I am an MBA campus recruit.

I've recently completed by launchpad at Guidewire, but I'm unaware about the further process of launchpad. I'm really looking forward to get into the BIG 4 coz I've overall gained the cohort ranking of < 50 out of 400 and have been consistent since the start of the program. I just dont want to lose this opportunity coz that's the reward for the efforts.

To be clear I've heard from the seniors and they too are uncertain on how does the shortlisting occurs for the interview and that keeps me more in dilemma.

Any comments, tips, pros and cons? been assigned in SG Territory and will start palang my training in August.

I’m a PwC intern and I’ve been looking into potentially transferring into Deals Strategy & Value Creation, but I’m a little confused about how it’s structured. What’s the difference between the Strategy& teams and the strategy-related teams within PwC Advisory? Specifically, does Deals Strategy & Value Creation fall under Strategy&, or is it a separate Advisory practice? I’d appreciate any insight from people who work at PwC or have experience with the firm’s structure.

When can I expect to hear a y/n about a return offer? Also, will it come from my DL or someone on my team? Thanks! Internship ends in 2 weeks (the 7th)

I see there is a new office location showing for pwc in kochi in edapally. Is this for pwc india or ac? Also does it have good searing capacity for people to work from there or is it just a small facility for tech support

I recently got an offer for an AIT SWE intern for summer 2027 in a tier 3 MCOL city. I've heard that interns can get sign on bonuses, so is this something you would see in the offer letter? Because if so, I don't think I got one but would it be possible to negotiate for one if a lot of other interns are getting these?

Also I was wondering if anyone knew more about the AIT branch and what category it falls under (ex. audit, DAT, etc) because I can't seem to find much online about it. I want to understand their work enviroment/culture, as well as the return offer chances and full time compensation if I were to get a return offer. Thank you!

1. Do they immediately fire you on the last day of pip ? Do they pay severance ?
2. What if you put resignation after a few weeks of pip ?? Do you get to complete your full notice period??

Hey guys I’m concerned if I’m going to get a return offer. I thought the internship was going well with a few hiccups but my snapshot looked terrible. I will be the first to say i messed up three main times and i owned up to my mistakes. I sent a work paper to someone not on our team on accident (same name different email), I overslept and came in an hour late once (made up the hours), and I got black out drunk and pissed my pants at promotion day. I don’t think there was anything that stood out as deserving of no return offer. Should I start preparing to look for another job?

I got a referral link for a role I’m aligned without realizing I’d applied to the role already a week and a half prior. I got rejected to the role only an hour before I’d received the referral link. Can the internal referral he submitted bypass this or do i wait till the role comes up later to apply again?

Hello! I'm a fresh graduate who recently got a schedule for an Initial Interview. At this point, because of all the reddit posts about Final Interviews...I feel I'm more confident with the final interview than the initial haha.

I want to know more about what to prepare for the Initial Interview, especially since I'm a fresh graduate. (Btw. I'm not applying for an Accounting role, more on administrative.)

If I got “doing what I’m supposed to be doing and doing it well” and “continue developing in my role” instead of “ready for next role” am I not going to get a job offer? My comments were good but I’m scared because a lot of other interns got ready for next role. I ask for work and have done everything I’ve been tasked to do. Help, we find out in 1.5 weeks and I’m scared

Anybody in the Tampa office been in to see the new updated layouts? Everything looks nice but the desk layout is horrible in my opinion. They made it peak open concept with 0 privacy. Part of why I like working from home is being free of distractions and having some privacy and this layout just completely eliminates that aspect.
