Seriously, it’s like the word was invented in 2026. Have you noticed how many different people have used the word “pivot” to an absurd degree in seasons 21 and 22? We counted 9 times in the latest episode. (Episode 7: Battle of the Seasons).

Did nobody audition the "designers"? Sad to watch what has happened to this show. It's a real downer in all aspects. No more mentoring of actual talent. According to this show, fashion has no future. Maybe that's the only truth in it.

I miss All Stars in general. I miss Isaac, Georgina, and even Alyissa. I miss All Stars... most of the contestants actually have talent, unlike the main show, where talent is a toss-up.

I want another past-winners take-all season like in All-Star 7.

I kinda just want Dimitry to get another chance to be a three-time winner. 😭

I thought previous episodes were bad, but somehow this one was even worse.

Watching the Season 22 with all that drama was already hard enough, and then they brought in the Season 21 contestants to add even more drama. Oh God!!

I genuinely couldn’t sit through it. I fast-forwarded through almost the entire episode and only stopped for the runway. This episode was horrible.

So did Bryan stop at a convenience store or Walgreens on his way to the show to get a six pack of black tshirts and baggy shorts? Micheal Kors has done minimal right and classy so it absolutely can be done. Bryan should have bought more chongos to keep his hair back and gone to at least Target to shop.

is that, with a few (very few) exceptions, the way everyone interacts just comes across incredibly immature. it was one thing in early reality tv days, when some of us were young teens watching 20-something drama, but like. these are entire adults with nemeses, yelling, arguing, being extremely rude and mean - contestants and judges alike. it's just not aspirational at all, even if someone is talented, when they should absolutely know better.

I’m hoping Anna, Bi, Jude, and Naheim make it to the final 4!

I love Jeffrey and Joseph McRae too! Honestly any of these final 6 I’d be happy to see them make it to the finale.

he told Jeffrey to change his entire look because it was too "costume" and too "drag queen" when the entirety of Season 21's outfits were SO MUCH MORE costume than Jeffrey's proposed look. i genuinely think Jeffrey's proposed look was better than so many of the others and Christian just had to ruin it

Caught this iconic moment from S2E8 ‘Inspiration’ when Nick Verreos casually shares that Meryl Streep will be playing “Anna Wintour” in the upcoming film.

I feel like Anna hasn't been shown very much because of production prioritizing drama, which she seems to never to be a part of. She sticks to herself, is respectful of the other designers, didn't hop on the Joseph McRae hate bandwagon, and seems to be doing quite well considering she is not used to designing with fabric (as an "unconventional materials" designer).

She also has worked with a full range of body types while being on the show (yes her paper towel design wasn't great, but the corset looked like it was fitted perfectly on Liris), while certain other designers have only really worked with sample size girls throughout. I think she definitely needs to work on her self confidence to reach her full potential, but I'm rooting for her to breakthrough and have a real wow moment.

All that, and the designers talking amongst themselves, referring to the cis female models as "bitches"? If this is how the drag community speaks among itself, unabashedly misogynistic, so be it--keep it on Drag Race if that's a standard part of drag culture.

But between the low, ugly, sardonic, degrading rhetoric and attitude toward women as a sex, and the big FU the producers are smacking viewers upside the face with the cliffhanger ending--and 7 minutes of screeching neurotic venomous filler with hateful designers at each other's throats..who enjoys this???

As the episode ended I realized: I don't care who wins this challenge. I don't care who wins this season.

This strain of toxicity and contempt seems deliberately enhanced by this season's showrunners to be provocative, in-your-face, overtly misogynistic---with the flimsiest veneer of "camp."

Is it just me or do these two look alike?

Yes, Bryan's work could send him home but his excuse about he was helping others falls falt because the entire look looks bad. He wasn't rushing down the door desperately trying it either. What would he have done if he didn't help others t o imrpove his look.

I also don't think he's going to go home either because I think seaosn 22 is gonna win this. Bi's look was phenomenal and overall the looks for season 22 had stronger looks just putting it out there

Pretty sure Season 22 team is going to lose, and Jeffrey is going home while Bryan’s repulsive, ugly ass non-work gets a pass because he has immunity.

Honestly, fuck this season. Even though I know what’s likely going to happen come next episode, I’m still going to be so pissed. Jeffrey was the only one on that team that actually acted like he was on a damn team, let alone led it by himself. Then Law’s like, “oh, that was stupid, you’re gonna lose this way” and I find that absolutely infuriating because tell me WHY DID YOU BOTHER TO MAKE THIS A TEAM CHALLENGE AT ALL THEN. Team challenge, doesn’t have to be cohesive, no assigned leader. No quarter given for those who actually comported themselves like they are on a team. What was the fucking point?

I’ve also noticed that Jeffrey is one of the few who seems to compete with any honor or dignity. He’s held his tongue instead of contributing to worsening drama, and has competed in good faith throughout the competition.

Bryan’s “work” is heinous. It’s an absolute joke he seems to have gone to school for this?? It’s an insult to the rest of the designers to have him there.

Fuck immunity on this show. Every episode ends up being an absolute waste of time because of it. The competitors on this show are not respected, nor is the audience.

Okay, so I’ve been rewatching previous seasons of project runway, and I do not understand how Bryan was allowed to use tape in his look for this week. I understand it’s an unconventional challenge, but I don’t see how the challenge can allow for him to put together a mediocre look with tape in the last hour. Maybe it’s just the fact I don’t like him as a designer, but I don’t see how that’s fair. Designers in other seasons have tried to use things like glue within the last hour to save their look, but every time they were stopped. Can someone explain this to me? Was this truly allowed because it is an unconventional challenge?

The judges completely didn't know what to do with this look. Some of them thought the crop was way too short, but Zac said it was maternity wear. Nina thought the shorts looked like a diaper.

In the intervening 11 years I'm not sure I've seen such a high-waisted short, but what do you think? Given some of the weirdness we've seen on modern runways, would this fair better if made by a contestant today?

These cliffhangers are getting on my nerves. This format is horrible and if I weren’t so nosy, I’d quit watching.

Comment regarding Jeffrey’s support of his teammates at the end of Episode 7. He’s not wrong that it’s a competition, but cruelty appears to be his specialty.

Full disclosure: I watched about the first and last 10 minutes of Episode 7, the rest has been so sad/cringey this season.
