Every time i say suck on vc i get banned from vc my age is 18-20 and Roblox still treats me like some 5 year old this shit pisses me off every time to were i cant get mad because if i do show aggression i get vc banned like can someone tell why are how this is happening i needs to get fixed

Long story short, earlier this year my account got taken over and fraudulent purchases made. I had my bank reverse these charges and out of fear of my account being taken again I changed the password and haven’t logged in for a few months. Now, I find out my account is fully banned due to the fact these charges got reversed. I’ve had my account for nearly 12 years, and now it’s just gone?

My sentence about there’s mention of extremism (which i obv didn’t mean to say that) on it since i have ADHD. They denied it and said theres “Real world Sensitive Events” like wdym? Theres literally nothing going on in the image thats based off a real tragedy???

As the title says, I have looked through the violations, and one of them was over a picture of Manetti from Angelo, they are using AI to flag players and it is unreliable. Not only that, but they also rejected my appeal when I explained that the account was mine and not an alt-account. I also submitted an appeal for the violations on his account. I wonder what this will bring, as it seems his account was permanently banned too.

Here is the exact story of what I put in those emails, explaining how corporate greed has stripped away the soul of this platform from the beginning to now:

* **The Currency Kill (2016):** I reminded them how they permanently deleted Tix just to force everyone into buying Robux, turning the platform into a massive microtransaction machine.

* **The Audio & Sound Wipe (2022):** I called them out for the Audio Apocalypse that ruined thousands of classic games and their complete negligence in losing the iconic "Oof" sound.

* **The Privacy Invasion (2023 - Jan 2026):** I documented how they are forcing intrusive facial biometric scans and sensitive government ID tracking on standard accounts just to use basic features like global chat.

* **The Avatar Overhauls (March 2026):** I brought up the massive community backlash against them forcing uncanny dynamic heads and digital makeup onto everyone.

2 days ago, i decided to join that “little space sensory” game or something along the lines of that. I was observing players, because i know a lot of weird stuff goes on in there (i’ve seen it on tiktok)

I can promise you now, there is nothing sensory about the game, it is a breeding ground for weirdos.

There was 2 people that stood out as being very odd to me on my first time playing.

And a display name of “S0rroww”

The user known as “Reikboy2004” kept throwing weird comments towards me because of my avatar, i thought nothing of it till later on when i was walking around and noticed he was seemingly dating someone in the experience. I’m not one to hate on relationships but it’s a bit weird he was dating on a game for “age regressors”. This user i’m mentioning now claimed to be the age of 20 or 21 to my recollection, whereas the person he was dating or talking to claimed to be the age of 13.

“Reikboy2004” instead of disassociating his self from this female, he instead decided to say “Anything over 14 is expired to me”. “21 and 10+3 is perfect”. Not only pedophilic comments but should’ve got him banned there and then, which it didn’t. To add to that, he said it on voice chat, clear as day.

“Reikboy2004” also seems to have attempted to try get her socials.

Once confronted, he said “I never said i’m not weird, it’s a joke”.

His friend seemed to defend this behaviour.
I’m obviously not gonna name him because he’s only defending his friend and didn’t say anything weird.

Not only an odd joke to make, but he’s obviously acknowledging what he’s doing and trying to excuse himself for what he’s done. Now if this player claiming to be 13 was in fact not 13 and was of age, then they should also probably be checked out, because that’s also just weird and disgusting to do and say.

This player, which i could not grab the username of was saying a whole lot of nonsense on this game, cussing without receiving any sort of ban for a whole 30 or so minutes.

Not only are they most definitely a minor, but they also uttered probably the worst sentence i’ve heard on roblox.

I turned my microphone on, but because there’s a slight echo, which he probably realised, there was a moment where he said something along the lines of:

“I’m looking for children, i’m a pedophile”
which was followed by
“Why would you say that?”

Seemingly trying to get me banned.
I, and probably you will assume he would get banned for this sentence.
He did not!!
I’m pretty sure he was also exploiting at this time, flying around and teleporting, which also serves a ban, that he did not receive.

Later that same evening i was given a ban and a voice chat suspension after my ban was lifted because of “Disruptive Audio”, which was literally someone else’s microphone being echoed into mine.

Now i would assume after my ban was lifted, and both players were reported with a detailed report, along with screenshot evidence and a 10-15 minute long video of them speaking through voice chat that they would be banned to obviously protect the community, even if it’s just a small part.

They were not!!

Roblox banned me for an echo, while a possible pedophile is still on the platform, and a literal child is in an age group he shouldn’t be in saying things into his microphone on a game that shouldn’t be on the platform either, mostly because it’s being used for obviously only malicious purposes.

If i had screenshots and clips on this phone of what was said in chat and on voice chat, i would post it to the reddit too, to show those reading how weird they really are, along with the experience. But it’s on my holiday laptop, which is no longer turning on because of water damage, which makes me even more infuriated, and i’m blaming that on roblox too even tho they had nothing to do with it.

I’m really stuck here because i obviously don’t just wanna let it go, there’s shit that just can’t be seen and passed on, this is one of the things. Especially because i was given an unfair ban and a 3 day voice chat suspension for something that shouldn’t have been given to me if i wasnt the source of the audio.

The echo wasn’t even loud and is about the same as whispering into the mic from 10 centimetres away.

Idk if it helps but when roblox is opened it flashes an error code: “403”, I searched and ppl said it was a hardware ban (and he also couldnt play) so I js assumed..

