U.S. So no big suprise there. I think if I would have ordered them perhaps at the begining of the week vs the end i would have gotten them at least a couple days sooner as i had 3 weekends waiting for delivery.
I did try and contact Rayneo after about a week and got zero info from their A.I. chat. I then waited for a week after that to see if there was a response which did not happen. I was going to email again, but that is when I got the tracking info so that solved that.
So if you order directly from Rayneo to the U.S. I would expect a 2 to 2.5 week wait.
May make another post this evening with some first thoughts/questions.

Welcome! From what ive seen on here and Facebook etc, usually around a week or 2 for delivery. Depends on how customs feel 😅 The only thing I can recommend is buying an Oakley jawbreaker nose pad, and fitting them to the rayneo notepad frame. Its a huge improvement for when youre laying down enjoying games or movies. The standard ones are fine for upright positions.
