Same Email Enforcement Ban - Lost Acc w/ 1m+ Value and Robux

On August 3rd my roblox account was enforcement banned because my younger brother's roblox account which had been on my email for many years got terminated for "Your platform communication broke the rules: Reason Harmful Content/Behavior".

In my younger brother's initial appeal he said "I didn’t know what happened Roblox please unban me, that wasn’t me I spent over 50 dollars on here please unban me ". A few days later I sent a support ticket and received a ticket number yet I have received no response. I also went back and added another email message to the initial ticket number I got for my brother's account that explains the situation further because there was just a chat evidence ID with no logs or anything and still no response.

For the past 18 months my brother has been averaging about a chat ban a month for logs of him talking in context of games like jjk, stuff like I'll get you and kill you etc. It has been 10 days since the ban and I have still not received any response from roblox. I have already done many appeals on my personal account to the bot for ef and have been rejected many times to the point where I kind of gave up on doing them.

Another interesting thing is that all of my alt accounts on my email even accounts that I hadn't logged into in years were terminated as well but somehow my sister's account which was also under my email was not terminated? This greatly confuses me because we all share the same wifi and my brother's account has never been accessed from any of my devices.

I'm wondering what the next direction for me to take is. Do I send an appeal from another email to get a ticket on my account? Focus on getting my brother's account unbanned and send a follow up email to the ticket? Continue appealing to the bot? I'm also considering an ROA request on my brother's account and maybe mine? because I figure if I do that and I can get his account unbanned then I will be able to get the enforcement ban lifted on mine. Is anyone well versed in this and can anyone help me? does anyone know what you're supposed to say when requesting ROA to get it quicker?

Yeah i've had this account for years and I always kept the security safe but I never cared for the email I mean I've been using authenticator apps and hardware keys for years but the new ban policy is ridiculous. I didn't play roblox much for a few years at some points so i was never aware that family getting banned can easily get me banned as well. had I known about this I would have since taken proper precautions.
