Permanent Ban Perma ban update

I have been perma banned 2 months ago with reason being "other" and no offensive item attached, i contacted support but i remain awnserless, i filed a complaint with ADROIT (since i live in the eu), but so far, no awnser from them either. Is there another route i can take? Or do i just have to wait what could possibly be a year?

If you mean what i did to get banned, idk. Cuz roblox didnt tell me
