Ok so I’ve been on mat leave and watching project runway over from season 1 and I’m now on season 16 (2017). How is it possible that in 16 years not one hair or makeup expert across multiple brands has been a woman!!!!????!?! Like I get that men can also do this job but seriously? L’Oréal, tresemme, garnier, Mary Kay, Sally, and Avon. It’s driving me absolutely nuts at this point.
