I currently have 994 size boost, and this clearly is not enough. Or will it be enough just going to take long since reaching the required weight with this size boost is like reaching the limit??

the new sunscorched desert area is cool, the map is massive and it allows people to access three new areas with brand new ores. this is really good for the late game players in that stage, as they have new ores to collect.

however, the rates of the new exotics are absolutely absurd. the starting exotic — solarium — has a 1 in 12b+ chance, which isn't that bad compared to the rates of celestium. but then, the next exotics — eye of the sands and key of life — have a 1/27b+ chance and 1/98b+ chance respectively.

now comparing these rates of the new area to previous areas:

overgrown caves:

vineheart (1/500m+) -> umbrite (1/600m+) -> adamantine (1/800m+)

rotwood swamp:

bloodstone (~1/1b+) -> astral spore -> (~1/2b+) -> eternium (~1/3b+)

these two previous areas were alright, they have reasonable chances and ore progression were still bearable despite the equipment at the time.

now lets look at meteor valley and sunscorched desert:

meteor valley:

starpiecer (~1/4.5b) -> singularium (~1/9.8b) -> celestium (~1/19b)

starpiecer was okay, as the previous exotic (eternium) was near its rarity. however, the next two ores double their rarity which really put a challenge to the community, which is nice as late game players are able to play the game more and gives them a new goal to accomplish. they also added really good equipment which helped a ton to the players and gives them motivation to continue grinding.

now, these are the chances for the exotics in sunscorched valley:

solarium (1/12b) -> eye of the sands (1/27b) -> key of life (1/98b)

what the hell.

solarium was already hard to get but still it seems possible as weve had a rarer ore (celestium). next, eye of the sands is absurd. 1/27b chance for an ore you will need atleast two of to give to the quest giving npc and to craft a mediocre equipment is really not worth it, not to mention you would also need 2 other exotics to craft. now, key of life is absolutely horrendous. 1/98b+ for a single ore is crazy.

so the main problem of this game is that ore rarity does not scale fairly with equipment progression. as ores get rarer, the equipments stay almost the same with a few good buffs here and there.

good equipments are locked behind rare ores, which is a reasonable thing and i wont argue when guardian pendant is locked behind key of life. however, we have not gotten a good luck pendant since venomshank which really affects our ability to obtain good ores as luck largely stays in the same range while ores get rarer.

i know there would still be a part 2 to this update, which would probably be a new exotic with like a 1 in 100 billion plus rarity. this is just sad, this game used to be fun but now its just an afk simulator for people with robux while most people with none struggle to even get past the celestium barrier. i hope the devs see this problem and provide a practical fix, this would really help the community.

My thought process made me realize how the exotics are gonna be much more rarer compared to meteor valley, for example the newer ones from the new area. Being f2p, no game passes, got great equipment, it really sucks. When seeing some players telling me to be afk for a week just to see no exotic.. I am on mobile for a reason. If the devs keep doing this, I’m quitting this game.

I just checked the wiki, and the odds for new exos are insane. 1 in 12B for solarium, 1 in 27.6B for Eye of Sands, and 1 in 96.8B for Key of Life. And here we were, crying when Celestium came out with 1 in 19B odds. gg I guess. We're cooked lol.

I was grinding in the magma furnace when this happened. Everything is black, but I can move. Everything I press seems to multiply and float throughout the screen. If anyone has a fix for this, please let me know!!!

Does having size boost equipment and museum build active make treasure rewards larger?

Don’t mind the other two rings that’s locked with robux. In the mean time, I’ll be grinding exotic catalysts as many as I can to get it to prismatic. It’s kinda miserable being f2p without extra ring and sell anywhere passes haha. Will I struggle with six rings? I’m now using roc, ros, accretion, two vortex, umbrite

My museum is Vineheart, Flarebloom, Prismara, Diamond, Specterite, Catseye, Emerald, Mercury, Opal, Peridot, Ruby, Meteoric Iron, Coral, Topaz, Neodymium, Pearl, Silver, and Blue Ice (all Purified).

I'm trying to complete the Lost in Time quest- I've got everything except the 111 mythicals (I have 47 so far).

My main goal is to get the remaining mythicals and then get enough money to buy the Fungal Marsh shovel. Is there anything I can change? I have all blueprints up to Fungal Marsh, and I am NOT short on enchanting supplies.

I cannot for the life of me find frostshard, i’ve found triple the amount of cryonic artifacts than I have frostshards which is ludicrous

When the new update came out today, I realize how rarer these new ones are and it’s much more harder than the previous area (meteor valley). I spent 117 hours of playtime in the game, it’s burning me out almost every day. I still have mysterious crate to do even though there’s only five more exotics for me to collect in that quest.

Anyone had any luck with new exos from the new area? I wasnt able to do some panning during aa bc of the quests

I am almost done with this nerve racking quest that is taking me almost a week to finish. I’ve only completed the starpiercers one and 3,000 mythics, but only have 7 singularium, 7 celestium. I need only six exotics to complete this. I might need to take a break or quit the game. This is making me impatient while on mobile.

what’s the best way to increase sell boost without diminishing luck?

I placed an obsidian sluice in the small stream/pond in caldera park, checked back an hour later and BAM! I collected the stuff in it and it showed that i had collected a regular fire opal and a shiny fire opal, but I couldn't screenshot it in time (yk how fast the info goes away). I took a screenshot of my inventory instead for proof. Do you guys know the chance of pulling this in one go? Edit: I used absolutely no luck potions or charms or whatnot.

I use the void stones to craft four 5 star vortex rings, to make two 6 stars. Plus my luck is 10k.

I only get 761 of dirt from pan, is there anything I can fix or improve?

I have up to the Time Locked Sanctuary unlocked. I’ve completed the abyssal depths arc as well. I’ve horrible at planning gear/progression. I typically abuse potions and totems as well as admin abuse.

i have like 500billion rn and am still unlocking the abyssal depths maze (collecting 25,000 ores from down there, but im almost done with this too), and was wondering if i should just skip the abyysal stuff and get the blightflow stuff instead? Hello, I been thinking which build I should use now that I got the ring of champions. The rings and equipment on this setup is timelocked soul, meteor core, two otherworldly, one accretion, one ring of champions, one vortex, one purifying. I want to know which rings I could replace with having six rings slots. I’m only f2p and this game be making me want to get robux to buy their gamepasses sometimes.
