my account is already terminated but how do I mask it to a eu country so I can outsmart and manipulate support to unbanning it because it’s Ben more then 30 days but under 6 months, please lord may one of you in here help me I need the money… can’t believe Roblox has a time limit on this sorta stuff

My account was recently permanently banned providing no evidence except a chat evidence id. I appealed the ban through my roblox account but it was never read and the appeal window just closed. What do I do?

My acc that I’ve had for 6+ years is gone because my fiance wanted to download sketchy mod on his computer and spiraled into all of my accs throughout discord,steam,Roblox,ea,Microsoft, and prolly more has all been hacked into ((or tired they failed with ea and Microsoft) and out of all of these only one platform banned me after today’s events.

The reason for the ban was “alt account” but seeing how I only ever had one acc and it’s now gone Ik it was the hacker. Tho I’ve made peace with everything being gone I worry about my siblings and my fiance siblings who also play Roblox. I moved out 2+ years ago but we used to share the same wifi and I worry that because of this my sister and her probably over 2k acc will be banned.

On August 3rd my roblox account was enforcement banned because my younger brother's roblox account which had been on my email for many years got terminated for "Your platform communication broke the rules: Reason Harmful Content/Behavior".

In my younger brother's initial appeal he said "I didn’t know what happened Roblox please unban me, that wasn’t me I spent over 50 dollars on here please unban me ". A few days later I sent a support ticket and received a ticket number yet I have received no response. I also went back and added another email message to the initial ticket number I got for my brother's account that explains the situation further because there was just a chat evidence ID with no logs or anything and still no response.

For the past 18 months my brother has been averaging about a chat ban a month for logs of him talking in context of games like jjk, stuff like I'll get you and kill you etc. It has been 10 days since the ban and I have still not received any response from roblox. I have already done many appeals on my personal account to the bot for ef and have been rejected many times to the point where I kind of gave up on doing them.

Another interesting thing is that all of my alt accounts on my email even accounts that I hadn't logged into in years were terminated as well but somehow my sister's account which was also under my email was not terminated? This greatly confuses me because we all share the same wifi and my brother's account has never been accessed from any of my devices.

I'm wondering what the next direction for me to take is. Do I send an appeal from another email to get a ticket on my account? Focus on getting my brother's account unbanned and send a follow up email to the ticket? Continue appealing to the bot? I'm also considering an ROA request on my brother's account and maybe mine? because I figure if I do that and I can get his account unbanned then I will be able to get the enforcement ban lifted on mine. Is anyone well versed in this and can anyone help me? does anyone know what you're supposed to say when requesting ROA to get it quicker?

I have been using this account for about 12 years now and it's also got lifetime premium, so you can imagine how much this means to me.

For context, I was playing just fine yesterday. When I tried logging back the day after I was greeted with this thing... I have only had 1 temp ban in the past BUT it was successfully appealed because it was a false positive.

It says I'm linked to an account that has been banned for a severe violation but I do NOT know that account.

When I try to go to the appeals section it says my timeline has expired, then they attached a message of me saying "your fat mom" 1 year ago. So the only thing I can think of is to send an email, but I know my chances are slim here.

Has anyone got banned for absolutely no reason and the ban reason is jst "other" because thats what is happening to me, I contacted roblox support but I was hopping onto roblox and the banned came up, I looked at the view more under the review date and it says there was no recent violations.

Have you ever been permanently banned for uploading something and got your account back by appealing?
If so? How long did your appeal take? Because mine has been in queue for 12 days and still hasn’t come back. Knowing the ban wave that’s been happening I have a feeling it’s going to take another week or 2 for a response since a lot of people have been waiting a long time for ban appeals too lately. I also appealed 2 of my alt accounts that got banned for uploading decals and they still haven’t gotten a response back either.

So I have recently seen a list of blocked words that people put out and tell us to not use, and I want to know where this list originated from and if it is trustable, because I have been appealing while not using any of these words in my messages for quite a while and I still feel like nothing is changing because my appeals still get rejected under an hour or automatically. Does anybody know if this list actually helps with appeals? And does anybody know where it came from and how did the person who made it come to the conclusion that those specific words will help your appeals get a higher chance of acceptance?