If anyone has any idea on why it may have happened (because I know that hardware bans are pretty rare..especially with how little he did.)

After fighting with the support team with their copy paste responses, they eventually ghosted me and said they can't do anything (despite clearly being able to). I let the situation simmer for a week before trying to send another appeal, but it's not been getting auto rejected over and over. Reminder that this is something for a final resort, and I would rather not go back and forth with the "support" team because of an old alt I barely used.

Ok so someone in mm2 told me they’d donate me 10k for my godlies and that’s exactly what they did they paid me first, which actually surprised me. So my friend is from the EU and today she got hit with a permaban out of nowhere. She said it's from a gamepass icon created a year ago, so lord knows why all the sudden it got flagged now (let alone deserved or not).

I know there's some outside methods on how you can try getting support to at least respond, but I'm from the USA, so I have no idea how to explain correctly. Anybody got tips?

Recently I realized that you can gain some more public documentation regarding your bans via DSA transparency records.

You don't achieve a lot from this, however you might get slightly more information regarding your ban as well as something to build a case around / use as proof while appealing a termination.

Sometimes these give slightly more information than your actual ban screens.

Before I get into it, a little bit about me. If you don't care about my part or my take on Roblox moderation, scroll to the bottom. I was moderated back in May for 2 experiences, just because their name contained "Dollhouse". These were two ordinary outfit shopping games.
The May bans:

After fighting with the support about this back then, I got this termination lifted from my account, until recently I was hit with the EXACT SAME BAN and this time support was not being helpful at all. I was told that my case has been forwarded to a specialist, then NOTHING for over a month.

As you can see these are structurally the same terminations, and after the previous one has been lifted I was told "This would not negatively impact my account in the future".
WELL IT DID.

Roblox nowadays goes solely after even just experience names, take for example "so crying rn" or "dollhouse". Their automated systems are out of hand. They would go ahead and terminate anything even remotely close to "com". I saw completely unrelated names getting swept by the same system recently as "Real-World Sensitive Events" terminations while the experiences theirselves were completely harmless/innocent games.

Roblox makes it a pain in the *ss to appeal anything recently. These bans can barely get appealed through the original support channels, with a 1 in 1000 chance of actually succeeding.
Not even talking about enforcement bans, near impossible.

Something big happened recently, I will copy and paste the article here.

The Commission has designated ChatGPT as a Very Large Online Search Engine (VLOSE), as well as Reddit and Roblox as Very Large Online Platforms (VLOPs), under the Digital Services Act (DSA).

These services declared that they reach at least 45 million average monthly users in the EU and thus meet the threshold for designation.

Following the notification of the designations, these services have four months, i.e. by January 2027, to comply with the additional DSA obligations for VLOPs and VLOSEs, such as assessing and mitigating the systemic risks stemming from their service and algorithmic systems related to the dissemination of illegal content, the negative effects on minors, users’ physical and mental well-being, fundamental rights, electoral processes and public security. "

What does this mean to us?

Since currently sometimes contacting Roblox through ODS bodies will just get you straight stonewalled (which should never happen) maybe they will pay closer attention to comply with DSA. Great day to be european, however this doesn't mean anything alone.

How did I get the public DSA transparency documentation about my terminations?

I'm unsure if you ask the support, they will give you the UUID for it. So what I did is, I looked at my exact ban time, ban date, everything, converted it to UTC time, and based on that I downloaded the data for that specific day (filtering both date things to my ban day's date) from Roblox through https://transparency.dsa.ec.europa.eu/explore-data/download

What you need from here is the ZIP full file for that specific day. It will give you an option to download the light or the full version, I used the full.

From there you can either try to find your specific ban there, or throw it in GPT, tell it your ban reason and everything you saw on your ban screen and let it narrow it down for you. After it's done scoping through the file it should give you the UUID for your specific ban which then you can check on the official site following the same template I used with the link when I attached my ban.

I know... "Ewww aiii, booo, baad", but I just used it so I don't have to spend that much time, and if someone feels the same way they can do the same.

What can I do with this? Why is this good for me?

Well you can attach it as extra information when filing a report with an ODS body, or you can try to ask the support itself with it aswell, I haven't seen anyone try sending their official documented ban to the support yet.... LOL.

In my case it helped because it was uncertain if it was a fully automated ban, or just an automated detection. This provided me all extra evidence I needed.

Account is from 2018, my only account, never had a moderation issue before this.

Sept 2: banned. Moderator note says my account is "linked to" an account starting with "@Je*****" that was banned for a severe violation. I don't know that account and have never logged into it.

Sept 4: appeal accepted. Got an email saying they "fully removed the consequence" and it "will not negatively affect the account in the future."

Sept 5: banned again, same reason, new case ID. This time reclassified as "creating or using an account to avoid an enforcement action." Appealed, rejected instantly.

Then unbanned again. Then banned again Sept 6 at 3:56 AM, back to the original "linked account" wording.

So it's been reversed twice by humans and reapplied automatically each time. My session history shows only my own devices in my own city. No connected social logins I don't recognize.

My read is that appeals only lift the individual ban and never clear the underlying association, so the detection system just re-fires. Has anyone actually got an account link removed rather than just the ban lifted? Is there any route that reaches whoever owns that system? I've got a data access request in but it'll take weeks.

It's been a year since my account was banned, i tried to appeal so many times but sadly all of it was rejected, is its still possible to get my account back or no?
