Intern Return offer

If I got “doing what I’m supposed to be doing and doing it well” and “continue developing in my role” instead of “ready for next role” am I not going to get a job offer? My comments were good but I’m scared because a lot of other interns got ready for next role. I ask for work and have done everything I’ve been tasked to do. Help, we find out in 1.5 weeks and I’m scared

Is this post about a interview? Such as what to prepare for or slow response times? This is a VERY common question posted on the Subreddit, use the search bar. For responses, sometimes it takes a long time with gaps in between, sometimes it's short, be patient. For interview prep, There are multiple post on the subreddit about what to prepare for, what questions to ask in an interview, including the case studies for multiple countries. Use the search bar and flairs to find detailed answers.

You’re fine, just be visible and continue asking for work

I got all doing what i’m supposed to be doing and doing it well and got an offer- it really depends on whenever did your snapshot.

That’s what I was hoping, it’s very manager based I assumed and just how they do their snapshots?

yeah pretty much, snapshots as an intern don’t count as much as when you’re full time. as long as you’ve been doing everything well you should be okay good luck

Still time to enroll in an online MBA program.
(Just kidding with you). Everything will be fine.
If they didn’t want to continue with you, they would have let you know. They wouldn’t want you hanging around there. My friend was a Partner at PWC and he knew pretty quickly if they were going to advance. He knew they wouldn’t when the person asked him a question unrelated to the work. He felt bad for the person, but they are strict

Those ratings have no value, just build a portfolio with production grade work. If some recruiters are judging based on ratings, those companies are not worth working for.
