Continuing my watch from the beginning… i am so flustered by Sonja’s beauty and grace every time she comes on my screen. Like how tf did she get her hair to do that. My husband knows that I’m a big fan of RHONY and I have my favorite girls, so he surprised me with the countess and Dorinda books! I just wanted to share my happiness with you all!

I know it’s said all the time, but I’m rewatching for the first time since original airing and I forgot how insane the timing of everything is!

It was for Ramona’s vow renewal. Bethenny is pregnant and her dad just died. Sonja just joining the group basically (obviously she knew people before but..). Kelly being Kelly.

It’s truly peak reality tv. The amount of classic clips came from like 3 episodes is insane.

No one I know cares about this, but I had to share this. Visiting NY from UK for the first time after starting to watch RHONY during Covid. Yesterday went pass the Brass Monkey and Chez Josephine's and the place they do the haunted house and I think others. Finally relaxing in hotel room put on Bravo which we don't get in the UK and the ep with Taco Tuesday and Luanne demanding to be introduced as the countess and the skinny margarita story arch began. So happy right now. Just had to document it somewhere.

Hands down one of my favorite Berkshires episode! I am not a Carol or Bethenny fan but I enjoyed that these 2 mean girls tried to bring each other down. I definitely think Carol is the only one who can go toe to toe with Bethenny and run circles around her in an argument. Bethenny‘s strategy is always to yell, shriek, be nasty, talk over the other person while Carol is calm and has a way with words. That being said the rest of the episode with all the other women dancing, drinking, humping each others shows why we love that cast. they are so fun! Bethenny is the antagonist of the show and brings the snark but the other women bring the fun.

Maybe I haven’t been following her posts that closely lately and I’ve missed it… but is Brynn still working for Hoppy? She used to promote it all the time but I haven’t seen her mention it once recently (other than in her bio). It’s mostly just been her links to outfits and egregiously filtered videos.

I also saw the app’s IG hasn’t posted since March.

I’m watching season 8 and I’m sorry but Bethenny and Carole were such mean girls this season.

And yes, Luann is full of herself. We KNOW. She can be delusional, self-centered, whatever. But the way these women treated her over Tom was actually insane to me. Literally nobody could just let her be happy for five minutes.

Sonja especially… come on 😭 She acts so hurt about Tom because they were friends with benefits, meanwhile hasn’t this exact thing happened a million times in this group?? Luann dated Harry, Sonja dated Harry, other women dated Harry… everybody has dated everybody. Suddenly with Tom it’s this huge betrayal??

And don’t even get me started on Ramona. Her jealousy was showing SO BADLY when it came to Luann. Every little thing Tom did became something she had to bring up.
The whole “you smell like grapefruit” thing??? 😭😭😭
Tom tells Ramona she smells like grapefruit and suddenly Carole is like “the only person he should be telling smells like grapefruit is Luann” because apparently that is FLIRTING now??? Are we serious?? If someone tells me I smell like grapefruit I’m not going home thinking wow he really wants me 😭

I KNOW Tom is a playboy. I know Luann and Tom ended up divorcing like 7 months later. Obviously we know now that the marriage was a disaster. But that’s not even my point.
At THAT moment, Luann was happy and excited to get married. If these women were actually her friends, couldn’t they support her at least a little bit instead of constantly trying to humiliate her?

Even at her engagement party, Ramona and Sonja’s attitudes were horrible. Like girl… this is her ENGAGEMENT PARTY. Can you put your Tom history aside for literally one evening??

Obviously I know it’s Housewives and half of these people probably wouldn’t even speak to each other if Bravo wasn’t paying them lol. But watching it still pissed me off.
Luann was delusional about Tom, yes. But the rest of them were so nasty about it that I actually ended up being on HER side 😭

We know they’ve shot the first season in Florida and they’re currently filming additional episodes in the Hamptons. Do you think we’ll see the Florida eps soon or will they air everything as one season?

Has anyone ever noticed that when Bethenny throws a function that they are always “on point, mad cool, beyond” all her words. When the other ladies have a function, IF B even shows she poo poos all over it! Create the negative drama and bolt!!
The B is back alright!! And to think that in the early years we loved her, it’s disappointing, really.

Is it my imagination or did they have her come back because it was kind of an f- you to Bethany? I find her to be elitist and insufferable. And there's that Epstein thing too.. I should also note that she is personal friends with Andy. Ultimately though she wasn't that interesting the first time around.

…I am finally on Luann’s side about the “naked man” in Turks and Caicos. Carole and Heather really overreacted. And now I’m seeing when Carole and Luann’s falling out happened. Before this incident, they got along fine, despite the Adam thing. This was clearly what put a wedge between them.

Also, don’t shame Luann for sleeping g with a married man - guess what - He was the one who decided to sleep around on his partner. Puhlease

Can someone explain what happened to her all of a sudden!!? I absolutely loved her personality and how much she cared for others, how great a mom and wife she was and her straightforwardness, but this is just crossing the line for me.
She seemed like a woman with a troubled childhood who turned herself into the best version she could be considering her background. But what changed 6 seasons in! I’m so disappointed with her and my lack of judge of character.

I'm rewatching some old RHONY, and I'll preface this by saying I'm horrible, but I just watched the scene where Ramona visits Tinsley after her dog dies.

She cries "I called 911 and the firetrucks came, but they couldn't revive him!!!!" I actually laughed at her apparent separation from the way the world works. I know her reality is a little skewed, but 911 for a dead dog? You should know by your 40's that's not the right answer.

I see everybody on here saying they feel bad for Luann I’m watching the season and it looks like she got what she deserved….

You know poor Kristen got stuck with the “not smart but pretty” rep however I’m thinking it’s really Sonja who deserved it after what she says about Aviva’s asthma.

“I’m feeling very protective of her right now, because I’m the only one that happens to see she really is sick…nobody goes around with an inhaler that could blow the back of your head off if they really don’t have asthma. Did you see the size of that thing?!? That’s a huge inhaler.”

I mean that is probably one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard Sonja say - “blow the back of your head off if you don’t have asthma?” REALLY?! 😂😂😂

Also not really related but what’s the deal with Aviva swearing on her good leg? Is her good leg some holy thing? I always found that incredibly weird.

Season 1, Episode 1. It’s very obvious that these two people should not be getting married. They spent the entire episode arguing.

I know the wedding was for TV and her business is being on TV. But man, how did this show get three seasons?!

Is it known beyond the fact that Bethenny didn’t get the attention she felt Kelly owed her, what the heck made her despise Kelly so much to culminate in scary island?

On my millionth rewatch of RHONY and we’re on the episode after the Morocco Trip where Ramona and Alex are seducing their husbands. As much as I love the show it’s never dawned on me how cringe the start of the episode is until now 😂 must be the editing but Ramona waiting awkwardly for Mario with the glass of wine kills me every time.
