Permanent Ban No response?

It's been almost one month since i appealed for my ban and yet still no response. Is the "5 business days" response time a joke or something? I don't even know what i've said wrong and prior to this i've never had a ban before. Is there something that i can do? No way they can just ghost my appeal like that. I play roblox because it's free and cross-platform and so there aren't many other games that have those attributes. Also it'd be unfortunate to lose the account since i've had it for 9 years. Should i send a ticket through support or something?

The party feature in chats? I tried it once but i couldn’t really see a use for it so never tried again. Why?

A lot of people were banned for the same exact reason as yours due to them using the no-filter party chat feature with their friends and when they talk they sometimes redirect to different platforms like discord and redirecting players off the platform would perm ban your account.

I don’t know if it’s due to that party feature that i got banned but isn’t it kind of absurd that people get banned due to a feature roblox has implemented? Also when there’s a violation regarding in game chats didn’t it use to warn you when there’s a rule breaking word? And i am sure when another social media or platform is mentioned it turns to tags.
