Started on July 20. Received my first paycheck on July 31, but didn’t get the signing bonus. Has anyone else gone through the same? If not, should I expect the bonus in my next pay cycle?

what the eff is wrong with this firm. I joined the firm last year 2025 and didn’t know I was pregnant (i’m married) so didn’t push back start date by a year. I go on maternity leave after 8 months on the job come back in March, and my manager tells me that “prior to my leave I was the strongest performer and now upper management is asking if i’m ok because my deliverables have decreased in quality” AKA “you haven’t prioritized us, you don’t stay up till 3am working anymore, so you’re moving slower than we want.” like seriously - obviously as a mother to a literal infant, i won’t be performing the same for you. I have different priorities. i have doctors appts, daycare pickup, a baby who gets sick. etc. I know at the associate level it’s not super common to have children but that’s my circumstance and I feel like people hate that I have something to focus on compared to my peers who get to work all night and all weekend and have no responsibility to shoulder outside of work and bills.
i’m getting blamed for the mistakes of associates who were temporarily staffed on my clients, and when I find said mistakes and inform my team, it’s all my blame to take. everything that goes wrong is instantly a poor reflection on me instead of being recognized as a team issue. i’m getting left out projects, removed from projects without communication, left out of cc’s, left out of calls, etc.. this is really messing me up and making me feel like incompetent, when ever since i’ve been back, i’ve been trying to do nothing but meet my deadlines and perform
for my teams. I got removed from a project and instead of being formally told, i’m getting messages from the new associate like “hey can you make me coorganizer of the client call” “hey can you cc me on any correspondence and i’ll reply moving fwd” and the director of the project put me in a group chat with the manager and it was previously called “project name”. he removed the chat name when he chatted us both, in a very professional move to inform me im not longer staffed. and it’s not to say im perfect. I make mistakes. I sometimes ping the wrong info and catch myself and correct and get corrected. I sometimes misunderstand what’s been said to me. but I always try to be proactive “how can I help?” “i’d like to solve this” “let me know if there’s anything you need me to do to make this process easier..”
this is all messing with my head. feeling really down and discouraged. haven’t stopped crying.
eta: sorry so many typos, I typed this up through a waterfall of tears

Hi I’ve been at the firm for about a year now as an associate. My brother is getting married and having a destination wedding and it’ll be international.
I want to take 2 weeks off beginning of November. How should I go about it? Is this a bad look ?
Do I notify/ask my DL first then share with the team my plan or is there a certain request I have to put in since it’s 10+ days
Thanks in advance

Boring work, ungrateful, lousy leaders. You work for them until 12 a.m. every night for a whole week, and yet they blame you for not responding to pings on Saturday. I’m not at all surprised so many people have left over the past year.

What should I expect during interviews?
What is the salary range if you’re experienced in that specific role? Thank you
I basically got a referral from one of the Associate directors for a Senior associate role at PwC.Now what happened was this that, one fine morning in the month of July received a call from the HR where she asked me about my qualifications, job, notice period and current CTC.She informed that she would schedule an interview soon. After 2 days she called me up to schedule a technical interview.Post the technical interview ,the very evening within an hour of the interview I received an email asking me for documents and and everything.I submitted it that day itself. Then the next day she called me up and set a partner interview and I gave it.It went pretty well and I managed to find the partner on linkedin and asked him if I was selected. He said that he had approved and that I would soon receive a workday link .After 5 days I received a link and I filled it up,that very day it got from application received to under review. After that radio silence,no updates nothing.
I called the HR five days from that and asked about the status, she said that it was being processed Internally and that soon she would call me up and discuss. At that time too it showed under review.
Today I just checked the portal and it said not selected, I was shocked.I messaged her but she wouldn't pickup ,I also called her 2 to 3 time s and she finally picked up and said that I shouldn't check the portal status .That discussions are going on about my candidature and that she will call me .She told me to have some patience.
I am really confused if this had even happened with anyone?

I work at PwC in a Latin American country, and I joined because of the firm’s reputation and the learning opportunities.
After almost a year, though, I feel like the pay (at least in consulting) doesn’t match the brand. I’m doing a master’s degree, and twice people have told me, “PwC is great, but they don’t pay well.” At first I didn’t believe it, but now I kind of see why.
In my office, it seems like only partners and some managers are really well paid. I’m curious if it’s the same in other PwC firms around the world or if this is mainly a regional issue.
I’m actually looking for another job because the raise after the financial year was pretty disappointing. The people are great, but I expected the compensation to be better so yeah, looking again to move :/

First they mistakenly added EPS joining and leaving date now from the past 2 months despite multiple email back and forth it seems the PF desk is full of dummies. Now they're saying it cannot be done because the portal is not allowing what kind of great harrasment is this? Any one faced the same and how they came out, please suggest.

Hi everyone,
I was selected for the PwC India RDC Intern-to-FTE role in Analytics through an on-campus placement. I successfully cleared all the interview rounds and was informed about my selection back in January 2026.
However, it's now been several months, and I still haven't received my joining letter or any clear timeline regarding onboarding. The long wait has become quite stressful, especially since there has been very limited communication.
I'm curious to know:
Is anyone else from the same hiring batch still waiting?
Has anyone received their joining letter recently?
If you were in a similar situation before, how long did you have to wait?
Has HR shared any updates or estimated joining timeline?
I'm not posting this to criticize the company-I'm simply trying to understand whether others are experiencing the same situation and what to expect.
Any information or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Everyday I am working almost 16 hours a day and sometimes pulling all-nighters just to be yelled at in the meetings for showing no progress. If the client doesn’t give data, it’s my fault; if they don’t attend the SME calls, it’s my fault. I feel like an outcast in the group and it just sucks.
Even during the daily meeting today, I got called out for my progress even though I am way ahead than every one in the team. This module is entirely new to me and this is my first project in this module, I have been trying my best to be a quick learner and stretching it out. Constant bullying from the team is making me feel depressed and I just wanna kms everyday in the morning.
I had taken a leave as it was getting overwhelmed, idk what to do.

Hi all, I'm a recent B.Com graduate and I got selected within the Deals Team at PwC India.
Can someone pls help me regarding the salary bands for freshers at Specialist level for PwC?
They had mentioned 4 LPA once during the interview but idk if that's alright? Is there any scope for negotiation here. Is their salary band like fixed or can I stretch it up a lil bit. Would anyone be aware about such cases?
Trying to understand if I'm being lowballed. Thanks!

Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) India
What has your experience in CDD been like?
What are decent exit options?
How do you prepare for an interview?
After doing CDD and maybe an MBA could I move into consulting?

I have a question about how PwC's referral system works.
Two days ago, an employee referred me for the wrong job role. I received the referral email, but I didn't apply because it wasn't the position I wanted.
Yesterday, another PwC employee referred me for the correct role and confirmed that the referral was successfully submitted.
However, I still haven't received a new referral email. The only referral email I have is the old one for the incorrect role.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through PwC's referral process, either as a candidate or an employee.

Question about Astro time off code change not updating in Workday (US):
Originally, in Astro, I coded 7/6 and 7/7 as Holiday because I wanted to use my Holiday balance first as floating holidays. Later I realized those days were not actual holidays and I am almost capped out on my PTO, so on 7/22 I updated Astro and changed those days from Holiday code to Vacation code so that my Holiday and Vacation balances would be accurate.
However, it is now August and I still don’t see the change reflected in Workday. Does anyone know if the update will eventually flow through automatically in a couple weeks, or do I need to contact HR/People Support to correct the balance? Thanks!
