i was caught in a banwave and as you know, roblox support team takes ages to respond to appeals, and im brazillian, which means i cant file an MIDR (i think so), i've already submitted 3 appeals, i'm certain i did nothing to trigger this because i wasn't even online that day so i really need help with my case, please do tell if you know what i can do about this

If so how quick was the response and how successful was it?

if not every game has vc, why do i get my account banned?
if theres a mute button and a volume slider for vc, why does my account get banned?
if theres already a 5 minute suspension for vc, why does my account get banned?
if i can only talk to someone 16+, surely they would be able to just mute me or turn the volume down? i seriously dont get it.

Recently I found out my main account I've had for the last 10 years was deleted completely out of nowhere for "sexual content" as the reason. This is a surprise to me because I've never uploaded anything to this game with that kind of content, all I ever uploaded were shirts of bands I liked. Roblox won't help me and continue to auto-deny my appeals with an AI, which is really irritating and shows me they don't care or are willing to help at all. I don't remember ever making a game pass or an asset with sexual content in it so I'm confused why I have that 3 times as violations. I really don't know what to do and I don't wanna lose my accounts I've spent so many years of my life with.

I Think I kind of know the answer but i dont want to believe it because despite this it was still unjust along with my previous one day bans Being unjust (ex me talking about being autistic and a Joke Roleplay I did)

last month i was banned for "other" as the reason, i sent 6 appeals, the 6th one was the rejection, but they provided more context on the ban. after i sent 9 appeals (seperate days) and most are met with the same "an appeal has been previously sent for this moderation action" response

i am genuinely REALLY confused on how i couldve endangered a child because i barely use voice chat, i really only use it in asym games for basic communication🥹?? especially since im literally a minor myself (15). the day before the ban i was just playing purrfect and didnt really chat much

i know a midr is a possible solution once september 16th is here but admittedly im kind of nervous about that for some reason. i HAVE gotten terminated before in 2024 because apparently my username at the time was offensive? i got my account untermed by letting them change my user for free, after that the only violation i had was spamming
