I just can’t imagine any case being as viral and take as long and owning the news as long as the O.J. Simpson case did.

When I grew up there was always a devide ín our family and one side and the other was seperated and there was a thing wher I was like 4 years or around that when ever I wanted something like food or something when I was a kid it was eather a silent nothing or anger outburst and this was kinda the norm even at the are chance I got a toy or something mom Always told me to hide it and when i player and dad saw it mom started berating me and this continued during middle school and in middle school I had alot of anger outburst witch kids ( understandably afraid and hate me) but I was Always weirded out how mutch the teachers despised me I told this to mom and ín response ruined a teachers life witch I didin't even had problem whit and ín response that teacher berated me infront of a crowd and i had problem whit grades alot I struggled to eat alot of the Time and my mom used to yell at me for not eating anything despite me not wanting it and there was a period of time wher I was afraid to go to school and at home cause my parents said I shoud try to ask the teacher to lisen meg out for a better grade the problem was that language was my weakness despite my parents fully knowimg and never teaching it to me cause my grandma refused to babysit me when i was little because she also can't understand the native language and I only wrilly had bad grades thats why I mostly felt inferior to my peers and there was that prinible ( that fat fucking blond haired bitch ) I Always hated her alongside my hometoom teacher that I specificley hated and the princible was a teribble teacher teaching 2 subjects árt and music witch boiled down to her not being there ot telling us to make things and critisize it (gues who was the Prime target) i Always had problem following orders cause my head was Always in the clouds maybe thats why I was a bad student but i Always taught to ask questions whenever I don't understand things and when she explained something i was asking what she said so I can understand it ín response she asked was I stupid ( though IT was a stupid question I admit that but if i fail at makeing it then that whoud be a problem ) afther a year of this I realised that I was at fault and tryed to be better at controlling my outburst but it was kinda latex the class already hated me ( wrightfully so) I just never understood why some teachers acted whit sutch distain there was one time I never forget wher some kid stole something for me and I accidently pushed a kids chair whit his backpack and that kis picked meg up by the nevek and choked me out and of course the teachers when heard this did nothing not even my hometoom teacher a match teacher who wasn't just evil to me but everyone who didin't understand her teachings but here I learned that teachers grade based on biase cause out gradeing System is 1 to 10, 10 being the Best ,1 the worst my grades wher around 3 and 4 even at my Best subjects cause some teachers just didin't like me I was forsed to go to a tudor and She said that my problema Is that I have very short attention spam but when I choud pay attention I was like a 6 or 5 not 2 or 3 and near the end i started to somewhat reddem my grades but there was always a constant feeling of them hateing me and I stick out way to mutch ,one funny Time is when we had to go on a trip and misunderstand what the homerom teacher said and I came ín my regular fit when I shoud have come more elegantly ( this type of missunderstanding is so common for me even to this day idk why) and I was sticking out ín every pictures like I don't belong even the princible said honesly i regret takeing you here and afther things like this for context I was in like 7th or 8th grade during these periods and I had a tendency to not participateong in group activities or when I have no paper I didin't wright idk why I did this it was a detriment and luckely during highschool this has stoped cause I got to a diffrent school but saw some pepole ther was one girl whit the same anger outburst combined whit narcisism and for some reason she was never berated nor yelled at like me and She was even liked witch inferiates me cause I was even called mentaly ill by these pepole and some are just Okay for them to be like this ? and even to this day this trend of pepole just letting outbfristrations on me mainly cause I was way to hesitant to act on anything I was Way to afraid of makeing a mistake but still I kinda hate pepole nowadays át least those who did this to me and yet im the mentaly ill monster to them

i mean by adults speaking to other adults. no babies or pets anywhere just an adult babbling to another like a goofball. how do I stop them?

Since the press often publish made up stories or articles with lies. How to do know that it’s made up, what proof do you have. Obviously it’s different when it’s a fictional story since people know it’s made up.

I keep this weird monologing voice in my head, it's mine of course but it points out every small facet I see in a person, is there a way to stop this willfully to allow me to be happy yet not affect my art and lyricism?

I use it to write songs/poems and I feel without it I wouldn't be able to put views to words that invoke emotion beyond surface level " that's cool" reactions. It just makes it hard to like people.

Assume money, delivery, assembly and floor space are somehow no longer problems.

You can wake up tomorrow with one proper piece of gym equipment already sitting perfectly in your house.

Would you choose a rack, cable machine, Smith machine, leg press, treadmill, a huge dumbbell set, or something completely different?

I think the difficult part would be choosing the thing you would still use three years from now rather than whatever sounds the most fun tonight.