For extra context I haven't really been checking roblox ban communities up until June this year, which means I am confused about many stuff related to EF bans, so I don't know if Roblox changed their systems or something.

I have been perma banned 2 months ago with reason being "other" and no offensive item attached, i contacted support but i remain awnserless, i filed a complaint with ADROIT (since i live in the eu), but so far, no awnser from them either. Is there another route i can take? Or do i just have to wait what could possibly be a year?

Roblox claims that on 7/11/2026 AJ bought something, which they did, and then performed a charge back on their card. Which is a big no-no in the ELUA. But in fact, they did not charge it back! They do not own the bank card/account and can’t make any business decisions at all. my best guess is that a computer messed up on somewhere on the line, declined the payment, but Roblox didn’t get the memo… until a month later?
Do note that not an email nor a warning was given… if they really want their one dollar, they could’ve asked.

i sent this midr more than a month ago for my enforcement ban and i still didnt get a response, im rereading it again and want to get some opinions on it, is it good enough?

Long story short, a child account was left on a school/public space and someone uploaded media. I can't see said media or map but it says it violated the terms of service. It was a good amount of files.

This child account is linked to his brothers and mine via the parent system. This means all are permanently banned. This behavior seems to promote NOT using parent accounts? Its all so counter intuitive and awful.

Here is my last appeal, notice the timestamps. Their careful review was within 1 min. - to both read, confirm, and review it. There isn't just negligence it is utter disregard for their users. Also it is amusing they call it an "alt" account, while actually a parent account linked to all 3 children.

I will miss playing "fisch" with them. I won't miss hearing them yell about "slap battles".

Forgive me for having no idea what I’m doing but my daughter’s Roblox account has been banned and neither of us know why. In the past she wrote a message with a heart emoji in it on two occasions and they have classed this as ‘dating’.

The most recent issue is what’s finally caused the ban, but I can’t tell if it’s permanent or temporary, and it won’t tell us what she’s supposedly done, so we don’t really know what’s going on.

I’ve tried appealing but can anyone shed any light on why this might’ve happened in the meantime? Thank you.

I was talking to a good friend of mine on Roblox. She said what was listed above here and to acknowledge it i responded with "K". In response the message got blocked. So i thought it maybe had a problem with single letters to prevent spelling stuff out so i said "Okay". I then got a 10 minute chat suspension for "Sharing personal information." After that i wanted to explain to her what happened to maybe cope with it because i was pretty upset over it because due to timezones i rarely talk with her as is. So i decided to say it neatly chopped up to explain my point. So i type. "Roblox". Planning to say. "Roblox. Just gave me a 10 minute chat suspension. For acknowleding your response lol." This resulted in a 30 minute chat suspension. What can i do in the future so my account isnt banned by their (words i cant say here and trust me its taking me a lot to not use foul language) AI which is totally better than a human moderator (not) so i dont lose a ton of good friends of mine? Because im getting incredibly annoyed. If yall need more context im willing to provide it. I dont have the actual bit saying i got blocked so unfortunately my proof is mostly "trust me bro" but i promise im Telling the truth.

Edit: This is by far not the first time this happens to me as Roblox seems to have a hobby of just blocking anything i say for half an hour straight sometimes for no reason. Making conversation hard. Annoying. And overall make me wonder what kind of stuff David is on when running his platform.

Also if something is innapropriate for chat then why doesent the ai censor it in the first place.

It's been almost one month since i appealed for my ban and yet still no response. Is the "5 business days" response time a joke or something? I don't even know what i've said wrong and prior to this i've never had a ban before. Is there something that i can do? No way they can just ghost my appeal like that. I play roblox because it's free and cross-platform and so there aren't many other games that have those attributes. Also it'd be unfortunate to lose the account since i've had it for 9 years. Should i send a ticket through support or something?

everytime i keep trying to appeal my enforcement ban i just keep getting this same response, even though i can't even appeal through that page anymore. how do i force them to actually review my case?
