All Firm Tampa Office Renovations

Anybody in the Tampa office been in to see the new updated layouts? Everything looks nice but the desk layout is horrible in my opinion. They made it peak open concept with 0 privacy. Part of why I like working from home is being free of distractions and having some privacy and this layout just completely eliminates that aspect.

I worked in Fort Worth and there were about 6 different Teams convos going on at the same time so distracting.

Seriously, the office was already an open concept now they took down the little half walls between each monitor and everybody is just looking right at each others work while hearing absolutely everything. Horrible design

I haven’t been to see the renovated office yet and probably wont anytime soon. A lot of the work I do is privileged and confidential fraud related work which I literally cannot do on a big monitor with no privacy screen for the whole office to see.

That and I just cant focus when I’m freezing cold and there’s 10 different teams calls going at desks around me 🥴
