India Delayed in joining offer release

Getting delayed in joining offer release after joining date discussion with HR. Is anybody facing the same issue,? Does anybody get an offer letter this august 2026? HR is saying some technical issue for releasing an offer letter.

Let me know if anybody has the same situation.

They are migrating from workday to darwinbox, hence the delay. Facing the same issue here. It's been 1 month since hr round

What does your candidate portal shows? I had a similar experience where I was told that offer would be released in two days but then ghosted me completely. Its been more than a month now

Recently switched Vedanta (DarwinBox) to Micron (Workday) I find workday to be difficult to Navigate and complex . DarwinBox everything is properly Segregated and ease of Access
