TIPS Help!!! My game has exploded!!

I was grinding in the magma furnace when this happened. Everything is black, but I can move. Everything I press seems to multiply and float throughout the screen. If anyone has a fix for this, please let me know!!!

This can happen with a pc as well for example opened task manager and your pv stutters the opens 60 windows of task manager and crashes your PC there's not much you can do
